"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The pool and the hot spring area were fantastic – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights for me was definitely the garden: it is huge, beautifully green, and incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect place to slow down and truly relax. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful – whether it was housekeeping, the restaurant team, the lounge staff, or the reception. The hotel is also very foreigner-friendly, and communication in English was smooth and easy at all times. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist Kaia, who took care of us throughout our entire stay. The biggest surprise was Butler Blair's service – professional, warm, and incredibly reliable. From check-in guidance to itinerary suggestions, everything was meticulously handled, and they were always ready to assist, which added a great sense of peace to our trip. The hotel's overall service is excellent, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. A perfect stay!"
