Shanghai Hotels with Jacuzzi

"The hotel was great, room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the 1000 trees area (picture included). Every staff member we interacted with was lovely, including the robot ! Really convenient location, a few minutes away from the main railway station by foot, almost everything is 30 minutes away ! We had a very nice stay and we wholeheartedly recommand this hotel !"

"The hotel's location is super convenient! It's right around the corner if you take Exit 1 of Metro Line 2. There are tons of places to eat nearby, and it's just a 7-8 minute walk to the embassy for visa appointments. Zhangyuan is also only about 100 meters away. I booked a balcony room, which was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. The decor is really modern too. There's no breakfast at the hotel, so I grabbed some Shanghai wontons nearby, and they were delicious. One suggestion I have is to add a small night light in the room. The current lighting options are either too bright no matter how you set them, or it's completely dark. I usually prefer to have a bit of light on when staying in a hotel, it makes me feel more secure."

"Booked the Jiaotong Concert and immediately reserved a stay at Fenyang Garden Hotel, which is conveniently close. We were able to check in early upon arrival. My friends and I had lunch at the hotel restaurant. The 4-person set meal was too much for 5 of us, but the food was fresh, varied, and delicious. We had the leftovers packed and stored at the restaurant. For dinner, we dined at the hotel restaurant again, ordered a few dim sum dishes, and to our delight, the chef re-heated and artfully plated our packed leftovers – a truly touching gesture. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and tranquil, perfect for photos. Our room had a balcony, was clean and tidy, and well-equipped. For afternoon tea, the hotel provided complimentary fruit, small snacks, and a free mini-bar with beer, soda, etc. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony, with its wrought-iron railings, reflecting the red tiles and green leaves, bathed in the soft, fragmented sunlight and a gentle breeze, while listening to the evening concert's melodies – it was a wonderfully relaxing and ritualistic afternoon tea experience. The front desk and restaurant staff were proactive and attentive. The doorman at the main entrance could use further training, but the management handled issues promptly, professionally, and effectively."

"Conveniently located near Chuansha Station with a large shopping mall nearby. The room was clean, and the bedding was excellent, with a choice of feather or cassia seed pillows. The breakfast buffet was of good quality. The airport/Disney shuttle service was incredibly convenient, saving us the hassle of dragging luggage to the subway station and going through security. This hotel offers 5-star value for money. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, both day and night shifts, who were all very friendly, polite, and provided excellent service 👍"
