Strongly recommended hotel. Room has lots of tables to put bags. There are drawers & cabinets too. Metro station is just outside hotel. Front desk service is fantastic. Hot shower is readily available once the tap is turned on. Basin area is big enough to put toiletries. Slippers are comfy. The room has everything needed. Shopping bag with button is provided

Suitcases can be put aside, so arriving earlier is not a problem. Have your food and even packages delivered to you. And very close to everything! It's really perfect. We'll be back.

Clean. Good location. Beside is Women's Street & straight to Wulin Night Market also near to Wulin Square. Intime Shopping Mall also along the road. Across is a famous Husaini Halal Food. I went there for midnight snacks. Room not too small either too big. Just nice. Amenities complete. Staff helpful. Breakfast also good. Cons ~ i dont like the pillow. It made my neck painful in the morning. But the mattress is good.

I had a fantastic stay at the Atour Hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the night market and Kerry Shopping Mall, with endless food options nearby. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler: cozy, impeccably clean, and featured very comfortable bedding. Atour planet is superb. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches. They even have indicator at the door handle to show you which direction the elevator is! From the sweet welcome card, bedside book of poems… to the overall hygiene, it's clear they care about the 'small details' that make a big impact. Highly recommended! I will return again.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very well located, right next to the main shopping areas and beside West Lake, in the city’s main tourist district. It is also conveniently located right next to a metro station exit, which makes getting around extremely easy. The rooms are spacious, and although our room did not have a window, the staff was very kind and helpful by turning on the air purifier for us, which made a big difference. The hotel also offers laundry services and a gym. Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

Excellent Service from Mr Li. Thanks for assisting with my luggage and leading us the way to the Didi pick up point! And many thanks to the staff at the hotel lobby for assisting us when we reached in the wee hours with upgrading our room so that my child can have enough room space and also the room service for the kids amenities as well as assisting us with the correct info on the next day high speed rail train tickets. And thanks to the manager for the special birthday gift for us! We will never forget such a wonderful experience u gave us! 😍

Only stay 1 night but I am already in love with this hotel. It is like a hidden gem near West Lake scenic area, you need to climb up a small hill and the building locates within a peaceful local residental area. It seems to be run by family - you will meet a super friendly lady in receptionist who will offer you a small box of tea as gift when checking in. Can also buy tea from them to support local business.

I highly recommended the hotel. The room are spacious and cozy. It very near the bus stop which can take bus 277 (which we take it from 岳王庙, when it was raining that day and no Didi available) and FengQi MRT exit B. By walking along the road, you can reach the famous 西湖music fountain and 银泰in77 shopping center. Xiyouli hotel also provided complimentary washing/drying machine. There are 2 laundry room at level 5 and 8 with 4 machine at level 5. The staff are friendly and helpful. They can even send the washed/dried clothes to your room. The buffet breakfast are delicious and with various choice, including bread, cereal, chinese cuisine. The room services are excellent as well which help us to change the towel and top up the mineral water/toiletries daily. It is shared hotel under Zhejiang Hotel which only Level 4 is Xiyouli hotel. There is a rest area at Level 4 which convenient for group of friends/family. The sound proof is good as well. It also provided kids toothbrush set which amazed my kids for family room. All room are equipped with the smart home system which you can control the room lightnings, curtains, air cond and tv through voice. Overall is a 5 star experience. The only downside is the Didi drop off point is near the junction which need to be careful where many electric motors are passing by.

We had an exceptional stay in the hotel. The location was very ideal, convenient and peacefully quiet. A special call out for the great services from Angie (安琪).
