"The hotel is clean, affordable, and fully equipped with kitchenware, a washing machine, detergent, and a hairdryer. It's quiet and a bit far from the station. Self check-in was private and hassle-free. I liked it very much and will definitely stay there again."

"The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service."

"Extremely satisfied! This hotel offers excellent value for money. You can store your luggage for free if you arrive before check-in time. The hotel has a washing machine (with a drying function) which is free to use (laundry pods are also provided free of charge by the hotel), and a free gym (with limited hours). The hotel decor is very new, and the room is exceptionally clean; everything feels brand new. It's just over 1 km from Dotonbori, about a ten-minute walk. There's also a microwave and a vending machine available."

"I had a truly fantastic stay! The women's bathroom on the first floor has everything you could need, and the cotton swabs were especially useful. Getting water and ice was super convenient, and the washing machine and dryer were easy to use. The hotel staff (an older gentleman and woman) were also very prompt with cleaning; the bathroom sinks were always spotless. When I left for my bus at 6 AM, I already saw a gentleman cleaning the public areas. The Nankai Rapid Express is right next door, so getting to the airport in the morning was a breeze – you just step out and hop on the airport train. The Nankai Rapid Express is incredibly convenient. The hotel is also near Dobutsuen-mae Station, which makes getting around very easy. Even after a tiring evening exploring Namba, walking back to the hotel (about 2km) felt quick. As a solo female traveler to Japan, staying here felt very convenient and safe. I noticed some people exaggerating about this area being a 'poor' neighborhood, but the Japanese streets are very clean, and the hotel opens right onto a busy main road with plenty of people coming and going, so there's absolutely nothing to worry about. Some of the reviews I read earlier were really alarmist. If you're on a budget, staying here in a small room by yourself is incredibly comfortable! If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back. If you walk uphill from the hotel to the main intersection, there's a supermarket in the basement of a shopping mall that offers 50% off groceries in the evening – very affordable and delicious, great value for money! I highly recommend checking that out. Kura Sushi and Sushiro in Japan are also delicious 😋. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Shin-Imamiya South Gate exit!"

"The room is relatively big for a Japan apartment, enough for 2 pax but gets a little squeezy for travellers with 2 luggage. The water temperature is a little frustrating though, as it gets hot and cold randomly and takes awhile for it to turn from cold to hot. The toilet is not to our liking, it’s yellowish in color and just doesn’t feel clean. Other than that, everything else is relatively ok."

"Overall, my stay at Dotonbori Crystal Hotel III (Osaka) was excellent. The location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the heart of Dotonbori, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained and felt very new. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently. They also provided many useful tips for getting around locally. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"I've stayed at various Koko hotels many times, and they generally offer good value for money. Hotels around Namba Station in a similar price range are either too old or too far from the subway. This Sennichimae location is excellent! Coming from Kobe on the Hanshin Electric Railway, exit at the west exit. You'll come up into the 'Walk' underground mall. Walk along the right side of the underground mall and look for exit B30 (pictured in photo five). Next to it is a small cafe with a bear painted on the wall 🐻. After climbing the stairs, you'll see a 7-Eleven, and right next door is the hotel. (Be aware that several exits in this area are all stairs, I didn't see any with elevators, so if you have large luggage, it might be a bit strenuous). The room size is relatively small. You can open one 26-inch suitcase, but two would probably be difficult! The hotel is quite new, and toiletries can be picked up from the lobby on the first floor. The hairdryer is still not very good, unfortunately. Check-in was very convenient with a Chinese-speaking staff member. There are plenty of dining options in the shopping street downstairs, as well as general stores and cosmetics shops. Plus, you can walk directly to Namba Station underground, which is really convenient."

"This is a relatively new hotel, opened in 2022. The location is very easy to find, and the lobby has self-service kiosks for check-in and check-out, which is super convenient. Staff are also on hand to help. On the first floor, you can pick up toiletries, including facial cleanser and lotion, so it's very comprehensive. I specifically booked a larger room, which features a dry/wet separation design and plenty of space. The family room is fully equipped: four beds are perfect for a family of four, and there's ample space for luggage. There's a microwave, water glasses, wine glasses, and a refrigerator with both a freezer and a fridge compartment! The bathroom has double sinks, and there's even a washing machine and laundry detergent! The overhead shower is extra wide with excellent water pressure – showering is incredibly comfortable. There's also an iron and ironing board! It's so complete and wonderful! I will definitely stay here again. I saw they also have six-person rooms! Plenty of space if I bring my elders along too. 👍"

"Location was great, around the corner from Ebisucho and a short walk from Shinsekai and all the shopping and food they have to offer. Room was tidy and spacious for a couple, the washing machine was very useful for us and we used the bathroom's drying function. The only downside might be the lack of luggage storage facility, although there were lockers in the nearby station that could be used."
