Overall, it's clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and very convenient for getting around. It's an ideal spot for a vacation stay and highly recommended!"

"Environment: Top-notch. The lobby is grand and impressive from the moment you step in. Atlantis Sanya is a relatively luxurious, well-equipped, and new hotel in the coastal area of Sanya. You can eat, drink, and have fun without leaving the hotel, making it perfect for families with children. The basement floor has MINISO, CHAGEE, and several Western restaurants and Southeast Asian restaurants that are all delicious. There are also shops where you can easily buy sunscreen products, so you can come empty-handed and get everything you need here in one stop. 🥳 Highlight 1: Attentive service. Upon check-in, you're assigned a dedicated 1-on-1 customer service butler who connects with you via WeChat and is available 24/7 to fulfill your requests. Special thanks to our butler [Little Sea Bunny]. All my requests, including a memory foam pillow, a humidifier, and a lovely little dolphin plush souvenir, were met and fulfilled. We also received a very generous welcome fruit platter. 🩷 Highlight 2: Rich and varied buffet breakfast. The buffet restaurant is huge. When you enter in the morning, the staff immediately help you find a seat, ask what you'd like to drink in advance, and bring coffee or black tea directly to your table. The cuisine selection is extensive, covering both Chinese and Western dishes 🤓. Highlights include Vietnamese pho, Hainanese fried noodles, and their perfectly authentic poached egg bread. The Western bread, sandwiches, and baked pastries are all freshly baked and of high quality. There's also authentic Indian curry and rice, which is very rich and goes well with rice. The special pandan pastries are wonderfully chewy and a must-have every morning. The water park downstairs is free for in-house guests with unlimited access, which is very convenient. It's also a great spot for photos, and there's even a dedicated photography service available."

"Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax. My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this. The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely have to give it a full 5-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a strong festive atmosphere. It was just before National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, and the lobby's 'Celebrating National Day and Welcoming Mid-Autumn' themed decorations, along with a giant national flag, were perfectly in season. The blue art sculpture and dazzling crystal chandeliers in the lobby also exuded a sense of luxury. 🛏️ [Room Facilities] The room was clean, tidy, and warmly decorated. The biggest surprise was the bedding, which was of exceptionally high quality. The mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm, and the pillows were very comfortable, allowing me, someone who usually struggles to sleep in new beds, to sleep soundly until morning and feel incredibly well-rested. The hotel is close to the sea, and from the elevator lobby, you can overlook the stunning bay night view and the hotel's expansive blue outdoor pool – the views are unbeatable. I must particularly commend the hotel's BBQ restaurant: the dining experience was excellent. The decor resembled a farm estate, giving it a very stylish ambiance. The dishes were incredibly abundant, with visibly fresh ingredients. Various vegetables, fruits, main courses, and desserts were beautifully laid out, and the meat quality was also very high, making for a truly satisfying meal. All of the hotel's hardware facilities are very comprehensive, perfectly meeting all vacation needs. Families with children don't need to worry at all; the children's playground's ball pit and slide facilities are new, and the kids won't want to leave. For those who enjoy working out, you're in luck; the gym is spacious and bright, with new and complete equipment, so you can keep up with your fitness routine even on vacation. Whether it's the hardware facilities, dining quality, or overall environment, The Harman Hotel was impeccable. It was a very satisfying stay."

"Overall, for this price point, it's a very good hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are comprehensive. **Facilities:** The room amenities are excellent, with everything you could need. There's also a gym and a laundry room. The only thing to note about the laundry room is that it's very self-service. Unlike other hotels where staff transfer clothes between the washer and dryer, then package them up or deliver them to your room, here you have to monitor it yourself. **Hygiene:** It's quite clean, with no noticeable stains. **Environment:** The environment is pretty good. There's a restroom in the lobby, and the hallways are air-conditioned. The hotel's location is also good, though parking spaces are a bit limited. **Service:** The service is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. If you need anything, a quick call will have it delivered to your room."

