"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "This was my second stay, and this time I opted for a high-floor sea view room, which was better maintained than the Executive rooms. From the moment I arrived in the lobby, a bellboy helped with my luggage. Even though I arrived at 2 PM, I didn't have to wait, as my room was already prepared. I also received drink vouchers, and ordering food to the room was very convenient. The Little Donghai area is beautiful; despite the cloudy weather this time, the sea was still crystal clear. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast and allowed me a late check-out. The day after I got home, I realized my necklace had been left at the hotel by my child. I called to inquire, and they mailed it back to me that afternoon. Having stayed in so many hotels, the service at Ban Zhou Ban Dao is truly exceptional."

"Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax. My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this. The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better."

While you might find individual hotels that beat it in one specific area, its overall score makes it a fantastic choice. Our visit coincided with some bad weather, with rain every morning. However, the hotel offered plenty of activities. We enjoyed the gym, took some fun travel photos, and when the rain eased, we'd head to the pool. When the weather cleared up in the afternoon, we'd go for a swim in the sea. In fact, there were so many active options that I even lost a little weight during our stay! Dining at the nearby seafood market in the evenings was also very convenient. The hotel's service was excellent as well. Rose, who I connected with on WeChat, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting me with various issues. This made for a very comfortable experience."

The afternoon tea on the 17th floor was an exquisite ritual, but the real showstopper was the durian and white chocolate dessert—decadent, creamy, and utterly unforgettable. I still dream about it. The pool area is a dream, seamlessly blending into a private beach zone. The loungers on the sand were wonderfully comfortable, and a special shout-out to Kevin the lifeguard, who noticed me searching and went out of his way to secure the perfect sunny spot for me. For ultimate relaxation, Kaly at the spa worked magic—her facial left my skin feeling beautifully soft and hydrated, while the massage melted away every last trace of stress. Above all, the genuine thoughtfulness of the staff stood out. Maria’s gesture of offering a late check-out, knowing I had a late flight back to Shenzhen, was the epitome of five-star care—it turned my final day from stressful to serene. Worth every single cent. If you’re looking for luxury that feels both grand and genuinely personal, look no further. I’m already planning my return."

"This is my second stay at this sea-view guesthouse! The service is genuinely efficient, the hygiene is impeccable, the environment is quiet and healing, and the facilities are well-maintained – not too new, not too old. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"The service was great! Our butler, Anna, added us on WeChat and sent over all the hotel's amenities, facilities, location, and operating hours, which was super helpful for us to get acquainted with everything. There's no beach directly on the island, but they offer an electric shuttle every 15 minutes to take you off the island. Once you get off, the beach is just about 50 meters straight ahead to the left. Alternatively, if you cross the road straight ahead, there's a large shopping mall, which is very convenient! Plus, they even gave us complimentary tickets to a show and some coffee."

"Our stay at Sanya Conifer Hotel was excellent overall, and I have to give a special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Zoe! From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly attentive throughout. She proactively discussed our room preferences, helped us choose a seaview room with an amazing view, and meticulously explained details about the sky-high cantilevered pool, breakfast hours, and other hotel amenities, saving us a lot of time figuring things out. During our stay, she almost instantly responded to our messages, whether it was booking a slot for the pool, storing our luggage, recommending sunset spots and local eateries in Sanya Bay, or replenishing room supplies and adjusting the room setup – her responses were always prompt, professional, and thorough. Zoe paid great attention to detail. She reminded us about safety precautions for beach activities and put a lot of thought into planning our local sightseeing routes. Having a butler manage these small things made our vacation much more relaxing. While the hotel's hardware is aesthetically pleasing, with the balcony sea view and the trendy cantilevered pool offering a fantastic experience, Zoe's gentle, professional, and warm service was truly the highlight of our stay. My only minor complaint is that the hotel's robot delivery service for meals was quite slow, and waiting times were a bit long during peak hours. I hope they can optimize and improve their delivery efficiency in the future. Putting this small drawback aside, the overall experience was still top-notch. The next time we visit Conifer, we'll definitely request Zoe as our butler again. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms are still well-maintained, and cleaning is quick. Room service is also very fast, and the butler's responses are always prompt. Since it's quite a distance to get anywhere, we always had to call a car. To avoid more hassle, we tried not to call for service once we were back in the room. It takes over 10 minutes to drive from the lobby to the room. Besides this inconvenience, almost everything else was excellent. The food quality was superb, and any issues with the pool were resolved quickly. There are all sorts of small animals in the mountains, making it feel very rustic and relaxing."

"STAFF APPRECIATION: Momo is my MVP! I am not certain what her work hours were, but she replied promptly to any question I had no matter when I messaged her. She also kindly upgraded me from a garden room to a sea view with gorgeous scenery. I wanted to extend another night. Not only Momo, but all the staff here are professional and kind and I was greeted with a smile wherever I went.😊 The 阿姨们 especially were very lovely. HOTEL REVIEW: Incredible. While there, I had the feeling not many tourists know it exists. Part of me was grateful because it leant to the extremely peaceful atmosphere, but part of me wants to share the news of this place with everyone I meet with plans to travel to Sanya. The room was immaculate. The meals were delicious with generous portions. The pink sand was new and fun. The beach was super close, a good size, and private, so no one was fighting for space to relax or play. FLO Spa was a welcome respite. I encourage a visit if time and your budget allow. They also offer shuttle service to nearby Tianya with reservation. If going on your own, a Didi is only about 10 or 11 yuan. It's definitely worth a visit. I traveled alone, but there were spaces and activities for pets, kids, and couples as well. I could go on and on, but I'll let my pictures talk for me. TLDR; Good location. Wonderful staff. Something for everyone. Family friendly (fun for both the human babies and fur babies). Right on the beach. Close to Tianya Haijiao. Very foreigner friendly. 10/10 recommend. 🏖"
