"We communicated through WeChat with the hotel prior to the stay and was assigned with Mr Xiao Oh who is an amazing butler! He took care of all our needs from arranging pick up upon arrival, recommending places to visit in the ancient town, connecting us with an tour agent to bring us to the Yulong Snow Mountain and even reminding us of utilise the services that comes with the room such as going for hand drip coffee experience, afternoon tea break and night soup for winding down. On our second night, he kindly invited us to Tea after finding out that we had called in dinner as we were too tired from the day trip to the mountain. We enjoyed exchanging stories with Xiao Oh and could definitely feel his sincerity during our conversations. Room amenities wise exceeded our expectations as there was a room smart AI (Xiao Du), an amazing view of the mountains and a comfortable bed. The only downside is the lack of privacy at the bathtub and sofa lounge area as there are no curtains or blinds. Our two nights at Aixi was definitely not enough and we will definitely be coming back here again for more nights during our next visit to Lijiang ❤️"
