"So many hotels by Erhai Lake in Dali, it was hard to choose! I didn't want to stay in the ancient city, so I picked the Pullman. When we checked in, the hotel upgraded our room. The hotel's location is super convenient for food, accommodation, and getting around. Haiyan Restaurant is close by, and there's a fruit store right downstairs. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including local specialties, which was fantastic! The toiletries were L'Occitane Verbena series, and there was a Dyson hairdryer. After our room upgrade, they even gave us a seat reservation card for breakfast – truly top-notch service! The private car service provided by the hotel was excellent. The car was new and clean, and the driver was very genuine and knowledgeable. He took us to a local restaurant with authentic specialties in Xizhou, helped us avoid tourist traps, and dropped us off right at the entrance of every attraction, saving us a lot of walking. I'm so glad we canceled the car service I booked on another platform. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose the Pullman again."

"Our experience was absolutely wonderful, truly five-star service! Every staff member was incredibly attentive, especially Butler Xu. He was so thoughtful and went above and beyond. My mom got lost walking around outside and couldn't find her way back to the hotel, and Butler Xu went to pick her up. When my mom wanted to buy scissors, he even paid for them himself and wouldn't let her reimburse him – it felt like the care you'd get from family. The environment is beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, there's an exquisite afternoon tea, and warm desserts in the evening. Lying in bed, watching Erhai Lake, Cangshan Mountain, and the seagulls is like a picturesque dream, simply magnificent! When we checked out, Butler Xu saw us off to the parking lot, helped with our luggage, and bid us a polite farewell, even giving us a thoughtful souvenir. The five-star service was simply impeccable. With such a fantastic experience, we'll definitely be back for another vacation."

"This courtyard guesthouse is super close to the South Gate of Dali Ancient City, easily reachable in about five or six minutes on foot. It's really convenient for getting to Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. If you're not driving, besides taxis, there's also public transportation available. There's a direct shuttle bus to Cangshan, and you can take the C2 bus to Erhai. Dining options are plentiful and very convenient, right across from the main gate of the ancient city. The owner couple are very warm and provide excellent service. We're a family of three and chose the triple room, which was very spacious and we were extremely satisfied. Definitely worth choosing!"

"Nestled against the breathtaking Cangshan Mountains, this hotel boasts a beautiful environment. The front desk, room service, and restaurant staff are all incredibly professional and enthusiastic. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped. I especially loved the beautiful Bai ethnic embroidery decorations throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including some fantastic local specialties. We dined at the hotel's Chinese restaurant for several evenings, and every dish was consistently excellent. The Yunnan-style soy sauce chicken at the Chinese restaurant is particularly unique and delicious. On sunny days, enjoying a cup of tea on the room's balcony while gazing at Erhai Lake was incredibly relaxing. The hotel has its own parking lot, making travel very convenient. It's a short drive to the ancient city, Cangshan Cableway, Xizhou, and Erhai Lake. Just outside the hotel, a short walk to the left, there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the street. I will definitely choose Hilton again on my next visit to Dali."

The room came with a bathtub, and it overlooked a meticulously maintained garden landscape with beautifully arranged plants – so relaxing to gaze at. The location is super convenient too, very close to the ancient city, making it a breeze to explore and dine. The facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room, gym, and swimming pool, all available. The service was also very thoughtful. You can while away the hours at the afternoon tea lounge and tea room, and the upstairs cafe even offers sunrise views 🌅. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. It was a comfortable and convenient stay; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dali!"

"We're touched by the sincerity & level of service given by this hotel as the host were willing to wait for our arrival (late midnite) as our flight arrived in the evening in Kunming & we have 2 hours of train ride from Kunming to Dali. Our room was spacious & full with basic necessities. It's just walking distance from the main entrance gate of the old town. Next to this hotel is a halal (Qing Zhen) restaurant so we don't have to look around for halal food. We fully recommend this hotel for travelers planning to visit Dali in the future. Love from malaysia 🥰"

"When I was choosing a guesthouse, I gave my friend two options. One was near Caicun Village, right by Erhai Lake. My friend is quite particular; she insisted on a place with a completely separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, so we ended up choosing this one. Honestly, as a family with dogs, we absolutely loved it here. Our two Shibas adored it! The two front desk staff members were incredibly enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage and giving us tips on Dali attractions. Both of our twin rooms were on the first floor, which was quite convenient and not noisy at all. There are two breakfast set menus to choose from, and you can order more if you're still hungry. On our last day, we woke up at 7:10 AM and went up to the 4th floor to watch the sunrise, which was really easy to do. One small suggestion: my friend mentioned that the communal restroom in the downstairs bar had an odor. They're quite sensitive to smells, and their room was right next to it."
