Firstly, the hotel staff were excellent, from the warm greetings and offering to carry luggage, to adding us on WeChat for 24-hour service, and the breakfast restaurant always anticipating guests' needs. Secondly, the front desk proactively offered a free room upgrade when they saw a family of three checking in, and suggested purchasing a hotel membership card for an extra complimentary breakfast. They truly understood our needs and provided solutions. Thirdly, the Chinese restaurant here is even cheaper than outside establishments, the quality is great, and they offer complimentary fruit and butter tea."

"My trip to Jiuzhaigou this time was made even better by staying at Atour S, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the Visitor Center, just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly easy to get into the park early the next morning. If you're driving, parking is a breeze with plenty of spaces right outside. The room felt incredibly fresh and clean from the moment I walked in. It was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and after a full day of hiking the boardwalks, lying down in bed quickly melted away my fatigue. The heating was excellent; with the significant temperature fluctuations in the mountains between day and night, I slept very warmly. The soundproofing was also good; I barely heard any noise from the hallway, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and hot water came out quickly with stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-ins and check-outs. They even proactively offered tips for entering the scenic area. Breakfast offered a great variety, including hot congee, noodles, pastries, and fruit – a warm meal in the morning was perfect before heading into the mountains. The lobby was quiet and had a reading area, a nice spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry room was a huge plus for long-term travelers. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab dinner or buy essentials in the evening. Overall, whether you're traveling with family or solo, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou."

"Every summer and winter break, my family and I go on vacation. 12 years ago when I visited Jiuzhaigou, we stayed in the town, but this time I chose this hotel based on a recommendation from Amap (Gaode Maps). This is a very comfortable hotel, and the service is absolutely outstanding. As soon as I entered, the front desk lady and a gentleman (I assume the manager) saw I was with elderly parents and children. After looking at my reservation, they proactively offered complimentary breakfast for two additional people, slippers, and toiletries. The next day, when I went to extend my room key, the front desk lady even offered me plums. Even the cleaning staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Their genuine hospitality made us, as first-time visitors, feel completely at ease and welcome! Beyond that, the hotel boasts an elegant environment, a rich and delicious breakfast, and clean rooms. There's also a dedicated parking lot. You can easily walk to the scenic area entrance from the hotel, so you can explore without any worries."

"The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is superb, especially the warm and thoughtful reception service from Hai Jun. It was a very comfortable stay! The breakfast was rich, and the à la carte dishes were also delicious – really great! The hotel is also close to the scenic area, and there's a shuttle bus to take guests there. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a quality night's sleep after a tiring journey. The room was not only equipped with modern facilities but also thoughtfully provided an electric blanket to ward off the chill of the高原 nights. The parent-child themed rooms were a hit with the kids, featuring officially licensed cartoon themes that excited the little ones as soon as they entered. Warm and Attentive Service, A Home Away From Home From the comforting tremella soup offered at check-in to the meticulous care from the butler, every staff member demonstrated high professionalism and enthusiasm. They proactively helped plan our sightseeing routes and patiently answered all our questions. This genuine service made us feel incredibly warm and truly at home. Rich and Delicious Dining, A Feast for the Taste Buds The hotel's breakfast was truly abundant, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes. Whether it was authentic Mianyang rice noodles or fresh bread and pastries, there was something to satisfy every palate. The signature yak hot pot for dinner was an absolute must-try, with its rich broth and tender, flavorful meat, leaving a lasting impression. "The hotel environment is really nice and comfortable, and the bedding was great to sleep on. There were plenty of lounge areas, and I particularly liked the outdoor terrace – it would be even more enjoyable on a sunny day, as it was raining when we were there. "If you're looking for a hotel in Jiuzhaigou, you can definitely book this one. It's one of the best service hotels I've ever stayed at, and I rarely write good reviews. Having traveled all the way from Guilin, Guangxi, I found that the hotels, scenic spots, restaurants, and drivers in Jiuzhaigou were all very honest and provided excellent service. It was definitely a 'strict father' experience compared to Guilin (meaning, Guilin was tough, but Jiuzhaigou was great). The hotel offers high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and they even helped with laundry, drying it, and delivering it to my room late at night – that's truly amazing! The breakfast noodles on the second day were also delicious, and they provide a shuttle bus to the scenic area. The front desk ladies were all polite and attentive. Something unexpected happened just before I left, and the hotel's front desk manager and the front desk lady immediately stepped in to resolve the issue. The service was absolutely incredible. For me, 90% of travel is about experiencing the local culture and people. With such kind gestures, I'll definitely come back again. Oh, and the front desk lady even gave me a souvenir before I left. The fact that they didn't even ask for a good review really left a positive impression on me."

I initially stumbled upon some beautiful scenery recommendations on Xiaohongshu and was instantly captivated by the ambiance of this hotel, so I immediately booked my stay. I had originally planned to spend two days exploring Jiuzhaigou and just one night here, but after doing more detailed research, I realized that the most enjoyable way to experience this place was a relaxed three-day, two-night slow travel itinerary. Upon arriving at the high-speed rail station, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a private car transfer. The latter half of the journey involved a bumpy, winding mountain road for nearly thirty minutes, and the travel could have been frustrating. However, the moment I arrived at the hotel, all my fatigue vanished instantly – the entire journey was absolutely worth it. I've traveled to many places and stayed in all sorts of hotels, both domestically and internationally, but the special cuisine here truly stands out with its incredible flavor and rich taste. The hotel also has gentle and lovely dogs, and upon check-in, I experienced a wonderfully atmospheric ******* welcome ceremony. My room was thoughtfully prepared with fresh fruit, showing warmth and care in every detail. The hotel is nestled in a quiet and peaceful location. Most of the staff are local ******* people. While it may not offer the standardized, high-end service of a five-star city hotel, every staff member here is warm, kind, and genuinely friendly. They proactively and enthusiastically help with any issues that arise, doing their best to solve all travel-related problems, big or small. During leisure time, the hotel also provides a variety of interesting special activities. It’s lovely to participate and leisurely pass the time, escaping the hustle and bustle of the city to quietly enjoy the slow, comfortable pace of life in the mountains."

"Although the guesthouse isn't right on the main road, it offers ultimate peace and quiet. The soundproofing is excellent, allowing you to sleep undisturbed until you naturally wake up. The room is spacious and airy, beautifully decorated with a rustic wooden and ethnic-inspired aesthetic. The bathtub heats up quickly and even comes with a disposable bath liner, making for a truly comfortable soak! The hostess is incredibly warm and thoughtful.
