To sum it up, this was a nearly perfect vacation, and in my opinion, if you're looking for a quiet, tranquil, and comfortable resort experience, then Banyan Tree Sanya is the absolute best in Sanya! Beyond these advantages that surpass other hotels, Banyan Tree doesn't skimp on the expected perks of a luxury brand. First, the online claims of outdated facilities are unfounded; everything is in perfect working order. Second, regarding hygiene, even with a private pool villa nestled in the rainforest, I found the cleanliness to be absolutely up to standard! I was also quite satisfied with breakfast, especially the sour and spicy seafood noodles and the egg tarts – absolutely superb! And most importantly, the service. You can tell the front desk and concierge staff are genuinely dedicated; they are very patient and communicate and resolve issues promptly. Since it was our anniversary, they even upgraded our room when available, a big thank you to our butler, Youyou, for this wonderful hospitality! Overall, this trip far exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied!

Cameron is nice, and the service was good, as was the hotel itself. It had all the facilities, a clean environment, and a wide variety of delicious and affordable food. There were many activities available, and even bug spray provided. The room had plenty of water options. The Chinese lunch arrangements were appropriate and plentiful. The only drawbacks were that the light switches in the room weren't great, a bit hard to control. The air conditioning in the Japanese restaurant wasn't strong enough, making it a bit warm. The travel photography selection process felt a bit like forced consumption; they were very quick to pull out a QR code and demand payment, as if they were afraid I wouldn't buy anything. That was a small disappointment on the trip, and I'd recommend avoiding this travel photography service; it wasn't as good as one I would choose myself. Overall, the Westin offers great value for money, with an all-inclusive package that provides plenty of diverse and clean food. It's perfect for a relaxing vacation, with a nice swimming pool, ping-pong table, billiards, and a gym, along with various activities. It's really suitable for a holiday and much better than other popular 'influencer' hotels. The F&B staff were also very accommodating, asking about our needs and what could be improved. Overall, I'm very satisfied, except for the travel photography. Every trip has a small regret, but it didn't spoil the mood. Overall, the Westin is excellent.

For our Sanya vacation at the end of August, we chose InterContinental as our first hotel. The public areas are beautiful, and the lobby has high ceilings, making it very cool with the sea breeze in the morning and evening! Our butler contacted us in advance, and even though we arrived late on the first day, they reserved a higher-floor room for us with a fantastic sea view. Every morning, I woke up at 6 AM and lay on the balcony sofa, waiting for the sunrise – it was so comfortable! The room was very large and spacious, but the semi-open bathroom might disturb companions when using the toilet at night. Our butler, LUCAS, was very proactive, helping us book various activities and even getting a coconut for the child! But the biggest surprise at the InterContinental was definitely the snorkeling. We booked a snorkeling lesson for our child at the hotel's dive center, which opened up a whole new world for her. The buffet dinner at the underwater tunnel was also very romantic.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing meticulous guidance from check-in to showing us to our room, which made us feel very welcome. The ocean view from our window was stunning, with the endless blue sea and sky, making both sunrises and sunsets breathtaking. A special shout-out to our butler, Kobe, who was exceptionally attentive throughout our entire stay, demonstrating true professionalism in everything from itinerary suggestions to detailed arrangements. The most pleasant surprise was the bubble bath provided in the room; the delicate, rich foam enveloped me, washing away all weariness. Even more commendable was how quickly the hotel responded and resolved an unexpected issue that arose during our stay, ensuring it didn't impact our vacation mood at all. Overall, it was a relaxing and reassuring trip, with service quality exceeding our expectations.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The sea view was fantastic! The weather was bad, so I stayed in the room the whole time and didn't get a chance to experience the pool. But this suite was truly excellent: clean, bright, and spacious. It had two separate bathrooms, and at night, the bedroom doors could be closed for privacy. Both rooms also had their own balconies. Although it's close to the airport and planes constantly flew overhead when on the balcony, you could barely hear any noise once the doors were closed. The downside: The food at the executive lounge was a bit disappointing. There was a limited variety of hot dishes, and all the desserts were mousse-based, which were both heavy and not very tasty. Wouldn't some regular cakes have been better?

Staying at the Seaview Hotel this time was a truly wonderful surprise! The seaview room we booked had an amazing view; opening the window revealed the ocean, and we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a full set of toiletries. The hotel environment was quiet and had a great ambiance. The butler service was attentive, and requests were handled promptly. The location is excellent, very close to the beach on foot, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. We felt very relaxed, and it truly enhanced our travel experience. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The view was exceptionally beautiful, and every shot I took was a healing scene, allowing me to completely shed my fatigue. The entire check-in process was very smooth. The staff's arrangements were meticulous and well-executed, and the check-in衔接 was efficient and hassle-free, with no complicated procedures. The overall service experience was very pleasant. I especially want to commend staff member Xiao Die. Her service attitude was gentle and thoughtful, meticulous and thorough throughout, and she answered all my questions. Whether it was check-in guidance or responding to daily needs, she was incredibly prompt, treated guests with sincerity and patience, and paid great attention to detail. It was truly heartwarming and greatly enhanced the happiness of my entire stay. Beyond the room type and environment, the hotel's dining was also a delightful surprise. The restaurant's dishes were excellent in taste, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The variety of dishes was abundant, and the taste was palatable without any disappointments. The dining environment was clean and comfortable, and every meal was very satisfying, completely exceeding my expectations. Although the Mangrove Tree Resort is an older hotel, its facilities are still excellent, clean, and tidy. The staff are enthusiastic and offer service with a smile. The hotel is situated on the picturesque Yalong Bay coastline, with coconut groves, lawns, and beach loungers, all designed to help guests relax and unwind. The Chinese restaurant offers delicious food, and the Thai restaurant is also quite good. If you're coming to Yalong Bay in Sanya, this is 100% my top choice. This year, they've introduced a new butler service, which gives you a warm, 'home-like' feeling. For anything you need, just ask your butler!

This was an amazing travel experience, and my first time staying at this type of resort hotel. It's fundamentally different from other luxury hotels. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including bars, a zoo, a private beach, various sports courts, swimming pools, a surf pool, and much more. It's truly as they say, coming to Sanya and just enjoying the hotel is enough. Initially, my room wasn't ready when I arrived, but Steven actively coordinated and even sent a welcome gift, which I really appreciated. The service in this regard was exceptional. Other hotel staff were just as great; their service attitude truly lives up to the luxury hotel standard.

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Ella, the butler at Wanda Realm! To be honest, the room facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely see the age in the bathroom and furniture. But that didn't detract from our experience at all, because the butler service was simply outstanding! From adding her on WeChat to communicate our needs during check-in, to receiving daily thoughtful weather and activity reminders, every request was met with a prompt response. The butler even specially delivered a fresh fruit platter to our room. And at check-out, she had prepared Hainan specialty souvenirs. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel truly valued and pampered. Moreover, the hotel's outdoor environment is absolutely stunning! The sand on the beach is as fine as flour, the seawater is crystal clear, and every photo you take looks like a wallpaper. The complimentary travel photoshoot was an even bigger surprise; the photographer patiently guided our poses, and the results were simply amazing. We ended up buying a package of over twenty photos, which was far better than any roadside photographer – why even bother with a bicycle when you have a luxury car? (a Chinese idiom meaning 'why settle for less when you can have the best') Honestly, I truly believe that without the dedicated efforts of these high-quality professionals, this hotel would struggle to operate so smoothly. The hardware might be old, but the warmth of the people makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values service experience!
