GGuest UserWe arrived here on Christmas Day and received the kindest and warmest of welcomes. The reception area was beautifully decorated and it had a general good feel about it. The rooms are down dark, colonial style panelled corridors and the carpeting adds to the cosy ambiance. The rooms are very nice, good size, plenty of space and everything you need available. The beds are the highlight, the most sumptuous soft and cosy linens and duvet, incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is good with large shower and seat, the toiletries were very nice.
Breakfast is good, not amazing but plenty to choose from. You can order coffee from the bar but it takes ages and is not particularly good. The alternative is the machine coffee which is pretty awful. The ambiance in the dining area is very nice, lots of collectibles and interesting artifacts which continue the colonial theme.
The pool area was the biggest shock for us, bearing in mind the high standards throughout the rest of the hotel. There are only 8 beds and a very odd collection of mismatching and broken chairs and tables. If you plan to spend any time there, be sure to get there early. The chap who looks after the pool area is very kind and helpful but it really is substandard for a five star hotel.
Location is perfect, a mere stroll to the madness of Patpong market or the BTS station is also close.
Overall we had a great stay of 4 nights and would recommend this hotel

GGuest UserWe stayed for four nights, but the hotel assigned me room 3809. I was delighted that it was a high-rise building and the waiter's sincere attitude made me think that the room he gave me was very good. However, when I opened the door, I saw that the window was facing a wall. There was no environment at all. I was very disappointed. I hope the hotel can arrange a comfortable room according to the length of stay. I am very satisfied with other aspects of the hotel, especially the service attitude of the staff.

HHaoyunJeffThe hotel was reflagged from Swiss to Jubilee. The facilities are well-maintained, and the service has noticeably improved. The hotel's hygiene standards are met, and the front desk service is excellent, with friendly staff who can communicate in Chinese. I booked without breakfast because I had an early morning flight the next day, and the price on Trip.com was lower than on the Marriott official website. I recommend staying here when visiting Bangkok.

GGuest UserOur overall stay was amazing. Very friendly staff. Always smiling. The buffet breakfast was so good. So many choices. All the food are delicious. The restaurant staff are very friendly. We were felt welcomed. Were were upgraded to a river view room. The room is good size and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. Toilet is clean. Only the downside was there are places in the room and toilet that has dust. We tried to use the sauna and steam room but when we went there, it was very smelly. It looks like not been cleaned for a while. And no staff there too. Anyway, it is not that important to us. So we didn’t mind it at all. Cabinet and drawer specially where the fridge is a bit dusty and needs cleaning. I will still book my stay here and will recommend to my friends. We really love the breakfast. And yes the lovely view if the river!

GGuest UserLe D'Tel is always a convenient and enjoyable stay. It's location is perfect, nearby local shops, restaurants, the parks etc. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The gym is simple but enough to have a bit of a sweat, plus the pool on the roof is clean and usually quiet.

AAnonymous UserI enjoyed the stay very much with my friend and most importantly I paid a good worthy price during the festive Xmas period where most hotels are so highly expensive!
Although the level 1 lobby has a strange smell (maybe because hotel is not as new as others), my room is very clean and comfortable to stay in. No major issues encountered and I had great holiday marking a great end of my 2025 travels ☺️

YYibeibeibeiThe hotel facilities are new and comfortable. However, before we checked in, the staff's room inspection was lacking. We arrived on a red-eye flight and only went to bed at 5 AM. To our dismay, the smart speaker in the room alarm went off at around 8 AM. We were really disturbed by the noise, and our rest was completely ruined.
The only drawback is the relatively inconvenient location. It's a 15-minute walk to the BTS station, which was fine since the weather was cool during our visit. It would have been quite a struggle if it had been hot.
On the other hand, there are many great restaurants in the alleys opposite the BTS station.

BBrubrack TourI am a regular guest at the Furama Hotel in Silom and I usually appreciate the quality of your services as well as your warm welcome. During my last stay (from November 10 to 13, 2025, booking number ******************, hotel confirmation number ******************), I once again requested a room on a lower floor, as I usually do.
However, this time I had a very bad experience with room 716, which turned out to be a real nightmare.
The room was not clean: the walls were dirty and the paint was peeling, the sofa was very stained, and the glasses and cups provided for coffee or drinks were not very clean. The bedside table in the middle does not even fit between the two beds, as if it were too big for the available space. There was no chair in the room.
The air conditioning had broken blades and was noisy.
To make matters worse, the neighbors in the adjoining room 715 were extremely noisy.
I wanted to share this very disappointing experience, as it does not reflect the quality I have always known from your establishment. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the maintenance and comfort of this room so that this does not happen again in the future. Photos attached.
