CcarrascooHonestly, staying at this hotel for my first time in Beijing truly broadened my horizons and changed my perception of the city. My wife, our child, and I came to Beijing for the May Day holiday. She said since we're here, we might as well splurge and experience a traditional Beijing courtyard. It truly delivered a top-tier luxury experience. The room layout was excellent, the courtyard views were charming, the service was impeccable, and the location was superb with an abundance of food delivery options. Breakfast was all made-to-order. The only thing we missed out on was the bar and hotel activities, but there's always next time. I do have two minor points of discomfort to share, just for reference: 1. When our taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance, a staff member immediately asked me what I was doing there. I was a bit taken aback at first, then explained I was checking in. I'm not blaming him; perhaps I was dressed too casually, but it did feel a little off-putting. 2. On our last day, breakfast felt less crowded, but the food service was incredibly slow. We went at 10 AM, thinking half an hour would be plenty for breakfast, especially since the day before our food arrived in about 15 minutes. This time, we waited half an hour just for the dishes to arrive. Overall, it was absolutely wonderful, and I'd definitely go back if I get the chance. It left a lasting impression, and thinking about it now still brings back such lovely memories, especially sitting in the courtyard at night, listening to music and watching the stars 💫

AAnonymous UserThis time, my best friend and I came to Beijing to play, and we specifically booked a deluxe city-view suite at Wanda Vista. The overall experience completely exceeded both of our expectations. We couldn't find a single flaw in terms of hygiene, environment, service, or facilities. I absolutely have to write a glowing review and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end hotel in Beijing! First, let's talk about room hygiene, which honestly deserves a full five stars – no exaggeration. The moment we checked in and entered the room, it felt incredibly clean and fresh. The entire floor, the corners of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and even the crevices of the sofa were all impeccably clean, with not a speck of dust. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was exceptionally well-done; there wasn't a single water stain on the vanity mirror. The bathtub had been disinfected in advance, and every corner of the toilet and shower area was sparkling clean. The bedding was soft and fluffy, the sheets and duvet covers had no strange odors, and the pillowcases and duvet covers were neatly stitched. The My Dream bed mattress had just the right firmness. My friend and I were exhausted from traveling the night before, but we slept incredibly soundly that night, without any trouble adjusting to a new bed or insomnia. The mini-bar, TV cabinet, and the inside of the wardrobe were also perfectly organized. All the water glasses and tea sets were high-temperature sterilized. You could really tell that the cleaning staff was incredibly meticulous when tidying up, paying great attention to detail. We felt completely at ease during our stay.

TThenayzerThe room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We really liked that the hallways were also quite wide, which made the hotel feel even more comfortable and open. The breakfast offered an extensive selection, including a variety of international cuisine. The hotel kindly offered us a late check-out since our flight was at 5:00 PM, which was very convenient and much appreciated. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel also provides free airport pick-up, and the meeting point was very easy to find. Our driver was very friendly and spoke English well, making the transfer smooth and convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserOur overall stay was perfect, we were thoroughly satisfied with everything. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a shopping district and the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, and even proactively offered tips for local sightseeing. Room hygiene was impeccable, the entire room was spotless, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was clean and odor-free. The toiletries were comprehensive and of good quality. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Public areas were clean and tidy, and the self-service laundry and other facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. The service throughout was thoughtful and unobtrusive. It offers incredible value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and it will be our first choice next time we visit!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room offers an excellent view directly facing the Forbidden City. The swimming pool is comfortably heated, and the gym is well-equipped with machines that are maintained like new. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The bedding was pristine and crisp, and the bathroom was spotless. The turndown service even organized personal belongings meticulously. Ambiance: Located in Wangfujing, yet surprisingly quiet. The floral arrangements and artwork in the public areas are tasteful and elegant. The unique scent of oriental agarwood creates a distinctive, secluded atmosphere. Service: Our butler, Xiao Lü, was the absolute highlight. She attentively observed our needs, proactively prepared a rainy-day itinerary, and arranged a late check-out. Her thoughtfulness felt like that of an old friend, making it a truly warm and memorable experience. Overall, it exceeded our expectations! 👍🏻

