"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The pool and the hot spring area were fantastic – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights for me was definitely the garden: it is huge, beautifully green, and incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect place to slow down and truly relax. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful – whether it was housekeeping, the restaurant team, the lounge staff, or the reception. The hotel is also very foreigner-friendly, and communication in English was smooth and easy at all times. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist Kaia, who took care of us throughout our entire stay. She was always available via WeChat, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for such a great experience – we definitely want to come back"

"I absolutely recommend this B&B to everyone. The cleanliness is amazing, even a mysophobe like me can lie down in bed with confidence. The small courtyard is cozy and inviting, making me feel like I'm right at home all the time. [Proud] The B&B also has a big surprise: a heated swimming pool with clean water. The kids loved it. [Celebration][Fireworks][Wow] After swimming, you can enjoy a sauna in the steam room. There's also a piano and a gym, catering to everyone. The host is very welcoming and thoughtful, recommending nearby attractions and restaurants. "After my first stay at Songtsam in Guilin, which left a lasting impression, I specifically chose Songtsam Kunming for our summer holiday with the kids. The hotel boasts classic Song-style aesthetic architecture, and the guest rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the courtyard's trees and banana plants, creating a tranquil and peaceful environment. Although it's been operating for a few years, the rooms, gym, and pool are well-equipped and facilities are well-maintained, showing proper upkeep. The terrace outside the lobby offers expansive views of the Western Hills, which is simply breathtaking and refreshing. Special thanks to the two front desk ladies who checked us in on the afternoon of August 22nd for their thoughtful and attentive service. Also, a shout-out to Xiaogu, the breakfast greeter, who was warm and welcoming with a truly infectious smile. And the housekeeping auntie for room 0105 during those days was incredibly considerate; noticing I was working in the room, she cleaned quietly and gently, trying her best not to disturb me. Her meticulousness and sincerity were truly touching. My daughter even drew a thank-you note specifically for the staff, but due to time constraints, she couldn't deliver it in person. I've attached the picture here. The kindness of every single staff member is the biggest plus point, adding so much warmth to our trip. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit."