The room was clean and tidy, facilities well-maintained, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. "This hotel is located within the forest park scenic area, which is very convenient for sightseeing. They also offer a dedicated shuttle service. While dining out isn't very convenient, you can order takeout, and the front desk will arrange for a car to deliver it right to your room. We were traveling with seniors and children, and the hotel thoughtfully suggested that the Jijiandi room type had many steps. They proactively moved us to the Fenghuangtai, which has a spacious private pool. Each room type is situated in its own independent area on the mountain, requiring a ride to access. For our baby's birthday, the hotel decorated the bed and even provided a cake – a very thoughtful touch! We experienced a distinct musty smell near the headboard due to the rain that day, which is understandable. It's a completely different experience than staying by the sea and definitely worth trying!"

"I saw this hotel on Ctrip. Although it's old, it's well-maintained, so I chose it. I contacted the front desk in advance to arrange a birthday setup, and on the day of check-in, the butler even sent a bouquet of flowers, which made my family very happy. The room type I stayed in included an electric buggy shuttle service. Check-in and check-out could be done in the room, so there was no long wait, which was a great experience. For getting around, I could also contact them for an electric buggy shuttle. Breakfast was à la carte, and the fresh coconut water was delicious. Room service for deliveries was also quick. The room's pool even came with floats. It was raining in Sanya when I went, so the indoor pool was perfect for rainy days. The bedding wasn't damp, and my family was very satisfied. There was no bidet. The decor style was quite old-fashioned, but the room was clean and tidy, with no bugs. The hotel's photo shoot service was also good. Because of the rain, I thought I wouldn't be able to shoot by the sea. In the end, the photographer managed to quickly go to the beach for a shoot during a break in the rain, leaving no regrets."

"During peak season, the lobby and front desk had more staff than other hotels, so check-in was quick. The hotel has a swimming pool and BBQ facilities, and the price is reasonable. Plus, there's a supermarket and restaurants, which is very convenient. It's a really big hotel. It's also convenient that it's right next to the Baihua Valley Food Street and the beach. Considering the fair price of over 500 yuan, this is one of the better choices for a hotel stay. We chose a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together to sleep four people. For a family trip to Sanya, usually lasting about a week, the hotel's cost-effectiveness is a big plus. There are so many helpful staff members; as soon as we got in and out of the car, they helped us with our luggage and even packed the trunk. And they don't accept tips! Overall, it was a good experience, and we'll consider staying here again next Chinese New Year. **Places to visit in Sanya:** Horse riding by the sea is amazing; the aerial photos look so cool. Scuba diving is a must-try. If you get seasick, I recommend taking motion sickness medicine before going out to sea, otherwise, you'll be throwing up and have to return early. **Food:** Go to Bohou Night Market, it starts at 6 PM. It's so cheap and delicious. Try stall #16 for tasty and affordable food. The durian across the street is cheap. The vendors on Bohou Street are generally honest; there were no cases of food poisoning or bullying customers. When I returned to a vendor because I had only eaten half of a snake fruit, they immediately gave me a new one. When I asked a boss if he had swapped out the mud crab I chose, he immediately threw a fresh one on the ground and took me to the kitchen to mark it. Genuinely great service. I was left with a very good impression. I'll definitely come back next time."

"Of all the hotels I've stayed at, from Tianya Town to Haitang Bay, this one had the best service. Days before check-in, they called to inform me I'd have a butler, which really put my mind at ease. Then, Jill🥒 turned out to be an absolute gem! She always replied instantly to messages and solved any problem immediately. She's truly a reason I'd happily return to this hotel. Now, about the facilities. We got a room upgrade during the off-season. The floors were a bit old, but after staying at several hotels, I've noticed that hotels in Sanya with good locations aren't usually brand new. I was initially worried about bugs, but there were none at all. The kids' club is huge, with plenty of indoor activities, more than enough for kids under 6. I'd even say it's better than Regent. It's not far from the beach either; you just walk through a small path from the hotel and you're pretty much there. Breakfast was decent, not exceptional but definitely not bad. And the water quality at Dadonghai was much better than Haitang Bay this time. I'd probably choose this Dadonghai hotel again on my next trip."
