"Hotel Impero Rome location is the main reason why I chose this hotel. I booked a 17m room and it was on the forth floor, it came with a small balcony that opens up to a lovely view. The hotel is clean and classical but the furnishing is old and the air can be a little stale or too much fragrance after the cleaning service. There are rooms slippers and basic amenities provided too. Receptionist and staff is generally nice and luggage can be stored after a no late check out policy. Many eateries and a mini super market is on the same street so it’s convenient to get food and drinks."

"The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. They also allowed us to store our luggage for an unlimited amount of time. They kindly upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. At first, I was confused by the room's lack of tidying, but when I reported it immediately after checking in, they took care of it. I had a great time sightseeing in Rome. Thank you very much."

"Just 4 minutes walk from Termini station. quite lively neighbor. the room is quite clean. the receptionist is great with check-in (24h) and luggage storage after check out. didn't have any complaint. though it could be better with a new renovation."

"Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. "In general the experience was good. The location in 5 minutes walking from the Termin train station. Also nearby can find a stop with all Hop-On Hop-Off buses. In general it’s also not far away from the city center and Vatican City."
