Excellent
GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered. Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched... The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night. The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference. Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

BBashinianhuanyoushijieEven with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served Ć  la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.

GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service! I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient. The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.

CChrisChen1029The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.

YYee11Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

GGuest UserThe walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them. Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was ā€œNo discount!ā€ I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me ā€œAre you our hotel guest?ā€ I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said ā€œI am. But I just checked out.ā€ She responded grumpily, ā€œNo discount gah! You don’t have the room card!ā€ I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was pretty mediocre, kind of like what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel or a budget chain in mainland China. My neighbors were a bit noisy, even though it was brief, it was still pretty awkward; my kid was blushing. Everything else was fine. The food at the ice cream parlor downstairs was delicious. The curry was light and suited my taste, and the crispy bone noodles were really good and worth recommending. The service was also very attentive.

AAnonymous UserThe location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel. It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room. This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for Ć  la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

DDongshengAlthough the hotel looks a bit old, it offers good value for money and is clean and tidy. The service is also decent. The breakfast is simple, but it met my basic needs. It's very close to the MTR station and Rua da Cunha, and right opposite Galaxy Macau, which is convenient for concerts.
