"This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, just across the road from the sea. They even gave us a free upgrade to a sea-view room, so we could enjoy the ocean from our balcony. The concierge staff were excellent, especially a young man named Xiao Su. He was incredibly warm and helpful, he even put all the luggage I'd stored in the morning into my car's trunk. His service was outstanding, highly recommend! 👍"

From the room to the public areas, every aspect exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! 🏨 Room Experience: Blue Ocean Views at a Glance, Flawless Details The sea-view room I booked was absolutely stunning! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view, allowing me to see the entire azure ocean right from my bed. The morning sun streaming through the glass made the room's ambiance feel gentle and healing. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with no detail overlooked. The minimalist yet upscale wooden decor, ample storage space, and even the spacious and comfortable balcony viewing area made for such a delightful experience, just relaxing and gazing out at the sea breeze was incredibly pleasant. The buffet dinner at the hotel restaurant was an absolute revelation! The seafood selection was incredibly rich, with fresh and plump mussels, large shrimp, and various other shellfish. The freshly prepared hot pot had a delicious broth, complemented by freshly grilled meats and specialty desserts – every bite was pure satisfaction. Even more surprising was the restaurant's ambiance; the outdoor area directly faced the sea, and watching the sunset cast its glow on the water in the evening, accompanied by the gentle melodies of a live band, created an incredibly atmospheric dining experience, comparable to a luxurious beachfront restaurant. 🌊 Facilities: A Resort Paradise You Won't Want to Leave The hotel's facilities are so comprehensive! The extra-large pool had crystal-clear water, making it safe for both adults swimming and children playing. There was also a lawn play area nearby, with colorful play equipment alongside palm trees, perfect for capturing vacation-worthy photos. The greenery in the park was meticulously maintained, with lush tropical plants. Strolling through the grounds, you could enjoy the serene natural atmosphere while discovering various charming little details. Whether for family trips or romantic getaways, there's tailored fun for everyone. From check-in to check-out, the staff's service was consistently excellent. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, and thoughtfully provided tips for local attractions. Housekeeping service was prompt and thorough daily, proactively replenishing mineral water and toiletries, paying attention to even the smallest details. This perfectly balanced attentiveness made my stay incredibly reassuring. In summary, this was a completely flawless vacation experience! The room view, dining quality, facilities, and service details were all top-notch. Whether for a family vacation, a romantic trip, or a getaway with friends, everyone will find immense joy here. I've already added it to my list of places I'll definitely revisit; next time I'm in Hainan, I'll choose this hotel again!"

"My stay at the Grand Metropark in April was a true revelation. Yalong Bay itself is an amazing place, but the hotel turned our trip into a real fairy tale. The grounds are huge and very well maintained, immersed in the greenery of tropical gardens – a true oasis for body and soul. By the way, even though the beach is a bit away, it turned out to be a plus: the beach was always uncrowded, clean, and this private little paradise felt like it belonged only to us (and the shuttle runs every half hour, so it’s no trouble at all). I love to go for morning runs, and the conditions here were absolutely perfect! In the morning, when the air is still fresh, it's especially pleasant to run along the paths that wind through all that lush greenery. The light tropical mist and the birdsong give you energy for the whole day. And imagine our surprise when, during one of those runs, we ran into the hotel's general manager himself, Mr. Chen Dexiong, who was also out for his morning run! That kind of moment is priceless – you immediately feel that there's a special atmosphere of care and attention to every guest. The food here deserves a song of its own. Breakfasts and dinners were magnificent: a huge selection of dishes, from your usual scrambled eggs to the freshest seafood and the delights of Asian cuisine, which could be prepared right in front of you or in special hot pots. All the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and the villa cleaning was impeccable. In short, Grand Metropark is not just a hotel – it's a place you want to return to again and again. For me, it was the best investment in my own rest and recovery. I would be very happy if my review proves useful. Happy travels to you all!"

"We had an amazing 8-day stay, and the resort truly had everything we needed right at our fingertips. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Chloe for making our stay extra special. She was there for us, who cannot speak Chinese. She went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything, especially with upgrading us to the beautiful Lagoon room, it made our holiday even more memorable. "There are many B&Bs in Tianya Town, but for safety and hygiene, I still chose this hotel in town. It's just a few minutes away from the town, allowing me to enjoy the hotel's tranquility while still experiencing the town's lively atmosphere and local charm. The breakfast, from presentation to taste, was also very good. The hotel also has a swimming pool; an afternoon swim followed by a sea breeze felt wonderful."

"Big shoutout to our butler, Vivian! She added us on WeChat days before our check-in, confirming our arrival time (which is 3 PM at most large hotels). All the standard services, like luggage storage and having food delivered to our door, were handled flawlessly. Our room was spotless, the A/C was already on when we arrived, and there were even complimentary bath bombs. The infinity pool is truly impressive, and they offer free armbands, with a depth of around 1.2 meters. Overall, it's definitely worth the price, so don't hesitate to book. We'll be back!"

"We stayed in the Wild Goose room type during the May Day holiday. During our stay, we saw squirrels, chameleons, and small monkeys in the park. Compared to Yunnan and Hangzhou, the squirrels here were the biggest I've ever seen, which shows the excellent ecological environment on the mountain. The hotel's breakfast was great, much better than the Hilton Yalong Bay where we stayed the previous two days. My picky eater child's appetite proved that, and the breakfast restaurant offers sea views, which makes eating more enjoyable. If you like peace and quiet, I recommend staying here for two nights. If you prefer a lively atmosphere, I'd suggest staying by the sea. It's lovely to quietly enjoy the sea view here, dine at a sea-view restaurant, and swim in a sea-view pool. However, if you want to experience bustling night markets and seafood stalls, you'll need to go down the mountain, which is quite inconvenient (as I got a bit carsick twice going down, even just from the lobby to Baihua Valley, a personal experience). The resort is divided into several areas, essentially small hilltops, from which you can see Haitang Bay (we could see a bit from our room) and Yalong Bay. Different room types, restaurants, and pools are also distributed across these various hilltops. If you have specific requirements regarding these, I recommend calling the hotel beforehand. After check-in, a manager contacts you. This time, Manager Sun who contacted us was excellent; she responded very promptly to any questions. She helped us book a guide service that the hotel cooperates with the scenic area. Additionally, the housekeeping staff would call to confirm if cleaning was needed. Overall, the hotel's service is definitely up to standard."
