"Upon check-in, the front desk said I was upgraded, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it made. The good thing is the room was spacious and looked grand at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it felt rather empty. The facilities felt outdated, with basic toiletries provided. The bathroom was also very large, but the toilet seat wasn't even a smart bidet, and the floor tiles were old and stained. When I ran out of bottled water at night, I called the front desk, but no one answered. Besides the guy checking room cards at the entrance by the downstairs elevator, I didn't see any other staff members. There was a complete lack of service. It was my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel didn't acknowledge it or even offer a greeting. The 'Emperor's Dim Sum' restaurant downstairs was expensive and unappetizing. Also, when in Macau, you'd expect to visit the casino, right? My partner spent over an hour trying to figure out how a beginner could get chips to play, and there was no clear process or information desk for new guests. I chose The Venetian because it's supposed to have everything – dining, accommodation, entertainment, and shopping – even if the room rates are higher than elsewhere. However, overall, my experience at The Venetian this time was disappointing, and I won't be staying at this expensive hotel again. I suggest they seriously learn from Japan's service philosophy to improve their service quality and figure out how to give guests a true 'home away from home' experience."

Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. Overall, it's perfect for couples and family trips, offering romance, shopping, dining, and convenient transportation all in one place. Highly recommended!"
