"I immensely enjoyed my stay in Central Coast Sea.View Hotel Sanya for 4 nights. Excellent breakfast hall and food selection. Excellent butler service by Levi . You can request water, towels, utensils (cutlery) from WeChat message. Also, the complimentary fruit plate was excellent . ( look for the mango mini size and passion fruit). The front desk staff ( Lila ) was very helpful in ordering food from ******* ( dumplings ) and then I simply send her money from AliPay. As of April 2025, There is a major construction ( underwater tunnel ) and there is some noise, however the noise subsided at night around 9pm. Overall, highly recommend . Excellent hotel, amazing views, amazing location, very central and amazing value compared to other 5 star hotels in Sanya Hainan area. No doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sanya."

The hotel itself is luxurious and grand. The giant aquarium in the lobby creates an amazing atmosphere, and every photo taken looks like it's from a magazine. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view, directly facing the stunning seascape of Haitang Bay. Waking up to the sea breeze and sunshine was incredibly comfortable. Room Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the toiletries had a sophisticated scent. The attention to detail was evident. The staff were gentle, attentive, and responded quickly to requests. The entire experience was excellent. Most Satisfying: The unlimited access to the Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium included with the stay was incredible value for money. The water park rides were thrilling and fun, and the aquarium offered close-up views of various marine creatures, creating a dreamy and therapeutic atmosphere. The C Show performance was also stunning and impressive. It's truly enjoyable for all ages. All dining and entertainment options can be found within the hotel, and the facilities are comprehensive and convenient. It's perfectly suited for both family trips and leisure vacations. The experience was impeccable, and I genuinely recommend it. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!"

"My kids are older now and aren't really into family-friendly hotels with lots of younger children anymore, finding them too noisy. So, after a long search, I picked this hotel, which is closest to the beach, has spacious rooms, and even a washing machine. Apparently, it's the same one Yi Mengling stayed at! They kindly upgraded our room during the off-season. Breakfast was standard, but the location is superb, making it easy to get around! The free refills for the mini-bar drinks were a really thoughtful touch! Plus, they have triple rooms, perfect for three friends traveling together! The Haiyue Square bus stop downstairs makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient. Even though there's construction nearby, it's not noisy at all once you close the windows! Highly recommended!"

"I stayed in Sanya for a long time, and quite a few of those days were spent at this hotel. The hotel grounds are really peaceful. Even though it's not right on the beach, the scenery within the resort is beautiful. Every time after a meal, I’d take a stroll around the grounds – it was so relaxing. The best part is it’s not noisy like the beachfront hotels. It was much better than the Hilton and MGM properties I’ve stayed at, perfect for a laid-back vacation. Plus, the hotel service is exceptional, so incredibly thorough. Every staff member is polite and handles things promptly and efficiently, far superior to many five-star sea-view hotels. And what’s even more important is how impeccably clean the rooms are! There wasn’t any strange odor; in fact, there was a pleasant scent. All in all, this hotel truly offers great value for money! I rarely write reviews, but I’m genuinely and exceptionally satisfied, which is why I’m writing this one."

"Out of the 7 days we spent in Sanya, staying at 5 different hotels, this Bird's Nest Resort was by far the most comfortable. The hotel environment is excellent. We booked a Magpie Room, and Mr. Xu, the guest relations manager who contacted me beforehand, thoughtfully arranged room 8 for us, knowing we had a child. The view from there was truly unbeatable. My child was thrilled, feeling like they were living in a treehouse. No matter where we were in the resort, the hotel could send a car to pick us up. Before checking out on the second day, Mr. Xu reminded us that we could request a late check-out and luggage service. In summary: The service at Bird's Nest Hotel is incredibly thoughtful and seamless. My family and I felt that from Mr. Xu onwards, all the staff we encountered during our stay had excellent attitudes. When we checked out, my wife, who's usually in charge at home, said: 'That guesthouse in Houhai Village was the worst booking, but this Bird's Nest was the best.' I guess my good deed balanced out the bad."

"There are many B&Bs in Tianya Town, but for safety and hygiene, I still chose this hotel in town. It's just a few minutes away from the town, allowing me to enjoy the hotel's tranquility while still experiencing the town's lively atmosphere and local charm. The breakfast, from presentation to taste, was also very good. The hotel also has a swimming pool; an afternoon swim followed by a sea breeze felt wonderful."

"We chose the Pearl River Garden Hotel as our first stop for our family trip to Sanya, and it was absolutely the right choice! Although we only stayed for one night, the entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was fantastic. It definitely deserves a huge thumbs up! First off, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient! It's right by Dadonghai Beach, and the most amazing part is the 'Rainbow Bridge'通道 (passage). You just scan your wristband and you can walk directly to the beach without crossing any roads, which is super convenient when you're traveling with kids and older family members. As soon as my child hit the beach, they went wild, digging in the sand and playing in the waves. And when they got tired, we could easily head back to the room to rest. It was so convenient! Yori provided excellent service; she was enthusiastic and attentive. The room was also spotlessly clean, tidy, and bright, with all the amenities we needed. All in all, this stay was a wonderful experience! The hotel boasts new facilities, warm service, and a great location, making it particularly suitable for family travel. The kids had a blast, and the adults got to relax. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Sanya!"

"The room facilities are excellent, and it's a new hotel using Toto bathrooms. Although this isn't the most luxurious sea-view room, the 30-degree sea view is a bit narrow. However, it's great for avoiding the noisy 'square dancing' at Haiyue Plaza. The square dancing stops at 11 PM, and the sliding balcony door provides good sound insulation, so I slept soundly until morning. The room didn't have any noticeable odors and was quite clean with complete amenities. Downstairs, there's free tea, and the mini-fridge in the room offers complimentary Coke and Sprite. The staff were enthusiastic and helped with luggage, dressed in Southeast Asian style, and spoke with a Hainan accent. A robot delivered takeout, and the comb quality was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, with a supermarket, KFC, and Hainan Qingbuliang nearby. Situated on a city center beach, you can watch the sunset and play in the water, all within a 5-minute walk. The First Market is also just a few minutes' drive away, which is very convenient."

"I've stayed at VOCO, Yingbin Hotel, Sunrise One, and Raffles, but this one is the best in comparison. It offers great value for money and plenty of activities. Pros: They're the only hotel I've encountered where staff deliver takeout directly to your room. They also offer welcome fruit, which is a nice touch. There are many activities available, and the breakfast is extensive. The sky bar features live performances, making it very photogenic. The complimentary afternoon tea is delicious. Having a butler is very convenient. It's perfect for young couples, and with 5 pools, there's a great selection. Cons: You can't swim in the ocean at Haitang Bay because the currents are too strong. They charge for laundry and don't have a self-service laundry room, which is a slight drawback (half a point deducted). Currently, only VOCO offers a free self-service laundry room."
