Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV.
Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly.
Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Thumbs up for the Yangchun noodles!👍🏻

From check-in to check-out, every single staff member – security, front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and engineering – was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a proactive hello. It's clear that everyone enjoys their work, which speaks volumes about the effective management and how well the owner treats their employees, fostering such a warm team!
The butler-style service was outstanding. Messages were replied to instantly, and requests were met immediately. Whether it was a small matter or something unexpected, everything was handled perfectly, with more care than even family members would provide. The room details were impeccable, clean, comfortable, and with high-quality amenities, ensuring a truly peaceful stay. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, leaving me fully satisfied.
The value for money was unbelievably high; the experience far surpassed many five-star hotels! The location is great, the service is excellent, the environment is wonderful, and the food is fantastic. There were no complaints at all, only pleasant surprises. Staying here in Yangzhou was stress-free, comfortable, and reassuring. I've already recommended it to all my friends and family planning to visit Yangzhou – you can't go wrong with this choice!

GGuest UserOur stay at the Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hanjintang Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, right by the south gate of Slender West Lake, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Upon arrival, they proactively helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. They also gave us detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and local specialty foods, saving us a lot of planning hassle – perfect for a relaxing, 'lie-flat' style vacation.
The room's amenities were outstanding, featuring a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and even a capsule coffee machine, which was a delightful surprise for coffee lovers. The room also came with a Xiao Du smart voice system, allowing us to control the lights and curtains from bed, offering a truly smart stay experience. Moreover, the room was meticulously cleaned, with every corner spotless, making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive. On the first floor, there's a small children's play area, so traveling with kids isn't a problem for entertainment. There's also a gym, perfectly adequate for a simple workout, and a free laundry room, significantly enhancing the convenience of our stay.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay; the experience was outstanding. We will definitely bring our family back to enjoy this comfort again!

All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is incredibly close to Slender West Lake, offering direct views of the lake from the Teahouse building. It's about a 500-meter walk from the hotel entrance to the East Gate of Slender West Lake. The hotel staff are also very warm and accommodating, always ready to help. They even provided complimentary afternoon tea vouchers.
The Gu Shi Photography Studio on the hotel's M floor is also fantastic. They have a wide variety of Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available in different seasons and styles. After changing into your chosen outfit, the photographer takes you to beautiful spots around the hotel with props for a photoshoot. The photographer was very patient and friendly, providing various ancient-style props and guiding me to take beautiful pictures. Afterward, you can select your favorite photos one by one, and the photographer will retouch them according to your ideas. My first experience with a Hanfu travel photoshoot was truly wonderful!
The Si Qing Tang Living Room, also on the M floor, offers free calligraphy sessions, both with hard or soft brushes. The service there is also very friendly.

When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
