"My experience at Yinqi Tang Hotel was fantastic! The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it’s very reassuring to stay here. A special thank you to Xiao Liu, the staff member who was warm, attentive, and patient throughout, always ready to answer questions and respond to needs promptly. The overall value is high; it’s peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and convenient to get around. "The round bed room was quite spacious, and the location is ideal – less than a minute's walk to Chunxi Road. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me out when I needed a local number for an airport transfer I booked on Taobao. My friend had booked a large room and they upgraded her to a round bed room for free. The only minor drawback was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough."

"I booked this hotel for a layover in Chengdu, and it wasn't quite what I expected. The cover photo showed it in a tall building, but in reality, you have to drive into a parking lot, and the lobby isn't at the main entrance. The decor is a bit old, and things inside are showing significant wear and tear. The soundproofing in the room was also pretty poor. I booked a special offer king room and was given a room at the end of the hall. I asked the front desk that evening if an upgrade was possible, which is something I usually do when staying at hotels. However, the front desk's response wasn't very satisfactory. Also, be aware that the hotel charges for parking. The cleanliness was okay, but some of the facilities are definitely too old and worn out. What was really puzzling was the lack of charging ports by the bed."

"I visited Chengdu and stayed at the Yueya Hotel, which I found to be quite good value for money, especially during the off-season when the prices are very reasonable. I booked a comfortable twin room, which was clean and tidy, with large windows providing great ventilation. The only minor downsides were that the front desk and guest rooms are in separate areas, and the soundproofing was a little lacking. However, the value for money definitely makes up for it. The breakfast, priced at only 10 yuan per person, offered a good variety. The hotel entrance also had a good selection of complimentary disposable toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. The lobby area was very aesthetically pleasing. Plus, the hotel has a laundry room, which is a great bonus. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu."

"The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer."

"I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in, and overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy just across the street. The cleaning staff were very thorough, and the front desk concierge upgraded my room type. There's Haagen-Dazs ice cream and afternoon tea on the first floor. It's so convenient to walk to Chunxi Road right outside! The breakfast on the 30th floor offers an unbeatable view. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. It's great!
