The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again."

The Parisian Macao is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Parisian Macao is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Macau. The hotel is just 3km away from Macau International Airport. Being just minutes away from Union Hospital Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. Keeping busy is easy, with Kids' City, House of Dancing Water and Lisboeta Macau all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Macau hotel offers parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"I spent a few days in Macau during Chinese New Year and chose The Parisian Macao. The experience far exceeded my expectations – it's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway and picture-perfect moments. 📍 **Location & Transportation**: Located in the heart of the Cotai Strip, it's connected to The Venetian and The Londoner by indoor walkways. You can explore all three resorts without needing an umbrella, even on a rainy day. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient. 🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. Overall, it's perfect for couples and family trips, offering romance, shopping, dining, and convenient transportation all in one place. Highly recommended!"

GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered. Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched... The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night. The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference. Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

EEnhengenhengenhengABCFirst, the positives: The shower facilities are better than anything I've experienced in Japan, with bath salts and oils available, and excellent water pressure. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the service recovery is on point. When an issue arose, the assistant front office manager promptly came to my room to discuss and resolve it. Now for the negatives: They haggled with me over extra bath towels and refused to provide them. I requested a firmer pillow three times within half an hour, but each time I was met with excuses. Finally, the butler claimed to have forgotten due to being busy, and brought a disgusting small pillow stuffed into a large pillowcase, which looked dirty and ugly. This really tarnishes the hotel's luxurious image. The compensatory fruit they sent wasn't prepared at all – just a pile dumped on the table, completely inedible unless I prepared it myself! Only the complimentary champagne had enough ice, making it the only thing consumable. The chocolates were also terrible! When I requested a late check-out, they refused three times, only eventually extending it from 11 AM to 11:30 AM. Although I eventually spoke to a manager and resolved it, this kind of experience feels more exhausting than staying at a small domestic motel. If you're not particularly keen on showers and baths, and aren't impressed by scenic views, then this hotel's value for money and service quality are just average.

GGuest UserFacilities: Everything was great, the room was spacious and well-arranged, and the hot water worked perfectly. Hygiene: Housekeeping was very thorough; the bathroom was disinfected daily, and the carpets were vacuumed meticulously, with thoughtful touches added. Service: ALDY provided incredibly attentive service. Seeing our swimsuits hanging, they immediately brought a drying rack. My glasses were cleaned and placed back by the bed when I returned. They also promptly refilled water when they noticed a child needed milk.

GGuest UserI stayed at Altira Macau for a few days at the end of 2021, and coming back after four years, I'm truly amazed at what an impeccable hotel this is. In terms of facilities, the air conditioning was cool and quiet, and didn't blow directly onto the bed. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from outside the window or the hallway. The bathroom and the sofa lounge area were both very spacious, never feeling cramped at all. As for service, all the hotel staff were warm, polite, and made us feel right at home. And the convenience is undeniable: there are restaurants, supermarkets, and banks all around the hotel. It's incredibly easy to call a taxi or take public transport, and it's only about a ten-minute drive to either Coloane or the Macau Peninsula. What's particularly worth mentioning is the lounge on the 38th floor, which is very comfortable and perfect for a nightcap. I'm already planning my next trip before this one even ends, and I'll definitely choose Altira Macau again without hesitation when I return to Macau. I saw a review that said, 'If you're not satisfied with a hotel like this, are you expecting to live in a heavenly palace?' I couldn't agree more!

AAnonymous UserTo sum it up: This hotel is amazing, and I'll only stay here when I visit Macau again. Honestly, I had stayed at the Andaz the day before and moved here, so the contrast was stark. The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel far surpasses others in every aspect, whether it's the room design, the quality of towels and bathrobes, the bedding and carpets, or the quality and taste of the breakfast. Even the staff's service capabilities, enthusiasm, and professional problem-solving skills are top-notch. I had actually lost faith in Macau; besides shopping and casinos, nothing else really appealed to me, especially after being disappointed by a few hotels. However, my experience at The Karl Lagerfeld and the authentic Picasso exhibition upstairs has made me want to visit Macau again. It's truly wonderful. Since leaving, I've already talked about The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel with my partner two or three times. It's genuinely a great place to stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. The experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for couples. Even a small design detail in the room can spark a long conversation, definitely a relationship booster!

