"It was worth the trip~~!!! Although it is on the mountain, there is a car to take you to the town at the foot of the mountain. You can make an appointment for a private bath every hour, but there is actually no one in the public bath~ Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all very rich and impeccable~ You can also experience Yukata and tatami. There is a service staff who works in Taiwan and helped us translate throughout the whole process. Very nice and took care of us. Very suitable for children~ You can go to the official website to check it out. The various children's facilities are amazing! ! ! The children had a lot of fun."

CCamilla TamI booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

GGuest UserThis is a recommended hotel for family trips. While making the entire building feel the history, the exterior and interior are very luxurious, and the site is also luxuriously used. Especially, it can be seen that it was a luxury hotel, such as the use of natural stones in the building and the wedding hall. I feel old due to aging, but the building is well maintained and clean. The hot springs have a strong spring quality and contain a lot of iron, so you can't see the bottom of the bathtub, and the ingredients are solidified outside the bathtub. It was an impressive experience for hot spring lovers. The customer service was very polite and we were happy to respond despite the late check-in. Breakfast was a rich lineup of Japanese and Western styles, and there were many kinds of drinks, and there were handmade dishes such as scrambled eggs and simmered pumpkins, and I was very satisfied with the number of items. Overall, I think it is a hotel with a high cost performance and more value than the price. It is also recommended as a base for accommodation from Kobe during the time when hotels in urban areas are soaring because it can be accessed in about an hour from the Osaka Expo venue.
