"The location is quite good. For dining, you can head to Myeongdong, and there's also a KFC and Burger King along the main road if you walk a bit. Public transport, including buses and subways, is fairly convenient, though it does involve a 8-20 minute walk. An airport bus stop is located just across the intersection to the right when you exit the hotel. There are also GS25 and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby. I booked the Deluxe Family Twin Room. The TV was large and easy to operate, and the air conditioning was incredibly fast and smart. However, the room size was a bit small; with three people, there was hardly any space to move around. There was no desk against the wall or upright chairs, and the sink was right next to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. The room provided complimentary purified water, coffee, and tea, along with an electric kettle and hairdryer. The cleaning was very thorough. Because we had many people and accumulated a lot of mixed trash, some of it wasn't properly sorted. I left a memo when we checked out. 🙏 The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Staff spoke Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. They also offered free luggage storage and had a restroom and lounge area. Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from its quality. Considering all these factors and the price, I would still highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is great, surrounded by restaurants, very new, and affordable. It's perfect for a layover, just a 20-minute taxi ride away. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Incheon. The self check-in and check-out process is simple and efficient. The 24-hour bar on the 13th floor is also a nice touch."

With Type-C and USB charging available, you don't need adapters; just plug in and recharge your phone. Under-Bed Luggage Storage 🧳 | Even in standard rooms, each bed has a dedicated space underneath for luggage, which greatly enhances the sense of space. 📌 Honest Feedback: Upon check-in, there were some minor uncleaned stains on the pillowcase, but thankfully, the overall environment was still clean and tidy. Also, luggage storage service is only until 6 PM, so keep that in mind. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. The convenience and sense of security are definitely worth every penny!"

"Clean, comfortable stay in this hotel, with fantastic location near a subway station serving 2 lines. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception helped to carry luggages as there's no elevator. Free ramyeon, coffee, tea and the use of washing machine and dryer (within stipulated time). No kettle but there's a water dispenser, very convenient! Ear plugs are provided as sound-proofing is not good. Overall, an awesome stay!"

"Stayed at Fraser Place Namdaemun in Seoul and honestly, it exceeded expectations. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Namdaemun Market, Myeongdong, Seoul Station, and surrounded by convenience stores, cafes, and good food spots. Super convenient after long shopping days. The room was spacious by Seoul standards, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Bed was great, and shower pressure strong, What stood out most was the service. Staff were warm, professional, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. Made the stay feel easy and welcoming from check in till check out. The hotel also has a nice gym, outdoor onsen, sauna, and overall calm atmosphere despite being in such a busy area. Would definitely stay here again next time in Seoul. Great balance of comfort, location, and value."

"Upon check-in, a friendly staff member assisted me and provided a thorough introduction to the environment and facilities. The female guest rooms are on a different floor from the male ones, offering more privacy. The room itself was generally very clean, and the personal space was larger than I expected. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the toilet and shower were in separate areas. They also provided plastic slippers, which was great for someone like me who's particular about bathroom cleanliness, haha! There's space under the bed for luggage (a large suitcase and a carry-on fit perfectly for me), and they even have a trash can and a night light. The soundproofing was decent, and since everyone is here for travel and generally tired, I pretty much fell asleep instantly and didn't hear much noise. Plus, the common area is great for eating and making instant noodles – a wonderful experience overall!"

"The location was amazing, plenty of good food around and walkable distance to 2 stations. There's also 2 convenient stores nearby ＜5mins! The room was clean and just nice to store 2 luggages! Everything was clean and comfortable. There is also water, coffee machine, washer and dryer and instant noodle machine on every level too. 10/10 would definitely come back here to stay, the staffs here also speak good English and are super helpful!"

"This newly opened gem feels more like a premium boutique space than a regular guesthouse. The shared kitchen and common spaces are absolutely gorgeous and functional. Plus, free luggage storage allowed me to explore the city hassle-free on my last day!"

"This was a great place for a solo traveler! The location was perfect, right in front of DDP. It's in a multi-use building, so it might take a little searching to find it. Opening the entrance requires a touch panel, which might seem a bit tricky at first, but it's not difficult at all. The shower and toilet are in the same area with no partition, which some might dislike, but it's manageable if you don't mind things getting a little wet (lol). They provided a toothbrush and two bottles of water. The hairdryer was a Dyson. Even with the AC on, the room still felt a bit warm. My room was on a different floor than the check-in, but the lower floor had amenities like a microwave and coffee, and it seemed like the kitchen and other facilities were freely available for use!"

The surrounding area is packed with trendy restaurants, fashion boutiques, and the famous Cheongdam-dong shopping street, so you can shop and dine all in one go. It's bustling yet surprisingly peaceful. ✨ Stylish Design, Excellent Quality The hotel boasts a brand-new, modern design. The lobby is bright and cool, full of artistic flair, with comfortable seating areas perfect for photos. The rooms are clean, odor-free, and well-lit, with a well-planned layout that feels spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great city views, and the high-floor rooms have an amazing panorama. Standard amenities include smart bathroom fixtures, separate wet and dry areas, branded toiletries, complimentary bottled water, and even an espresso machine – every detail is thoughtfully provided. 🛏️ Comfortable Bedding, Excellent Soundproofing The mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – I fell asleep instantly. The duvet is soft and breathable. The soundproofing is exceptional; with the windows closed, you can't hear any street noise. It's wonderfully quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Gangnam, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The air conditioning/heating control is precise, making it comfortable to stay in any season. Plus, there are plenty of USB ports, so no need for adapters – super handy. 💁 Attentive Service, Multilingual Support The 24-hour front desk staff are warm, efficient, and can communicate effortlessly in Chinese, English, and Korean. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. Housekeeping is meticulous daily, replenishing supplies promptly. They can also help arrange taxis and book attractions, which is a great stress-reliever. There's a free gym (with new equipment) and a public lounge, suitable for both business travelers and leisure guests. 🍳 Delicious Breakfast, Korean & Western Options Galore The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including Korean kimchi, bibimbap, and porridge, as well as Western bread, coffee, and fruit. Many items are made to order, ensuring freshness to kickstart your day. Whether you're in Gangnam for shopping, a business trip, or a romantic getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice! Its location, ambiance, service, and value for money are all top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul. Highly recommend!"
