"This hotel is excellent! Pros: 1. The entire staff, from the front desk and housekeepers to the concierge and doormen, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. However, it seemed like they were severely understaffed. I personally witnessed five groups queuing to check in at night with only one front desk agent. They were clearly overwhelmed. 2. The room was spacious, the bathtub was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. 3. The location is very convenient for both taxis and the subway. Just a heads-up for those with luggage: the nearest subway entrance doesn't have an escalator or elevator. Cons: 1. There were some minor cleanliness issues. A housekeeper left someone else's soap in my room. 2. The curtains didn't reach the floor, so I was woken up by the sunlight in the morning. 3. While the Wi-Fi was usable and fine for Tencent Meeting, it wasn't as fast or reliable as I would have liked."

"The room was very spacious, and we were upgraded to a family room with two beds and a three-seater sofa. They even provided slippers, toothbrushes, and a duvet for the kids. Downstairs, there's a playground, supermarket, fruit stand, cake shop, and barbecue, and there's a swimming pool on the rooftop, which my kids loved. The hygiene was excellent, and the breakfast was quite rich, especially the mini wontons, which tasted great. The manager's service was also top-notch. The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Pudong Airport was very convenient. However, it's next to a highway, so it was a bit noisy if we opened the window at night, but with the window closed, it was barely audible."

"I got a free room upgrade and could see the Oriental Pearl Tower from my room. **Amenities:** Everything you could possibly need was available. The hairdryer was excellent and dried my hair quickly. The in-room lighting was convenient with a master control switch. Instructions for all facilities were clear and easy to use. Hotel guides and in-room dining menus were all readily available. The bathtub was solid and not flimsy. The body lotion was smooth, easy to apply, and effective. The toiletries were also good and didn't leave a slippery residue. The bathroom was spacious enough for a comfortable shower. The shower cap, slippers, and facial soap were all of good quality. **Cleanliness:** Spotless. **Environment:** The hotel is located within walking distance of tourist attractions. The lobby is on the L floor, and the public spaces are wide, pleasant, and relaxing. The room had plenty of mirrors, including a full-length mirror right by the entrance. The furniture was made of retro dark wood, complemented by warm lighting and uniquely designed lamps, likely reflecting the popular decor style of its time. The furniture appeared solid and well-built. The wardrobe offered ample space with a good variety and number of hangers. The room was very comfortable to stay in. Although the living space showed signs of age, it was spacious, clean, and cozy. **Breakfast:** The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering everything one could want. On that day, they had steamed chicken feet, local delicacies like crab shell pastry, and other international dishes. The fruit selection included bananas and apples. For yogurt, there was plain yogurt and regular flavored packaged yogurts. Both hot and cold cereals were available. **Service:** They gave me local specialty bookmarks and butterfly pastries. Requests were attended to promptly. Parking cost 20 yuan per entry. The parking area wasn't spacious, but there was someone on duty 24 hours a day to watch over and help move cars, which was very reassuring."

From my room, I could see planes parked on the tarmac, so close I felt like I could almost reach out and touch them. If you have good eyesight, you could practically see the people inside the planes โ€“ it felt incredibly secure. And no need to worry about noise; the triple-paned soundproof windows were even quieter than my noise-canceling headphones. The room was very clean, the facilities were excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The beautiful solid wood wardrobe even made me want to get one for my own home. Oh, and a special shout-out to Cecilia at the front desk โ€“ she was professional, efficient, quick to respond, understanding, and very attentive."

"First, the transportation is convenient. It's very close to the Chuansha subway station, and there's a shuttle service to Disneyland, making it very convenient to get around. Secondly, breakfast is provided daily. My daughter, who doesn't like greasy food in the morning, surprisingly enjoyed the hotel's light porridge, side dishes, and eggs. I'm not a fan of steamed buns, so ordering takeout or eating out is also very convenient. Evening rides on the owner's electric scooter are also quite nice. The environment is very quiet, just a ten-minute drive from Disneyland. The surroundings are very peaceful, a nice contrast to the high-rise buildings in the city. Finally, the service is very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful in planning itineraries. I originally booked for two days, but couldn't get a ticket home, so I booked three more days. However, I didn't stay for the last two days before returning home, so the owner graciously refunded the remaining two days' fee. Overall, it's a great value."

"While organizing my photo album, I found pictures I'd taken intending to leave a review. Although the location was in a village, and we arrived at 3 AM, the road was very dark. I had informed the host beforehand, but she still kindly had her younger brother wait for us. He even turned on the heater for us beforehand โ€“ something I hadn't expected! Touching +1. The host also asked what time I was going to Disneyland the next day. I said I probably wouldn't be able to get there that early, but she said she'd contact her father five minutes early to take us there for free. Touching +2. The next morning, while having breakfast (simple, but for a 90s kid like me, filling my stomach is the best thing), I saw the host's father. We greeted him warmly, and he was very kind, asking what time we were arriving and telling us how to collect our luggage at the Disneyland entrance. Touching +3. It was my first time at Disneyland, and meeting such a wonderful guesthouse owner was both fate and good luck. If it were spring or summer, the hotel's surroundings would be very photogenic and comfortable."
