"So many thoughtful details! The only minor issues were the leaky showerhead and the hairdryer breaking on the second setting. Other than that, the disposable towels and toothbrushes were a nice touch, and the hygiene was good. If you're staying here to catch a flight, note that it's quite far from Shanghai Pudong Airport. I had a 5:45 AM flight and made use of the shuttle service."

Although it's not in the core commercial district, the hotel provides a regular shuttle bus to Pudong Airport and the metro station, with reasonable timings and clean vehicles. There's ample parking for self-drivers, so you don't have to worry about rain. Taxis are also readily available; the doorman proactively helps call cabs and communicates destinations. After 8:30 PM, the nearby Platinum Park Hotel (also in Sanjiagang) offers late-night snacks, including self-service noodles and dumplings, for about 40 RMB per person. The hotel also has a Disneyland shuttle; just book in advance. All attractions are within a reasonable driving distance, so you won't be too exhausted returning after a long day of fun. This 'away from the hustle but not the city' location is particularly friendly for families needing to balance sightseeing and rest."
