Spa Hotels in Krabi Town

It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.

The room was very spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially loved the hotel's private beach – it was clean, not crowded, and felt very safe, with excellent facilities. I really enjoyed my time here; the staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. Definitely worth another visit!

It was our first trip here in Krabi with 7 childrwn here. We stay for 4D3N here at Two Bedroom Fantasy & Triple Fantasy Family Room . The place was soooo comfortable for big family like us! Services was super good too! And their customer services staff & infact all their staff are friendly, helpful and always put smile on their face which feel us so welcome! Mine package include breaksfast too & their breakfast have so much variety & choices. And place is convient too nearer to shops, and for halal foods need to walk further abit. My family are feeling so welcome here & happy to be there. Thank you Ananta Burin Resort. Will definitely return soon! ❤️

Great place to stay , cosy and nearby I got a lot of good foods . Will stay here in future when I revisit Krabi

The hotel has a beautiful location and the beach is truly excellent. The room was also comfortable and nicely designed. The staff are generally friendly and polite. However, this hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards. There was no security or lifeguard at the pool or the beach, which is very concerning, especially for families with children. The staff are kind, but there is almost no proactive service. You need to explain everything twice and personally find someone if you need assistance. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels and tissues were not replenished unless we specifically requested them. Nothing in the room was refreshed automatically. Even more disappointing, the WiFi was cut off immediately after we checked out. One particularly unpleasant experience happened at the restaurant by the beach. I briefly stepped inside in my swimsuit just to call my child. I explained that we were leaving immediately to change and would return for dinner properly dressed. Instead of a polite reminder, I was told in a harsh tone that I had to leave immediately and that proper clothing was required. The way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is nice in terms of location and beach quality, but the service level and overall management do not justify a 5-star rating.

Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: Excellent and fully equipped, the pool has a spiral slide. Environment: Modern style. Service: All staff are warm and polite. This hotel offers fantastic value for money. The pool bar's Happy Hour with two beautiful cocktails for 200 baht is a super deal! The only downside is that it's far from the sea and the pier; everything else is a plus.

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to families. The resort is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities and facilities that children can enjoy. The kids' pool was one of the highlights of our trip—it was well-designed, clean, and provided hours of fun for the little ones. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. The team at the check-in counter was warm, professional, and efficient, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The resort itself is very well maintained, with clean facilities, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail evident throughout the property. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic family getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

It took about 40 minutes and 390 baht to get to the hotel from the airport using a Bolt ride-hailing service. The hotel room was very spacious, with enough room for two double beds. The air conditioning and water pressure were good. The pool wasn't small, and the water was deep enough for adults. Breakfast offered a variety of Chinese, Thai, and Western options, with slight changes daily. The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from the beach, making access very easy. It's also just a 2-minute walk to the main street, offering a quiet yet very convenient location.Areas for improvement: The remote-controlled lighting was a bit inconvenient, there were small insects in the room, and the pool closed too early at 6 PM.

I liked the hotel. It's a bit old, but they really try. It has its own beach. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast: 1150 baht for a family of three, and there's nothing good to eat. There are much better places right outside the hotel.