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member I’ve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggage’s, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan. Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai strip, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. It’s a nice gesture to have our luggage’s nicely set up before we got in. Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel. After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal. The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macao’s specialty) for us to bring home! St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. We’ll definitely be back soon.

YYoujianwangjinmaoxiaChose to stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Macau for New Year's Eve! As a long-time fan, I absolutely adore the style and service at MO. They even upgraded my room since they knew I was celebrating the New Year, and sent a New Year's cake in the evening. The room view was absolutely stunning, with a direct view of the Macau Tower. Even the breakfast was delicious! When I checked out, it just so happened to be the morning of Chinese New Year, and I got to see the lion dance. My good fortune this year was brought to me by the Mandarin Oriental, and I definitely want to stay here again next time!

AAnonymous UserLocation: It's a 20-minute walk from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and a 30-minute ride from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge border gate on the Sands Hotel shuttle. After getting off, Artyzen Grand Lapa is right next door, which is very convenient. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach attractions like Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Lotus Square, and the Grand Prix Museum. There are many elevators on the streets of Macau for crossing overhead walkways or underpasses, which is very user-friendly. Macau cars drive fast, so be sure to follow traffic rules and make the most of escalators and elevators on the roadside. You can take the Sands shuttle next door to places like The Venetian in Taipa. Walking to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Grand Lisboa takes 30-40 minutes. Public buses are also very convenient; use a ride-hailing app to automatically convert currency and pay. Ambiance: The hotel is indeed a bit old, with a retro feel, but it's very clean. There's a slight damp smell, but it's not bothersome. The room windows are sealed, offering a decent view but not much airflow. We booked connecting rooms with a double door in the middle. We had staff open it beforehand for access. It was essentially one king room connected to one twin room, perfect for families. However, be sure not to close the door to the twin room, as it can't be opened once shut. If you need soundproofing, just close the door to the king room. You can use mainland chargers directly in the room, and the hotel also provides adapter cables, which is a thoughtful touch. Although a bit old, it's clean and tidy. The toiletries and bath products are high-quality, with a white tea scent. There's a capsule coffee machine and tea bags, and two separate bathrooms are very convenient. Service: The hotel management is very organized. From the moment we entered, the service was excellent. During our two-night, three-day stay, I never had to open the lobby door myself; the doormen were always friendly, greeting us and offering help. Check-in was orderly, and every staff member was very nice, automatically switching languages for each guest without any arrogance or discrimination. They listened patiently to guests' needs and offered excellent suggestions. Luggage storage was also very organized, with room numbers on tags for each piece of luggage, so there was no worry about mixing them up. The staff were very diligent and friendly. At check-out, they proactively asked for feedback and didn't pressure for good reviews, sending us off with smiles. Complaints: The room's soundproofing isn't great. We could clearly hear conversations from next door, not to mention the sound of flushing toilets, which was even more noticeable. Light sleepers should consider this carefully. Because I didn't want to be disturbed, I pressed the 'do not disturb' switch every day before leaving, but upon returning, I found that someone had still entered and cleaned the room. While I appreciate the cleaning service, since I had already pressed the 'do not disturb' button, I hope the cleaning staff will pay more attention. Regarding smoking, the hotel has clear no-smoking signs, and there's a designated smoking area outside the lobby. On the streets, 'no smoking, fine' signs are everywhere. Self-awareness is key! Overall, the check-in experience was good value for the price. The hotel isn't as lively as some casino hotels but is more suitable for guests who prefer a quiet and quality stay. I would choose Artyzen Grand Lapa again on my next visit to Macau.

GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service! I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient. The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.

JJieyuThe room was nice; I booked a sea-view room. My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau. Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort. Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe. I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.
