Spa Hotels in Macau

I've lived in Macau for a few years, and since I prefer quiet places, I chose this hotel over the popular '网红' (influencer-favorite) ones. I highly recommend their rooms with a view! You can see several iconic buildings of the Sands Resorts, and the view is definitely one of the best in Cotai. The room is relatively new and quite spacious, and the bathtub is huge! You can control the room with a tablet, and the flow of movement is well-designed. However, the decor style isn't particularly distinctive, though it does have a smart toilet. The welcome flat peaches were good, but the chocolate wasn't tasty, as strange as the dessert after dinner at The Kitchen downstairs. The amenities are noteworthy; the toiletries are Acqua di Parma, the drinking water is Nordaq, the slippers are thick and comfortable, and the minibar is well-stocked. Regarding dining, breakfast is semi-buffet style, and the quality is good, though the variety is a bit limited. The à la carte main courses and soup are Chinese, along with a seafood dish and juice. The Western pastries in the buffet area could be improved; the round bread was dry, the croissants were mediocre, but the muffins were delicious, and the Chinese options were excellent. Overall, the good outweighs the bad. Downstairs, they have my favorite steakhouse in Macau (The Kitchen) and Cantonese restaurant (Jade Dragon). The bar at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus next door is also good. Many restaurants are a bit of a distance from the hotel and involve some winding paths, so they might be hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent; they were responsive to all requests and very thoughtful. The front desk proactively arranged a room with a view for me, and housekeeping patiently fulfilled my various demands. There were some issues with cleanliness, but the staff actively and promptly resolved them, and I even received a bottle of sparkling tea. The rain shower had a minor leak, and the problem persisted after repairs, so the hotel offered fruit as compensation. The housekeeping staff's uniforms look quite comfortable, which is great if they are! I noticed the tops are short-sleeved with a small slit at the back, the ladies' bottoms are culottes of appropriate length, and their shoes are sneakers. I chose this hotel because of Zaha's design, and I was truly amazed by the futuristic setting. All the furniture and amenities in the room were very high-quality, and the perfume, hand cream, and toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent. Interestingly, there was a picture book in the room that detailed the architectural design and construction process. When ordering room service, a dining table is brought in, and the service is excellent and responsive. The breakfast environment and taste are also fantastic – highly recommended. The only minor downside was that the bathtub wasn't clean; it felt gritty to the touch. Overall, I really loved this hotel and it's definitely worth staying at when in Macau. If I have the chance (and money) in the future, I'll come again and also try the Michelin-starred restaurant on the third floor.

Before school started, we stayed at a hotel in Macau for a day. We chose Galaxy Macau and the W Hotel for our buffet dinner. In just a short day, we experienced thoughtful service from several staff members, including the lifeguard at the Galaxy Macau hotel pool (providing rescue services) on the 31st, and Amy 1004469, a front desk attendant at the lobby café where we had breakfast. Her initial warm smile left a deep impression on us, followed by a series of meticulous ordering and hospitality services once we were seated. It's rare to see someone maintain such a warm and bright smile, and a sweet, proper tone of voice while serving us attentively, even when the number of guests grew and she became incredibly busy. Even my husband, who rarely compliments anyone, said her five-star service attitude was excellent. This visit once again left us with wonderful memories. Furthermore, I'd also like to commend the delicious dishes at the lobby café; they were perfectly to my taste.

Excellent stay, highly recommended! Our three-day experience at the Altira Hotel was truly exceptional! From the service to the room facilities, everything was very satisfying. Especially the bathtub in the room – it was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view that we absolutely loved! Next time we visit Macau, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Before our departure, we emailed Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao, and they responded promptly. Check-in was very quick, and they did their best to accommodate our requests. What touched us the most was that this morning, we accidentally pinched our child's finger while bathing them. The customer service department responded quickly, and within five minutes, a medical team butler was in our room to attend to our child's injured finger. They also granted us a late check-out and drove our entire family, including the elderly and children, to the Hengqin Port. Thank you, Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao! The genuine warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff set a tone of honored hospitality for this trip. After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

The room was very neat and clean, making my stay very pleasant. The bedding was cozy and comfortable, allowing me to rest well, and the quiet atmosphere ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, responsive, and provided excellent service. The facilities were well-maintained, and the bathroom and amenities were clean, which I was very satisfied with. The location was also great, making it convenient to get around, and having many convenience facilities and good restaurants nearby made it even more convenient. All spaces were spacious and secure, so I felt safe using them. Avoiding peak season or weekends, the value for money is great, and the atmosphere is cozy, so I would definitely re-visit. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

The service was excellent, especially Alion Hou, the handsome young man at the front desk who checked us in. He patiently suggested touring routes, must-see attractions, time-saving and cost-effective transportation options based on our itinerary, and other important tips. He even thoughtfully jotted them down on a card for us – very convenient and practical to have on hand. Finally, he gave us a brochure about Macao's culture and history. This hotel is not only great for young people seeking entertainment but also perfect for family vacations with kids and seniors. The Grand Canal Shoppes on the third floor feel like a real scene, with shops lining the winding banks. It loses its commercial feel, allowing for a relaxed and leisurely experience.

The room was great, exceptionally clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was very nice, providing excellent and enthusiastic service. The space was large and very comfortable to sleep in. Plus, it had a window for ventilation, which is great for air quality, as many hotels in Macau don't have windows. Late check-out was also a plus. There's a restaurant downstairs and even a massage place. It was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍
