"Hygiene 👌. service 👌 . location 👌 . view 👌 I booked 8 days but only stayed 5, the remaining days weren't refunded due to their policy which is understandable 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, hot water available, clean toilets, no noise whatsoever, AC working perfectly, lifts work perfectly. overally speaking everything is perfect and the only drawback is the small locker that didn't fit my whole suitcase, but it wasn't a big deal. the staff members are super friendly and well mannered, I strongly suggest this motel for people who are seeking comfort and hygiene for an excellent price. Hong Kong was an amazing experience !"

"This hotel provided super good class mattress. Even much better than 5 star hotel. My room is on 21 floor and the city view is beautiful. The hotel price is not high in compare with other 4 stars hotel in hotel. I definitely will go back to stay in this hotel because I want to have a good sleep"

"We enjoyed our 23 nights stay at Hotel YX. Hotel room was clean and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was good and hot water was awesome. If the hotel can provide hand soap that would be perfect but this is minor as we can grab one from the supermarket. Location was close to buses and MTR to any parts of Hong Kong. We would like to stay at Hotel YX next time when we come to Hong Kong."

"This hotel has family room that fit 4 of us comfortably, and it's very close to mtr station (~150m) which is convenient for family with young kids. Room is small but enough for a family with kids. The amenities are sufficient and well provided. Staff are helpful. For those that travel from airport, you can actually take A21 bus and will drop off right front of the hotel. And to airport with A21 bus instead, but the departure bus station is ~500m walk from hotel. You may consult hotel staff for direction. There are some breakfast restaurants (cha-chan-ting) nearby which are very convenient to grab for fast & local style breakfast. Did not opt for hotel breakfast, so no comment on it."

"Unexpected the room very big for 2 people room and spaces in Hong Kong. I like the bathroom very big and many room to move. Strong water pressure, drain quick and best water sealing on the sliding door. No water droplet outside after bathing. Very convenient to everywhere, it is good location and quiet room. The towels are very clean and the room as well. They used quality linen, we have 2 nights sleeping. We will introduce to my friends with this good experience."
