"This is a wonderful hotel. The rooftop terrace was our favourite. The location is convenient, it’s a short ride to all the main attractions and places. Staff at front desk were very helpful, they helped order my sister a new bag, and they even went out of their way to deliver the belongings my sister accidentally left behind to our new hotel after we had already travelled to the next city in China. Our room was spacious, we had a microwave in there to warm up our late night takeaways and a washing machine too. 10/10 for convenience and comfort. Thank you to the Yihotel staff, you have made our stay truly wonderful."

"Staying 3 nights at this hotel and location just close to Nanjing Pedestrian Walk and The Bund. Hotel Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Especially at noon, one of the receptionist (She, Unknown her name) help us to call to a local shop which I forget to ask is there’s a VAT for the item I bought. Thanks to her. Another receptionist, Nana help us to contact the driver during midnight to pick-up cause our flight is 6am although we booked during our 2nd day stay. Thanks for the arrangement. Cleanliness of the room thumbs-up and very comfortable. During our stay, there’s a construction proceed from 9am-6pm but that is not an issue for us cause we at outside whole day. Definitely will stay again."

"The location is great, near to many famous food places and shopping district. However, the hotel room is small, bathroom is small too. The room has a smell of mouldy air con, or clothes not dried with sun kind of smell that lingered for long. They don’t change bedsheets or blanket covers unless requested (we stayed five nights). And after night 3 I requested cos it was dirty. Ordering food and collection of Taobao parcels were easy. Service staff were friendly. So all they need is really a Reno I guess. Oh there is no drop off area for hotel so getting on cabs or didi was a bit difficult but doable."

"We stayed with two children, and they upgraded us to a Little Yellow Duck themed room, which the kids absolutely loved. The complimentary scheduled shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. On our first day, we wanted to go to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Just as we were about to call a taxi, the shuttle driver told us he could take us directly and advised us not to bother with a taxi, which was super convenient. Heartwarming late-night snack: We could enjoy a late-night snack after returning to the hotel. They offered mini wontons and mixed noodles. The mini wontons were delicious, and the kids really enjoyed them. Cleanliness: Overall, it was excellent! Minibar all-you-can-drink: There were sodas, and for the kids, oat milk and cookies. The cookies were incredibly tasty! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it directly to the room. Another shout-out to the hotel: I accidentally booked an extra room on another platform but forgot about it. The hotel proactively contacted me, which was very considerate, and they even refunded me in the end. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for family travel."

"Booked for a business trip, the location is excellent, right opposite Raffles City North Bund. It's very convenient for transportation, and just a short walk to The Bund, where the riverside scenery is beautiful. It's only three floors high but has many rooms. I was happily upgraded to a room with a window for free. The room decor is very modern and youthful, and it even has a large bathtub. They provide disposable tub liners and bath salts, along with complimentary drinks. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The soundproofing was just so-so, as I could hear noises from the corridor. The air conditioning cooling was also just so-so. Breakfast costs 50 yuan per person. There are two Chinese main course options and one Western. The wontons were pretty good, and the other buffet items were tasty too. The toast was excellent when toasted. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people. Overall, I had a great experience."

