Excellent
MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹

GGuest UserOverall a solid 4 star. The property is big and new. Casino is well run, odds are not the best (like dealer stand on all 17 on black jack). Staff are very helpful. My suggestion is for the Frozen Snow attraction. They start handing out ticket at 12pm, but there was like 200 people lining up at 11am already. Instead of just handing the ticket out and have people come back, they make everyone wait in line, just to pick ip the to ticket to come back at a later time. Really wasted an hour or so of 200 people's time. The waterpark was great. For tickets to attractions and dinner, you get discount as a hotel guest. However! If you charge the cost to your room, you dont get a discount. I hope this policy is changed as for foreigners, we dont have alipay/wechat pay, so we prefer to charge to room and settle it all at the end.

AAnonymous UserGrand Lisboa Palace Macau: An Opulent Encounter Traversing East and West Fantasy The moment you step into the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, it's as if you've opened a door to another dimension. In the lobby, a towering, multi-story glass dome brings the sky into view, with sunlight refracting dazzling halos through crystal chandeliers, and an indoor garden stretching out like a verdant carpet underfoot. This is more than just a hotel; it's a miniature resort kingdom blending Eastern charm with European palatial aesthetics. Our journey began in a 'Karl Lagerfeld' themed room. As the world's only hotel space personally designed by the late fashion maestro, every detail in the room exudes his unique interpretation of 'modern oriental.' Sleek black and gold furniture, Chinese embroidery on silk wallpaper, and contemporary artworks on the walls create a fascinating dialogue. The bathroom is equipped with Bulgari amenities, and an aroma diffuser next to the deep soaking tub helps melt away travel fatigue in a fragrant mist. The biggest surprise was the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows – directly overlooking the hotel's central 'Verdant Wonderland' garden. Drawing the curtains in the morning, the dew-kissed lawn and Baroque gazebos were serenely picturesque in the morning light, making it feel like living in Alice's Wonderland. The dining experience was equally unforgettable. 'The Buffet at Grand Lisboa Palace' on the third floor offers a global culinary journey with open kitchens, from authentic Macanese African chicken to Japanese sashimi and French pastries, all boasting impeccable freshness. Meanwhile, 'Mesa' on the second floor, crafted by Michelin-starred chef José Avillez, presents creative Portuguese cuisine. Their signature 'seafood rice,' simmered with saffron and fresh seafood, offers a taste of the ocean's sweetness in every bite. For a ritualistic afternoon tea experience, head to 'The Grand Pavilion Bar,' which hosts Asia's first Versace-themed palatial afternoon tea. Macarons and sandwiches are served on gold-rimmed porcelain plates, paired with the specially concocted 'Oriental Charm' cocktail, with even the straws adorned with hand-embroidered ribbons – every detail speaks of luxury. The hotel's entertainment facilities are truly a 'one-stop vacation paradise.' The indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools on the third floor are a favorite for families, with 29°C water ensuring children can splash around without feeling cold. The gym is equipped with the latest Technogym machines, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic garden views, making workouts feel like exercising in a forest. For art lovers, the hotel's 'Virtual Palace of Versailles' exhibition is a must-see – it recreates the splendor of Louis XIV's palace through 3D projection and scent technology. As the light from the Hall of Mirrors dances on the walls and the scent of orange blossom wafts through the air, you might momentarily believe you've traveled back to the 17th-century French court. Regarding transportation, although the hotel is located in the eastern part of Taipa Island, it offers seamless connectivity to the Border Gate, ferry terminals, and major attractions via free shuttle buses. We took a bus to the Ruins of St. Paul's, a mere 20-minute ride, and on the return, we even found the hotel's 'night special line,' avoiding the inconvenience of late-night taxis. It's worth noting that while the hotel staff primarily speak Cantonese and English, the front desk specifically employs 'Guest Relations Ambassadors' fluent in Mandarin. From luggage storage to attraction recommendations, their service is meticulous, even preemptively providing a universal adapter we temporarily needed directly to our room. Of course, even a perfect journey can have minor imperfections. While the hotel's 'New Yaohan' shopping mall offers a comprehensive range of brands, some stores close relatively early. For late-night shopping, you might need to venture to the nearby Wynn Palace. Additionally, due to the hotel's grand scale, it's easy to get lost in the hallways during a first stay; we recommend picking up a floor guide to carry with you. On the day we left Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, the front desk presented us with a customized 'GLP Club' membership gift box, containing exclusive hotel aromatherapy products and postcards. Looking back at this golden-domed edifice, I suddenly understood why it has become a new landmark in Macau's hotel industry – it’s not just a place to stay, but an immersive experience of aesthetics, culture, and life. If your desired travel isn't just about 'checking off attractions' but also about finding a serene haven of luxury in a bustling city, Grand Lisboa Palace might just be your answer.

AAfeiyuCheck-in took a little longer than expected, but they gave us a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! The whole place was super new and clean, and we slept really comfortably. Having Don Quijote right downstairs was incredibly convenient, and the cinema was just on the second floor. We booked Zootopia 4D for 4 PM, then went straight downstairs to browse Don Quijote, and finally had dinner at Gin Gin at 6 PM – a really smooth experience! The food at Gin Gin was also good, with plenty of dishes. The lobster with garlic was better, and the raw oysters were tastier than the ones with cheese. None of the hot dishes were a letdown either. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for a relaxed holiday.👫🏻

JJushifulvxingrijiThe room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane products, which really got me interested. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a sample, which I loved. It's also quite convenient for getting around; there's a light rail just a few hundred meters away that goes straight to the airport. The only downside is that the toothbrush bristles were too hard and made my gums bleed. 😫

2203975****The lobby is spacious, bright, and elegant. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped reserve a room for us. The room was bright and tidy, and the housekeeping was spot on. The floor staff were also very enthusiastic. The lobby's cake was delicious, and the pork chop bun was better than what you'd find elsewhere.

MM296913****Macau is a place where every inch of land is worth a fortune, and hotels are generally expensive. However, this 3-star hotel offers good quality, it's clean, comfortable, and the service is quite good. Plus, it includes breakfast, and the price is relatively affordable.

AAnonymous UserAn excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is simple but impeccably clean. They even thoughtfully provide power outlets compatible with mainland China plugs, so you won't need to worry if you forget your adapter.
