"I am delighted that my stay at Harris Batam Center was excellent! I feel welcomed and the concierge was very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good food and lots of variety. The TV was excellent and has a football channel as well. That for me is most important as a footballer myself. Lovely stay, lovely time. I will come back again.

AAjesh RamakrishnanNice hotel with great location and all facilities. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The Chinese new year party and fireworks were great. The kids play area especially the water play area our kid really liked. Weather was not favourable on day 2 for us otherwise it was overall a great stay.
For other visitors I recommend you to buy some extra bottles of water as the refillable bottle given is very less for a family. We ended up bothering housekeeping several times which was a hassle considering the distance from the reception.

SShanellejjqFrom the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort!
Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience!
Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

The hotel made arrangements to pick and drop us from Nongsa Ferry Terminal.
Lots of activities at the resort, including parasailing, jet skiing, ATV etc. These are very nicely managed by the incharge , Mr. Alam.
Very nice swimming pool and a restaurant at the resort.
There is also a gift shop at restaurant and a prayer room too.
There is a Mosque nearby resort , and the hotel provides pick and drop facility to the Mosque, if you want to pray at the Mosque.
Very clean rooms and well air conditioned. Toiletries are also good quality.
I would definitely recommend this resort to travelers…!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is acceptable. You can see monkeys and squirrels around the hotel, so for a beachfront resort, this level of cleanliness is probably the best they can do. The ocean views and scenery are stunning, and there are two very large pools that are great for swimming. It's a fantastic spot for photos. I'd say the ocean views here are among the best you'll find on Batam Island. The hotel's surroundings are very remote, so getting around pretty much requires a taxi.

YYung ShuenHad a great 3 days 2 night getaway stay at Woda. Breakfast is ala carte dish with freeflow drinks, salad, bread, some fruits and desserts (indonesian salad was super nice).
Staffs were very friendly and good hospitality, helped to carry our luggages to room.
Walkable distance to Golden Prawn 933 and Richeese area.
Need to travel by car to Nagoya or A2 foodcourt area.
Would recommend anyone looking for staying more indoor to relax, staycation or getaway from city to stay here.

JJamuseThe location of this hotel is excellent. Many attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores are within walking distance, which makes it very convenient for travelers who prefer to explore on foot.
The price is clearly reflected in the room size — the rooms are very compact, but the rate is correspondingly affordable. If you book through Trip.com, the price can be even more competitive, which makes it a good budget option.
One suggestion: I would not recommend ordering the hotel breakfast. There are plenty of food options nearby, with much better variety and value. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you prioritize location and affordability over space.

GGuest UserOverall I would say, for the price I pay, I can't complain much. Massage wise was quite good and it is 24hrs so can't complain.. up to standard, service is up to point as well. It is near two shopping malls, BCS was just right beside, while grand Batam is slightly further.
Picture is an indoor playground at BCS, worth it..
