Upon arrival, he proactively helped us with our luggage and immediately provided children's amenities when he saw our little one. The check-in process was efficient, and he thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room. When my child accidentally spilled juice, Manager Shen's first concern was to reassure us that ”the child is fine,” and he swiftly handled the situation. His warmth and patience throughout made a deep impression on us. The room facilities were complete, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. The hardware is great, but the service is even more heartwarming. The professionalism and warmth of the hotel's service made our family trip start off perfectly. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!"

"This was my first time staying at Atlantis Sanya, and the main reason for our visit was to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was drawn to the Atlantis' activities and facilities while searching for hotels in Sanya on Trip.com. Since I was busy with work, I didn't have much time to plan the itinerary. Luckily, after booking the hotel, I contacted them via email, and they kindly agreed to arrange a birthday cake to surprise my husband on his special day. Atlantis also offers a very thoughtful service. I had pre-purchased tickets for the beluga underwater activity and the dolphin interaction program separately through their WeChat mini-program. Soon after, I received a call from an Atlantis staff member informing me that there was a package deal that included both activities at a significantly lower price. In the end, they helped me cancel my previous orders and process a refund so I could repurchase the package. I wholeheartedly recommend the beluga underwater activity. Andy and Tina, the star belugas, are gentle and a little playful. They interacted with us for a full 30 minutes. Opportunities to touch belugas are rare in a lifetime, and being able to kiss them too made the ticket price absolutely worth it! The Ossiano underwater restaurant is also worth a try! As it was my husband's birthday dinner, we opted for a specific set menu. We enjoyed our meal right next to the large fish tank, watching the fish swim by. The price of their set menu is comparable to 'Omakase' in Hong Kong. If you have any dietary restrictions, they are happy to accommodate changes to the ingredients. Ossiano's ambiance, service, food quality, and portion sizes were all excellent. Both of us found every dish delicious, and at the end, the waiter thoughtfully brought us hot tea to help us digest. Finally, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ariel, our dedicated Atlantis hotel staff member. Throughout our 4-day, 3-night stay, she thoughtfully messaged us to see if we had any special needs. When she learned it was for my husband's birthday, she specifically arranged balloons and decorations, and even sent fruit and a birthday cake. These past few days, she was like a little assistant, quietly taking care of everything behind the scenes for me. She also helped me communicate with the restaurant and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all her help these past few days. 💕 If you're planning a trip to Sanya, Atlantis is truly an excellent choice. The price might not be cheap, but the room rate includes daily unlimited access to the aquarium and one daily entry to Aquaventure Waterpark per person. The cost of these tickets alone makes it a great value, whether you're a couple or a family with children!"

"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "Hotel was located in a convenient area, we could walk to the beach and didi to malls and other places were quite affordable. The hotel is quite old so it’s abit run down. Mattress is very hard. Cleanliness of the room is not very good too, we saw a cockroach in our bathroom on the first day … and there are stains on the tables / bathroom area. The staff were nice and friendly though. Facilities wise we only used the gym which was very small old and equipment was faulty. But the staff did say we can go to the opposite hotel for a better gym. Overall I would say location is the best aspect of this hotel."

While you might find individual hotels that beat it in one specific area, its overall score makes it a fantastic choice. Our visit coincided with some bad weather, with rain every morning. However, the hotel offered plenty of activities. We enjoyed the gym, took some fun travel photos, and when the rain eased, we'd head to the pool. When the weather cleared up in the afternoon, we'd go for a swim in the sea. In fact, there were so many active options that I even lost a little weight during our stay! Dining at the nearby seafood market in the evenings was also very convenient. The hotel's service was excellent as well. Rose, who I connected with on WeChat, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting me with various issues. This made for a very comfortable experience."

"During peak season, the lobby and front desk had more staff than other hotels, so check-in was quick. The hotel has a swimming pool and BBQ facilities, and the price is reasonable. Plus, there's a supermarket and restaurants, which is very convenient. It's a really big hotel. It's also convenient that it's right next to the Baihua Valley Food Street and the beach. Considering the fair price of over 500 yuan, this is one of the better choices for a hotel stay. We chose a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together to sleep four people. For a family trip to Sanya, usually lasting about a week, the hotel's cost-effectiveness is a big plus. There are so many helpful staff members; as soon as we got in and out of the car, they helped us with our luggage and even packed the trunk. And they don't accept tips! Overall, it was a good experience, and we'll consider staying here again next Chinese New Year. **Places to visit in Sanya:** Horse riding by the sea is amazing; the aerial photos look so cool. Scuba diving is a must-try. If you get seasick, I recommend taking motion sickness medicine before going out to sea, otherwise, you'll be throwing up and have to return early. **Food:** Go to Bohou Night Market, it starts at 6 PM. It's so cheap and delicious. Try stall #16 for tasty and affordable food. The durian across the street is cheap. The vendors on Bohou Street are generally honest; there were no cases of food poisoning or bullying customers. When I returned to a vendor because I had only eaten half of a snake fruit, they immediately gave me a new one. When I asked a boss if he had swapped out the mud crab I chose, he immediately threw a fresh one on the ground and took me to the kitchen to mark it. Genuinely great service. I was left with a very good impression. I'll definitely come back next time."

"The weather wasn't great on the day we arrived; it was raining with a typhoon. But the next day, it cleared up beautifully – fantastic! As soon as we got to the hotel with the Trip.com pick-up service, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. The front desk was excellent; even though check-in was officially in the afternoon, they prepared our room by noon and let us check in early, and they even gave us a free sea view upgrade. Also, our booked room type included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, but one of our kids was over 1.2 meters. The front desk kindly helped communicate so we weren't charged extra for their breakfast. Super helpful! 💪 Thank you all!"
