Shanghai Hotels with Jacuzzi

"Reason for choosing: Booked this hotel for a trip to Disneyland with the kids. It just opened this year in 2026, and I always prefer new hotels as the hardware and facilities are very fresh. Room Upgrade: We booked a Whirlpool Tub Room for the kids and a standard room for my husband and me. The hotel staff kindly upgraded us to make it easier for me to check in on the kids and my mother-in-law. Huge thanks to the hotel! Shuttle Service: There is a shuttle service to and from Disneyland and Pudong Airport. You just need to join the WeChat group and reserve in advance. We didn't end up using it, though, as our schedule was a bit uncertain. Stay Experience: The bedding was clean, but the mattress was a bit too firm for my taste. On the downside, there were no robe hooks in the bathroom, leaving nowhere to hang towels and clothes. Also, neither of the two rooms we stayed in had bathroom doors, and the sink is located outside the bathroom. If you leave your clothes on the sink counter, they might get splashed and wet. It's quite inconvenient and I hope they can improve this. Kids' Club: There is a kids' club, which is great for wearing the kids out—they totally get young parents! Other notes: The hotel staff were wonderful. When my child sprained their arm, they gave us a few bandages and had a robot deliver them right to our room—thank you so much! It was also super convenient to order food delivery late at night. If you stay on the ground floor, please do regular pest control. Two small centipedes got into the room, which I caught in some tissue and escorted outside, haha. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for families with kids."

"The room was nice, though the bathroom facilities were a bit old, and the bathtub drain had a slight issue. I reported it, and they fixed it very quickly; the service attitude was really good. The surroundings are excellent, right opposite the Conservatory of Music, with many historical buildings nearby. Thumbs up! 👍"
