MM278342****The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, very close to both the subway and bus stations. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, artfully designed, tidy, and clean. Downstairs, in Plaza de España, you'll find statues of Don Quixote and Cervantes, figures familiar to Chinese people. Just a small heads-up: the Nespresso capsules come with a charge. Also, while many highly-rated tapas restaurants downstairs on platforms like Xiaohongshu offer generous portions, the taste is quite ordinary. What impressed me most was how incredibly nice, thoughtful, and attentive all the staff were. I'll definitely choose Vp Plaza again on my next visit to Madrid!

GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

AancoheBeautiful hotel, warm and considerate service staff, delicious breakfast, great location, within walking distance to the Royal Palace of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, and even Retiro Park. The car rental company has a store in the underground garage of Plaza de España. You can pick up the car there. It's only a 500-meter walk, everything is perfect, and it's worth coming back. That day I went to the rooftop swimming pool and unexpectedly met a handsome foreigner waiter who spoke Mandarin better than me😄. There was also a Chinese girl in the restaurant who was enthusiastic and capable; if the price is acceptable, there is nothing to worry about.

OOliver_Peng❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️
😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day.
😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking.
🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

LLilyminimiThe hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

RRUOLEIHotel location is very good, very close to Madrid's fashion shopping avenue serrano, service is OK, breakfast type is not much, if you want to try the Spanish breakfast can go out of the store, it is not recommended to book the hotel's breakfast. Overall, it seems to be very good. This time, the photo provided by Ctrip does not match the room. The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer... I have lived this place before. The hotel, knowing the room type, made such a comment. I hope you can see this comment. The hotel is very good, but Ctrip's service is a bit disappointing...

GGuest UserThis is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters!
I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!
