"Had a very pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The location of the hotel is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety of options to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, prime location, and satisfactory breakfast."
"Hotel Impero Rome location is the main reason why I chose this hotel. I booked a 17m room and it was on the forth floor, it came with a small balcony that opens up to a lovely view. The hotel is clean and classical but the furnishing is old and the air can be a little stale or too much fragrance after the cleaning service. There are rooms slippers and basic amenities provided too. Receptionist and staff is generally nice and luggage can be stored after a no late check out policy. Many eateries and a mini super market is on the same street so it’s convenient to get food and drinks."
"Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. "The hotel seemed recently renovated. Its location was very convenient, close to Termini station and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The room and bathroom were clean and larger than we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the daily €5 charge for the air conditioning, which felt a bit unusual."
"In general the experience was good. The location in 5 minutes walking from the Termin train station. Also nearby can find a stop with all Hop-On Hop-Off buses. In general it’s also not far away from the city center and Vatican City."
"Rooms were really comfy and location is also good near to the termini Just look for the name plates on wall once you reach the location there is no board of hotel name"
GGuest UserI want to especially thank a lobby manager; this is his work name. He was incredibly kind and friendly. Because we arrived at the hotel early, and seeing that I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother, he let us check in ahead of time. We received warm and very humane help and care. My mother very like him. He deserves a perfect score. I think we will definitely come back next time.
EerwaynerWe absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Master Suite! It was a spontaneous booking, but it turned out to be one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Via del Corso, making everything so easy to reach. Security was excellent as well. The main gate is accessible only with a room card, and there’s an additional door before the room that also requires card access, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. The service was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. And the room—absolutely TOP TIER! It was spacious enough for the four of us, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every corner felt well thought out. The terrace was truly unforgettable—I could see the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II on the left and Piazza del Popolo on the right. Waking up to that view was simply magical. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again! 🌟
GGuest UserA pleasant surprise near the Trevi Fountain. Beautiful room with thoughtful furnishings and very clean. An excellent experience, especially thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of the owner, who did everything to make our stay perfect! We'll be back!!!
MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.
AavecchieFor Rome prices, it's not bad. However, the self check-in process was a bit convoluted for the initial entry (though once you get the keys from the room, opening the main building door and the condo entrance is easy). The bathroom had a shower with mold, and very little water came out of the showerhead, which was completely encrusted. Even after trying to clean it, not much water came out. For the price, it's not terrible though.
GGuest UserA great location which is near to Termini station in Rome. You can basically go around Rome from this hotel for its convenient location. Our room is good enough, two single beds put together and there was also an extra bed which we did not expect but all good. The bed and pillows are soft enough and the AC is cool enough for a hot summer in Rome. The amenities inside are basic but enough for our needs. Great for a quick 2 or 3 days in Rome and it is not expensive at all.
