The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the subway station. The room offers views of Marina Bay. The room size is quite generous, and it was kept very clean. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable; I have neck issues, but I felt fine after several nights here. The shower pressure was great, and the rain shower also had good pressure. There was indeed a queue for breakfast, but it usually only took a few minutes. While breakfast wasn't exceptional, it had all the essentials. The service was excellent, and some hotel staff spoke Chinese. One day, my child had an upset stomach, and the hotel chef kindly prepared plain congee, preserved vegetables, and fermented tofu – a bit of a hidden menu item! I regret not catching the chef's name; he was a middle-aged Chinese-speaking chef who worked evenings at the Oscar restaurant. If I visit Singapore again, I'd likely choose this hotel.

For my trip to Singapore, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Atiq, an outstanding staff member at the Fairmont Hotel. A small incident occurred during our trip, which truly highlighted the hotel's professional and heartwarming service. We stayed at the Fairmont Hotel for our first stop, and then headed to Sentosa for the next part of our itinerary. After checking in at Sentosa and just as we were about to head to Resorts World, my child suddenly realized that their blue backpack, containing nearly completed summer homework, had been left on a sofa in the Fairmont Hotel lobby. The thought of losing all that hard-earned homework instantly panicked my child, and as parents, we were at a loss and quite flustered. In this critical moment, with assistance from the Sentosa side, Atiq from the Fairmont's concierge team responded swiftly. He carefully verified and confirmed that both the backpack and the summer homework were intact. He efficiently coordinated the inter-hotel transfer, immediately arranging a taxi to deliver the lost bag to our Sentosa hotel as quickly as possible. From locating the lost backpack, verifying information, coordinating communication, to the actual delivery of the item, the entire cross-location handling process took only thirty minutes. Atiq's exceptional efficiency and calm, professional crisis management left us both surprised and deeply touched. Heartfelt thanks to Atiq for his dedicated efforts! The responsibility and commitment of the Fairmont Hotel staff made this overseas trip exceptionally warm and perfect. A definite 👍, highly recommended!

My stay at Mandai Rainforest Resort Treehouse was such a wonderful and peaceful experience. Staying surrounded by nature while still having the comfort and amenities of a resort made it feel like a true escape from the city. The Treehouse & Ambience The treehouse was beautiful, cosy and thoughtfully designed. Waking up surrounded by greenery and nature was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax and enjoy some quiet time. Food The food was genuinely good, and I really enjoyed the dining experience during my stay. Everything was well presented and satisfying, making it easy to just stay in and enjoy the resort without needing to head out. Sunset & Sunrise Views The views were absolutely beautiful. Watching the sunset in the evening and sunrise in the morning from the resort was a memorable experience. The changing colours of the sky against the surrounding greenery made the stay feel extra special. Amenities The resort had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were well maintained, and I loved that the experience allowed me to enjoy nature without giving up comfort. Service The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable from check-in to check-out. Overall, Mandai Rainforest Resort Treehouse is a beautiful getaway for anyone looking to disconnect, relax and reconnect with nature. Between the cosy treehouse, good food, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, great amenities and warm service, it was definitely a stay worth experiencing. Would absolutely love to come back again.

Stayed for 1N for staycation - just wish to decompress from work and dont wanna travel out of the country. I choose this hotel on ourpose for the high floor option and the Marina Bay view. The highlight was definitely the room and the spectacular views from the 46th floor. Watching Singapore change from day to night was beautiful, and waking up to the morning skyline was just as memorable. The room was comfortable and the overall hotel experience felt relaxing and special, which was exactly what we wanted from a staycation. Breakfast was enjoyable too, with a pleasant atmosphere and good variety. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a lovely way to slow down and appreciate Singapore from a different perspective. Would definitely consider coming back for another staycation.

