xuzhenliuThe room facilities are complete, with great attention to detail, and all the amenities are from good brands. The breakfast is rich and varied every day. The service is incredibly warm and attentive, and the airport shuttle service is also excellent. It would be even more perfect if there were dedicated non-smoking cars (no smoke smell in the car + driver doesn't smoke). I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the South Gate of the old city, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. We stayed in a rooftop room with an absolutely stunning view! We had a close-up look at the majestic Cangshan Mountains and the mysterious clouds circling them. The service was very attentive! The front desk staff were so kind, and a charming young man enthusiastically helped us with our luggage both when checking in and checking out.
[Room Perks] Brand-name hydrating facial mask: After a relaxing bath in the evening with bath salts and rose petals, applying a face mask was pure bliss!

We stayed with Sister An at Dali Old City Sushe Boutique Inn for 4 nights. Her comfortable inn offered a fantastic mix of home and resort, providing a relaxing retreat after the busyness and urbanity of Kunming. Our 6-year-old daughter absolutely loved the property. The fish in the central pool, the cozy coffee shop lobby, the swinging pavilion across the glass bridge, and the upstairs mountain view deck kept her thoroughly entertained. Sister An’s inn was just perfect. Every morning started with a wonderful breakfast of eggs, tea eggs, free-flow coffee and tea, a variety of buns, millet porridge, and pickles. Furthermore, Sister An provided timely advice on transport, sightseeing, and local holidays. From the moment we booked a few days before our arrival, Sister An maintained constant communication via WeChat and a translation app to coordinate our arrival time. She even sent a complimentary driver to pick us up at the train station, which sat about a 30-minute drive from the hotel's central location in Dali Old Town. She also responded within minutes whenever we had a question throughout our stay. She is the true gem of this hotel.
Some highlights of our stay included:
The Public Areas: Excellent spaces, including the upstairs view decks.
Convenient Amenities: Free washing facilities (essential for our month-long voyage with a party of four), a microwave, a mini-fridge, and ample closet space.
The Suite Layout: The divided rooms gave our brother his own private space, complete with a sliding glass door, desk, and privacy curtain.
The Bathroom: A powerful, beautifully hot shower with both handheld and rain options.
Location & Value: An economical price for a very central location close to all the sights and restaurants of Dali Ancient Town.
Bonus: Sister An whips up a very delicious latte!
Because we ran out of time to do everything we wanted in Dali, we will definitely be back—and we will absolutely stay at this hotel again!

YoYo_5566Extremely, extremely satisfied! So much so that I extended my stay for a few more days in the same room! The view is absolutely amazing! Both the balcony and the master bedroom offer breathtaking sea views, and the clouds change every day, which is incredibly relaxing to watch. Breakfast is a buffet on the top floor; the selection isn't huge, but there's a good variety within each category, and it all tastes great! The room is fully equipped, meticulously clean, and full of thoughtful details! When I arrived, they picked me up from the train station, and hotel staff were already waiting in the basement. Besides breakfast, they also offer afternoon tea and fruit daily. If you miss breakfast (which goes until noon) and get hungry, you can tell the staff, and they'll bring noodles or rice vermicelli to your room. The service is incredibly attentive, and the staff are always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 Our room faced Erhai Lake, and we could rent bikes just a short walk downstairs. In the evening, we could easily stroll to the nearest part of Erhai Lake – so convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities including a Bluetooth speaker, smart toilet, shower, and a bathtub. They even provided welcome fruits and bedtime milk. We even met a kitten during breakfast, haha! What I loved most was how enthusiastic and welcoming all the staff were. Our butler contacted us in advance, gave us a warm welcome, and tried their best to meet all our needs. It was a truly delightful experience! 🥰🥰🥰

Anonymous UserFree parking outside the ancient city, the little brother will pick you up at the intersection. It's in the inner part near the sea. You can take pictures on the rooftop, which is good for physical strength. There is also breakfast in the morning, which is made by their local aunt, and it's super delicious rice noodles. Unlimited refills. It's also very convenient to go out in the town. When you walk out, you will see Yang Liping's Sun Palace, and on the other side is Nanzhao Fengqing Island.

Returning to Dali from Jizu Mountain, I temporarily chose to stay at Jinsuo Island. I have been to Dali many times, and this is my first time on the island. This hotel is indeed the most satisfactory one. The room has an unbeatable sea view. You can see the sea and the sunrise while lying on the bed. The facilities are very smart and the hygiene is also very clean. Super cost-effective!
The breakfast in the sea view restaurant is also a little surprise.

Anonymous UserOur stay was wonderful! The room was meticulously clean, even the corners were spotless. The owner was very kind and helpful. The daily breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and genuinely delicious – we were very satisfied. The B&B's location is peaceful yet central, and the courtyard filled with flowers and plants was truly memorable. We loved the room types – the suite with a large bed and floor-to-ceiling windows, and the tatami family room were both very comfortable. My whole family was happy with it.

Nestled in Shuanglang Ancient Town beside Erhai Lake, this beautiful hotel's location was a pleasant surprise. Situated on Yuji Island, you can enjoy the shimmering waters of Erhai Lake from a lounge chair on the terrace – a tranquil oasis right at your doorstep. The owner was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the hotel is filled with thoughtfully designed gardens and charming details, including a rooftop terrace perfect for photos! Beautiful scenery, the vibrant colors of Yunnan! Thank you to the butler for the attentive service! This is my first review on Ctrip, and I genuinely think this hotel is excellent! While my experience exploring Dali Ancient City was rather lukewarm, this hotel left a lasting impression.

Guest UserThe rooms weren't large but were clean, with modern amenities. It's located right on the main road of Dali Ancient City. I stayed on the ground floor, but the views from the rooms upstairs were quite beautiful. There are some peach trees in front of the house; if you go during the flowering season, you'll be amazed. Before going, I checked the map and thought it was on a main road, so I assumed a car would be able to pick me up right away. But upon arrival, I learned that cars are only allowed in at night; in the morning, cars are prohibited, only motorbikes and bicycles are allowed. So every time I needed to go somewhere, I had to walk to the main road, which was a bit inconvenient – this is the biggest drawback you should consider. On the other hand, the owner was quite enthusiastic; I checked in at 1 AM and he waited until he fell asleep, making me think I was being locked out!
