The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

After three years, I returned to Xiamen and once again chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Jimei. My previous experience was excellent, so when I brought my whole family to Xiamen this time, I still opted for the Crowne Plaza, and it was just as comfortable as before. Special thanks to our butler, CoCo, for her thoughtful and attentive service. She proactively asked about our needs and promptly answered all our questions. The hotel's overall environment was clean and comfortable, and all the staff provided meticulous and attentive service. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade during check-in, along with free drink vouchers for the lobby bar, and a complete fruit platter as a welcome amenity. Both the dinner and breakfast at the hotel were of very high quality. This was a truly satisfying and flawless stay. Many thanks to all the hardworking staff, thank you all!

This was my fifth stay at Xiamen Airlines Golden Egret. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. The room was clean and tidy, and I loved the dark green decor. Our butler, Xiao Zheng, contacted us in advance and gave us some great tips for local attractions. Every evening, she'd also send us the late-night snack menu. The stews and desserts were delicious, and they even provided Tianrun yogurt, which I absolutely loved!

As an international five-star hotel, the hardware is, of course, impeccable. What I value most are the details, as they truly make all the difference. My three-day stay was, in a word, absolutely perfect and satisfying. From the moment I checked in at the front desk on the first day, every staff member across all departments was incredibly polite, always greeting me with a smile. Whether it was in the room corridor in the morning, at the breakfast restaurant, or even the housekeepers, dining staff, and even the chef preparing breakfast – their first words were always a cheerful 'Good morning,' delivered with a constant, engaging smile. It felt very friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including Xiamen specialties like Shacha noodles, Mianxian paste, and beef soup. There were also three to four choices of freshly squeezed juices, and they could even prepare Eggs Benedict. The swimming pool and gym were also of a considerable size, and the environment was very clean. In terms of the room, the wet and dry areas were well-separated. What impressed me the most was the housekeeping staff. They truly embodied the concept of 'anticipatory service.' They noticed my preference for tea and thoughtfully provided extra bottles of mineral water for me to brew tea. Even simple things, like tissues, were pre-folded before being given to guests. These little details speak volumes and demonstrate how thorough and professional their staff training is. Finally, a special thanks to Amber from guest services. She contacted me before my arrival to inquire about my estimated arrival time and any room preferences. Her assistance throughout my stay was invaluable. My heartfelt gratitude.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My stay at Xiamen C&D Hotel was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with a charming, antique-infused lobby featuring just the right amount of greenery, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained. The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.

I highly recommend the Shangri-La Xiamen! Even before my stay, the concierge, Yulia, proactively reached out to me. She thoughtfully sent local travel tips and even helped book family activities at the hotel, making the pre-arrival communication incredibly smooth. During my summer stay, the hotel was very busy, and we encountered a minor hiccup during check-in. However, Yulia actively coordinated and efficiently resolved the issue, making us feel completely at ease with her handling of the situation. It's clear that the hotel's service goes beyond the superficial; they genuinely listen to guests' perspectives when issues arise. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and the family-friendly amenities were excellent. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Xiamen, and Yulia's thoughtful and responsible service deserves special praise!

I absolutely have to give this hot spring sea-view hotel a big thumbs-up! The hot spring overlooks the ocean, and soaking in the thermal waters while listening to the waves just washes all the tiredness away. The decor is very tasteful, the room is clean and tidy, and every detail shows great care. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and the sea-view restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and I will definitely come back to stay again!

The biggest highlight of this stay at Pan Pacific was Rocky, the duty manager. Not only was he incredibly efficient during check-in, but he also thoughtfully upgraded my room with a better view. Throughout the process, he was very professional, and his recommendations for local transport and dining were spot on. You can really tell he loves his job; this kind of warm service instantly melted away any travel fatigue. I'll definitely be looking for Rocky again on my next visit! 👍

My family of three spent a weekend getaway at the Renaissance Xiamen, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience! **Facilities:** We booked a poolside room, and the space inside was incredibly spacious. All the amenities were complete and looked brand new. Being able to step right out to the pool was fantastic – our child spent the whole day splashing around and didn't want to leave. **Service:** A special shout-out to all the hotel staff; their attitudes were exceptionally kind and attentive. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant service, any requests were responded to promptly. **Dining:** On Saturday evening, we made sure to try the buffet dinner. It mainly featured mini hot pots, along with an abundance of crayfish. The variety of dishes was impressive, with seafood, hot dishes, and desserts all available. The ingredients were super fresh, and we left feeling very satisfied. The breakfast buffet the next day was also excellent. **Environment:** The location is another big plus, being very close to the beach, making it super convenient for a stroll. We had a comfortable stay throughout, making it our top choice for a family vacation with kids. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!
