Excellent
GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered. Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched... The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night. The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference. Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

AAnonymous UserI really appreciated that the hotel wasn't overly decorated with holiday elements, maintaining a quiet and elegant style. That was a big plus for me.

GGuest UserLocation: Situated within The Londoner, it's super convenient to walk to The Venetian. Service: Service was decent. Facilities: The hotel room facilities and amenities were excellent, living up to the usual St. Regis standard. Hygiene: Good hygiene. The room offered a view of the Eiffel Tower and you could even hear Big Ben chiming – definitely recommend!

GGuest UserI stayed at Altira Macau for a few days at the end of 2021, and coming back after four years, I'm truly amazed at what an impeccable hotel this is. In terms of facilities, the air conditioning was cool and quiet, and didn't blow directly onto the bed. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from outside the window or the hallway. The bathroom and the sofa lounge area were both very spacious, never feeling cramped at all. As for service, all the hotel staff were warm, polite, and made us feel right at home. And the convenience is undeniable: there are restaurants, supermarkets, and banks all around the hotel. It's incredibly easy to call a taxi or take public transport, and it's only about a ten-minute drive to either Coloane or the Macau Peninsula. What's particularly worth mentioning is the lounge on the 38th floor, which is very comfortable and perfect for a nightcap. I'm already planning my next trip before this one even ends, and I'll definitely choose Altira Macau again without hesitation when I return to Macau. I saw a review that said, 'If you're not satisfied with a hotel like this, are you expecting to live in a heavenly palace?' I couldn't agree more!

BBashinianhuanyoushijieEven with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served à la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.

GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service! I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient. The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.

CChrisChen1029The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.

GGuest UserThe walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!” I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

AAnonymous UserThis time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall. What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.
