"I stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou."

"First of all, the service staff were really great. The room was very soundproof; even though we were on the first floor, we didn't feel any noise. They not only helped us with our luggage, but also upgraded our room to the first floor because we had three suitcases with a child. When we left the next day, they even asked the hotel for three extra pairs of slippers because we had to take the high-speed train all day. The driver who took us to the airport was also very helpful; we had arranged for him to leave at 9:30 am, but he arrived early, helped us with our luggage, and even helped us unload it at the airport. If I have the chance to come to Lanzhou again, I will definitely choose to stay here! I hope the hotel continues to improve."
