They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming. The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jimei Seaview for a business trip, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and transportation is convenient, making it an excellent choice for business travel. This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Our stay at Langham Xiamen was excellent overall! I have to commend the housekeeping; the room was spotless, and the bathroom and bedding details were meticulously handled. The room's amenities are top-notch, and the bedding quality is fantastic – I especially loved their large square pillows. Although the twin beds were a bit small, similar to those in Southeast Asian tourist cities (around 1.15m), the overall room size was generous, making it suitable for both business and leisure. Room service was prompt and discreet. It truly lives up to its reputation as a classic British brand. Special thanks to Ms. Cheng Lin, the Guest Relations Manager. Her service was incredibly thoughtful. She remembered me and my child when we saw her at the lobby lounge during afternoon tea, and again at checkout, even recalling my car entry issue. I will definitely stay here again. The only minor drawback was being assigned a street-facing room. The window's soundproofing wasn't great, and I could clearly hear traffic noise late at night. Light sleepers might want to request an inner room in advance when checking in. Otherwise, everything else was impeccable.

It's clear that the hotel's service goes beyond the superficial; they genuinely listen to guests' perspectives when issues arise. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and the family-friendly amenities were excellent. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Xiamen, and Yulia's thoughtful and responsible service deserves special praise!

The hot spring overlooks the ocean, and soaking in the thermal waters while listening to the waves just washes all the tiredness away. The decor is very tasteful, the room is clean and tidy, and every detail shows great care. It mainly featured mini hot pots, along with an abundance of crayfish. The variety of dishes was impressive, with seafood, hot dishes, and desserts all available. The ingredients were super fresh, and we left feeling very satisfied. The breakfast buffet the next day was also excellent. **Environment:** The location is another big plus, being very close to the beach, making it super convenient for a stroll. We had a comfortable stay throughout, making it our top choice for a family vacation with kids. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!
