The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. RReglimsgGreat location, near to Sapporo station. Diamaru and malls are diagonally across the street. Airport shuttle service stop is within few minutes walking distance from hotel. The room we stayed in is spacious and clean , with a separate living. Shower and toilet are separated which enable two guests to use at same time. It would be ideal that the glass panel of the shower door be tinted for better privacy . Room service is alternate day but fresh towels are provided daily. Staff were generally friendly and helpful especially Miss Wu of front desk, who went the extra mile for us . Breakfast was good and staff at restaurant were attentive . The down side is overnight parking. The lots were shared with other entities and even though we were back by 8pm, there’s still no avail lot. Affiliated parking is available at another nearby building.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, the view was great, and everything felt brand new. The staff provided exceptional service too. We dropped off our luggage early before heading out, and when we returned to check in that evening, a staff member escorted us all the way from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby. Our room was already assigned when we gave our name, and our luggage was already waiting for us inside. The breakfast was also absolutely fantastic – delicious and fresh, especially the sashimi rice bowl. My 6-year-old son even got a complimentary breakfast. We also dined at their French restaurant for dinner. For three people, we ordered two full courses and a children's set meal, which only came out to 1500 RMB. The best part was that each dish was paired with a different wine, offering incredible value for money. This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities.
The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch.
The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here.
The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi.
Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

MMeldoeThe hotel is walking distance to susukino street, 3 min walks away to family mart and some local ramen shop. It’s nearby the clock tower as well. The only downside is if u took the limousine bus from airport, you have to drag ur luggage all the way to the hotel … it is nightmare if is winter time where the road is piled up with snow. Overall the hotel is great just the service is a bit slow and the hotel staff dint even bother to help us to carry the luggage back to the room even they saw us 2 ppl carrying 4 luggage and panting… when we arrive lobby.(or they don’t have the service I’m not sure, for a well known hotel should have). That’s the only downside side

BBangbang0.oGood location, 10mins walk to shopping district, easily access to places. There’s a train station exit in front of hotel as well.
Room size pretty small, have to keep luggage under bed, there’s hot bath in the hotel roof, able to enjoy soaking in hot bath under cold weather, but you have to bring your own towel from the room. Try to avoid peak hour, I went at 6+7 is quite empty, however after dinner time 9+10 is very crowded.
Breakfast is not as good as the photos shown in hotel website, but still have good varieties to choose from.
Able to rent different kind of facilities, eg air humidifier, hair curler etc

SSolo traveller,SGOne of the best hotels in Sapporo, in my opinion! The self check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Having a FamilyMart inside the hotel and a Lawson right next door was incredibly convenient. Everything you need is just a few steps away, including shopping, dining, and transportation. The location is excellent, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo!

GGuest UserIt was pretty good. The view from the 24th floor was excellent, and the public bath was larger than the Dormy Inn I stayed at before. The triple room was also very nice. Although the 0.9-meter-wide bed was a bit narrow for my 14-year-old, he didn't mind, and I prefer us all sleeping together, as it helps us bond more with him. The only hassle was the air conditioning was too hot; I suggest they not turn it off completely but instead set it to the lowest temperature of 18 degrees.

JJasRHotel in a very good location especially if you want to travel by bus to Chitose Airport, just 3 minutes walk to bus stop. In terms of of foods, there are small alley that sell ramens also good choice when you visit Sapporo. Hotel give basic amenities room are quite small but clean.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing.
The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much!
I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open.