"We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. GGuest UserI honestly can't praise this hotel enough! From the moment we walked in, through our entire stay, and even during check-out, their detailed service made us feel incredibly welcome. The staff personally escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained all the facilities. The complimentary laundry service, which even included drying, was a huge plus for us travelers – they even delivered our clothes back to the room! Breakfast was another delightful surprise; the presentation alone was appetizing, and there was a wide variety of options. As we were traveling with a baby, we really appreciated that they provided special cutlery for children. This hotel is truly thoughtful and highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt's pretty close to the subway station, and the hotel sign is conveniently located right at the intersection. You go up to the second floor (there's an elevator) to check in, and surprisingly, the front desk and restaurant are in the same area. It took about 12 minutes to get from my room to the business waiting room at Shanghai Station, so it's super close. I haven't stayed at a HUAZHU hotel much before. For breakfast, you have to follow their official account and agree to a user agreement, which was a first for me and left a bad initial impression. However, the young lady who checked me in had a great attitude. It wasn't her rule, but she apologized for the delay and helped me choose a room according to my notes. The room attendant was very nice. The minibar only had water, sugar-free Coke, and orange soda – no still drinks – so I asked for two extra bottles of water. There was a high-frequency buzzing sound coming from somewhere, so I called another lady to help me pinpoint the source, and her attitude was also excellent. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but it had the essentials, plus some interesting additions like a noodle-making machine, Oden, and egg pancakes. However, I didn't find much that I particularly liked. The cleaning staff (the same person who gave me water on check-in day, I think, I'm bad with faces) was very proactive. I just asked them to take out the trash, but they also scrubbed the toilet, changed the used face towels, and replenished the water. Their attitude was fantastic. For subsequent cleanings, they were also very proactive in finding ways to help me. Big thumbs up – this was the most 'human' and attentive cleaning staff I've ever encountered (I was on the 10th floor, highly recommend them). My itinerary was uncertain, and they readily granted my request for a late checkout until 2 PM. During another extended stay, I tried the front desk's homemade drinks, and they were quite good. For my further extension during the Dragon Boat Festival, I was too lazy to go down for breakfast in the morning. When I extended, Manager Nian Nian told me they had Zongzi (rice dumplings) today, so I got two sweet ones, which were delicious. The lovely lady from the 10th floor was off that day, and if I recall correctly, the lady from the 9th floor came instead – her attitude was also super good. That evening, I took a shower, and the water pressure was just right, the temperature stable. The sink was deep enough to easily wash clothes, and it was a rare bathroom that didn't have a transparent or semi-transparent wall. On the 22nd, when I extended again, a different cleaning lady came, and she was incredibly meticulous and had an excellent attitude. I heard on the phone that she was cleaning another room at the time, so I suggested changing the cleaning time. It was only a few minutes later that I heard the cart and opened the door, asking her to clean then. She kept apologizing for my wait, and later, when we met in the elevator, she even proactively pressed the floor button for me. Upon checkout, I even received some small snacks as a gift.

The rooms offer views of Maya Beach Water Park and Happy Valley, with a Sculpture Park nearby. There are plenty of entertainment options in the vicinity, and Sheshan National Park isn't far either. However, the hotel's own amenities are more than enough to keep children entertained, allowing adults to relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Inside the hotel: The hotel boasts a large artificial beach where kids can happily dig in the sand, while parents can relax on nearby lounge chairs and use their phones. Next to the beach are several outdoor pools of varying depths, perfect for children to swim and play with water guns. The hotel also has a small zoo with over a dozen types of animals, including rabbits, camels, and pigs. Upon entering, guests receive a bucket of pre-cut carrot sticks to feed the animals, providing a fantastic experience for the kids. On the first floor, there's an indoor children's play area that, while not huge, is more than sufficient to keep the little ones energized. Being at the foot of the mountain, the air quality is excellent, and Bob provided exceptional service.

While the immediate area isn't super convenient, ordering food delivery was easy, and the robot delivery was quick. The environment is absolutely lovely – surrounded by lush greenery, and the entire complex is very quiet. It was a fantastic staycation. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better, and you have to pay upfront if you want to add it, you can't charge it to your room, which isn't very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, which really helped with accommodating my older child.

GGuest UserFive years later, I'm back at the Toy Story Hotel, and this time my experience was truly impressive. When we checked in, the front desk staff noticed it was our second stay and specially gave us a signed Buzz Lightyear photo. Adults might not think much of it, but the kids absolutely loved it. This stay was to celebrate my child's birthday, and at check-in, the front desk attendant said they'd send a small cake to our room in the evening. If we were out, they'd leave it in the fridge, reminding us not to forget it. Compared to celebrating my child's birthday at Chimelong in Guangzhou last year, this was so much better! First, it was offered proactively, and second, they gave us a birthday badge right at the hotel. Now, every staff member who sees it says 'Happy Birthday!' It really made us feel special! I also noticed this time that the toilet flushing sound is much quieter. Before, I could hear the flush from the next room, but this time I didn't hear anything at all! I'll definitely be back again.

It was stress-free and wonderfully relaxing from start to finish, so I absolutely have to write a detailed, glowing review to recommend it to every couple planning a Disney honeymoon! First, let's talk about the most crucial aspect: its location and shuttle service. This is truly a godsend for Disney visitors! The hotel is only about a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and best of all, they offer a complimentary dedicated Disney shuttle service. We checked in the day before and reserved the 7:30 AM shuttle with the front desk. The next morning, it departed promptly, taking us right to the park entrance. No rushing for the subway, no hassle with taxis, and we even had time for breakfast before heading out – perfectly suited for the relaxed pace of a honeymoon. After watching the spectacular fireworks show at night, there was no squeezing through crowds or worrying about finding a taxi; we simply took the hotel's return shuttle back. It was effortless and reassuring the entire time, making it incredibly convenient for honeymooning couples.