This was a truly fantastic staycation planned to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience for all of us. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the entire service team — from the front desk and concierge to housekeeping and the F&B lounge team — was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently attentive. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We were delighted to be given a beautiful room with the best Marina view. To make the occasion even more special, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary anniversary cake waiting in our room, along with complimentary drinks and amenities in the fridge as Club Lounge guests. These thoughtful touches truly made our celebration extra meaningful. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient, right in the downtown area. Marina Bay Sands is just a short 5-minute train ride away, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the surrounding attractions. The Club Lounge offered a wonderful international spread with a good variety of food and beverages. We particularly appreciated the diverse drinks selection, ranging from refreshing wellness drinks to signature cocktails, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. A big thank you to the entire team as well as special shoutout to Ramyah and Steve (from Club Lounge) for the exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and wonderful experience. You made my parents’ wedding anniversary celebration even more special, and we truly appreciate all the little details that made our stay so memorable. I chose this hotel specifically for an event at Singapore Management University (SMU). Its location is excellent, not only being a stone's throw from SMU but also situated at the very spot where Singapore was founded. The surrounding Raffles area was developed in conjunction with it during the early colonial period, with interconnected assets back then. The hotel has been thoughtfully renovated, preserving its historical charm while adding modern comforts. While the public areas are constrained by the building's layout, an indoor commercial space has been cleverly integrated along the eaves of the guest room building, providing an extension for hotel dining. The only downside is that everything closes too early in the evening; by 10 PM, there's nowhere to eat, so you have to venture outside. Guest rooms are also space-limited, but the bathroom facilities are emphasized, with the bathroom space taking up almost half of the room – a clever design touch, no doubt. There was a slight hiccup during our stay: in one of our rooms, the power suddenly went out just before bedtime, rendering the air conditioning and outlets unusable. They couldn't fix it overnight, but thankfully, the hotel provided another room for us to sleep in, and we didn't get to bed until 1:30 AM. It was finally repaired the next day, reportedly with quite a bit of commotion during the repairs. The hotel's response was fairly prompt, and they expressed their apologies. Overall, the hotel's service system is comprehensive, and the staff are well-trained. A middle-aged male staff member who greeted us upon arrival, from the lobby to escorting us to our room, was incredibly proactive. He conversed with guests in different languages, and although I don't know his exact position, he left a deep impression on me, as someone who has been in the hotel industry for a long time.

voco Orchard Singapore is ideally located on Orchard Road, just 100 meters from the Orchard MRT station. Despite facing the bustling Orchard Road, it's surprisingly quiet at night with no significant traffic noise. The hotel boasts a rooftop with a fine dining restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym for guests to enjoy. The rooms are also quite spacious, suitable for solo travelers, couples, or even families. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. All in all, it's a hotel with excellent value for money.

We celebrate our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and near the areas of Sentosa. It’s like a home away from home. We appreciated the warm welcome, especially as my husband had just celebrated his birthday before our stay Keep it up and definitely will choose this hotel again💛🏝️

The room was spacious and the walk to Universal Studios was very short, making for an excellent experience! The overall hygiene was also outstanding. However, the check-in process, which required scanning QR codes on a mobile phone, was a bit cumbersome and could use some improvement.

Even though the online reviews were generally average, I still firmly chose to stay here because I liked the hotel's style. Overall, it was a good experience. Transportation (last 2 pictures): 1. The island's free B line shuttle bus (runs every 15 minutes until 12:15 AM) has a stop here. After getting off, the golf course is on the left, and the hotel is on the right. It's just a short walk up a small slope. 2. The hotel's mini-bus can take you to Universal Studios and Vivocity MRT station (Exit D), but large luggage is not allowed. Room: Very spacious, there's even a foyer right after the entrance where you can place two suitcases. The decor and facilities are quite new, but there's no view. Service: One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese. We arrived at 10 AM, checked in, but the room wasn't ready. The hotel delivered our luggage to the room by 3 PM. If you arrive at 3 PM, you might have to queue for check-in. Swimming Pool: It's indeed just average. They don't even require swimming caps, and there were leaves at the bottom of the pool. It's open from 7 AM to 7 PM.