CChaorendiediAfter comparing several hotels in the same price range, I chose Zǐlóng Gardens. I'd also looked at their usual rates, and it seemed a bit pricier then, but booking it in advance for a holiday trip was definitely a steal. **Stay:** For the same price, other places offer rooms under 30 square meters, but Zǐlóng Gardens gives you 50 square meters. It's nestled in a hutong, offering a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling city. It's actually the former residence of Prince Taò, who was an advisor to the People's Liberation Army's equestrian administration. We opted for the family room, which even had a small balcony with a view. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, so washing up wasn't cramped at all. **Food:** The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks (mineral water, Coke, Sprite, beer), and they'd replenish it anytime. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food is incredibly fresh, with different dishes every day. I initially thought breakfast wasn't included, but it turned out to be free! From 11 AM to 11 PM, they offer afternoon tea with chef-prepared dishes like wontons and Zhajiangmian, all completely free of charge. You can even take fruit back to your room. The 'Sìyuè Hétún' restaurant on the first floor also had good prices and flavors; no reservations needed for their fugu or roast duck. **Getting Around:** It's very close to Nanluoguxiang, the National Art Museum of China, Wangfujing, and Longfu Temple. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, but I mostly used taxis, which made getting around super convenient. **Service:** The hotel staff's service was impeccable. Finally, although check-out was officially at 12 PM, they were fine with us leaving at 2 PM, and even gave us a farewell gift. Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. Our 5-day, 4-night trip during Chinese New Year was a fantastic family experience and definitely enhanced our vacation.

AAnonymous UserThe room was great, and I loved that food deliveries could be brought right to my door by a robot. The location is super convenient, with popular spots like Siji Minfu and Grandpa's Tea right downstairs. It's also not far from the shopping mall. I was really happy with this last-minute booking.

GGuest UserExcellent location! It's super convenient to get to the Forbidden City, the National Museum, and Tiananmen Square. Being right in the heart of the commercial district means you're surrounded by big shopping malls, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are highly professional and polite. A special shout-out to Manager Cindy, who was incredibly thorough and proactive in resolving all our issues. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserFinally checked into the Commune by the Great Wall, a Hyatt Centric property – specifically, the Bamboo House. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, so I'm sharing an honest review for anyone considering a visit. The exterior features tightly packed natural bamboo poles, complemented by a black sloping roof. Walking along the forest path, you can see the building softly blending into the mountains and woods from a distance, without appearing out of place at all. The most stunning feature is the independent outdoor bamboo tea room. Bamboo columns enclose a semi-transparent space with white sand covering the ground. Through the bamboo gaps, you can gaze at the mountains and forest. Sitting quietly and enjoying tea here creates an incredibly atmospheric experience, perfect for photos. The public areas boast large floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the green trees outside like natural landscape paintings. During the day, light and shadows filter into the rooms through the bamboo poles, creating ever-changing scenery. Practical Tips for Your Stay: 1. The room offers excellent privacy. It's a standalone building surrounded by dense trees, away from the hustle and bustle of public areas. It's ideal for those seeking quiet relaxation, couples on a getaway, or small gatherings of friends. 2. The building materials are natural bamboo, so there's a natural bamboo and wood scent. If you're sensitive to slight color variations or textures in natural materials, please be aware of this beforehand. The gaps in the bamboo create a soft, translucent feel; if you require ultimate privacy, simply pull down the indoor blackout blinds. 3. The hotel is located in a valley, so the temperature difference between morning/evening and daytime is greater than in the city. Remember to bring a light jacket if you plan to sit in the outdoor tea room in the evening. 4. The resort grounds are very large. I recommend driving in, as walking to and from the restaurant can be quite far. For dining, you can choose the hotel's restaurant or bring your own snacks and enjoy them in the outdoor tea room. Areas for Improvement: When I checked in, the room had just been cleaned, and there was still water on the floor, suggesting a rushed and less-than-thorough cleaning. The 'Old Beijing style' afternoon tea, which looked great for photos in the lobby, consisted of pre-bought items of generally mediocre quality.

GGuest UserHere I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips. I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names. This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather. I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute. This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine! (I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)
