"The Ruicheng Celebrity Hotel has an impressive atmosphere, likely a 4-star international hotel, as many foreigners stay here. The location is excellent, very close to the subway. Staff members in all departments proactively greet guests. Room service is quite responsive, and the rooms are cleaned well. The breakfast offers a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. The only drawback is that the facilities and equipment are quite old. Even with some minor adjustments, the effect isn't very noticeable. However, the room rate is probably the best value for money among similar hotels in the area. In terms of soft skills like service awareness and attitude, it's on par with established international hotel brands like Hilton and Sheraton."

"Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!"

"I absolutely have to recommend this hotel! First off, it's steeped in ethnic cultural charm with truly unique decor. The owner is a descendant of the Han imperial family, and the entire hotel is decorated in the Han style. Even the beds in each room are part of his antique collection. Secondly, it's super convenient, just 100 meters from the subway – exit C1 of Line 10 is right in front. Plus, it's only 250 meters from Wuhou Temple. If you're heading to Yulin Road or Taikoo Li, it's just about 3 kilometers, a taxi ride would be around ten-something yuan. In summer, they even provide refreshing mung bean soup. They really pay attention to the guest experience."

It's a mere 5-minute walk to the IFS 'Climbing Panda' landmark and the Taikoo Li shopping street, meaning you can leisurely stroll back to the hotel late at night without needing a taxi or taking a detour. Despite being in a bustling area, the high-floor rooms effectively block out street noise once the windows are closed, offering a perfect balance of vibrancy and tranquility. The guest rooms feature a gentle, minimalist French decor with soft, appealing color schemes and no overly flamboyant decorations. The space is open and airy, not at all cramped. Equipped with a King Koil mattress that's just the right firmness, you can easily relax and fall asleep after a long day of walking and shopping. The en-suite bathroom comes with a rain shower, offering stable water flow for a great washing experience. The in-room WiFi is fast and smooth, and the complimentary mini-bar drinks were a big hit with the kids. Housekeeping provides meticulous daily cleaning, and the linens are changed promptly, ensuring a consistently high standard of hygiene throughout our stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked us in, provided incredibly thoughtful service: the check-in process was quick, and she kindly upgraded our room type, which was much appreciated for our family with children. In the lobby, there are always complimentary candies and drinks available, and a robot is on standby 24/7 to deliver items, so you don't have to go downstairs repeatedly to pick up packages or takeout orders. On the 29th floor, there's a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry room, fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities, making laundry super convenient for long trips. The rotating panoramic restaurant on the 30th floor offers breakfast with stunning city views, creating an amazing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast combines Chinese and Western options, with plenty of local Sichuan dishes like 'chaoshou' (wontons), 'dandan' noodles, steamed buns, and congee, as well as Western choices like toast, fried eggs, and salads. The variety is extensive, and it's open until 11 am, so even late risers can catch breakfast. The lobby bar also offers afternoon tea, a perfect spot to relax and recharge after exploring. We were extremely satisfied with the location, service, and accommodation. We'll definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Back in 2021, I stayed at the Xinliang Grand Hotel in Chengdu and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and tidy, and its excellent location made getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were particularly warm and welcoming. This time, when my daughter visited Chengdu, I booked the same hotel for her, and her stay was just as great. I'll definitely choose Xinliang Grand Hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One feature I really appreciated was the luggage storage service. If you’re traveling around and don’t want to carry your suitcases, you can safely leave them at the hotel, which is very convenient. The location deserves a perfect 10/10. It’s easy to find and only a short walk from Chunxi Road Metro Station, making it very convenient for exploring Chengdu. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in Hongxing Bridge, away from the bustling city center, and very close to Caojiaxiang, which is packed with amazing food options! It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the subway station. Initially, the room we got had an incredibly strong smoke smell that wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows for over an hour. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded us. This level of service truly deserves a 10/10! The guy at the front desk was excellent! He was also incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. The room decor was simple and lovely, but some of the facilities were a bit old. For example, the showerhead was leaking, and the hairdryer, which should have been mounted on the wall, seemed to have been taken down because the wall screws were unstable. It was also quite noisy, probably due to age and wear. However, replacing these items is a management issue, not related to the front desk's service, but I hope they can be improved. Overall, we still had a wonderful time during our stay in Chengdu! (^-^)"

"I really liked this hotel. It was clean, cozy, and had a great view from the 14th floor. The location is convenient, with nice areas nearby for walks and enjoying the scenery. It's about a 10-13 minute walk to the metro stations. A big thank you to Xiao Luo for the excellent service! The room had everything I needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, dental kits, slippers, plenty of clean, fresh towels, a tea set, and even a foot bath with herbs, just as promised when booking. The breakfast was simple but had all the essentials: eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, tea, coffee, fruits, vegetables, local dishes, and desserts. Thank you! ✅☀️🌿"
