The front desk service is also excellent; they're quick to address any issues and deliver items promptly. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience!"

"This guesthouse's location is absolutely amazing, right by the Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. You step out and are immediately surrounded by lush greenery. The environment is serene and elegant, and the courtyard full of flowers and plants is incredibly relaxing. The room facilities are also excellent; you can tell the bedding and toiletries were chosen with care. The best part is the service – the owner and staff are so warm and attentive, truly making you feel at home. In the afternoon, sipping tea in the courtyard and feeding the fish, watching the koi scramble for food, all your worries just melt away. If you're looking to escape the city hustle and bustle for a couple of days on the weekend, this place is perfect. Highly recommend!"

"The staff and owners were all wonderful! They proactively helped me with my luggage. The soundproofing was also quite good. The scenic area itself is very quiet, and there are no businesses nearby, so normally you only hear birds chirping. Even though the rooms are close to each other, you can barely hear anything once the door is closed. The staff even gave me a small gift because they mistakenly remembered my check-out time! The breakfast had a great variety, and you could choose between coffee, milk, or tea. The cats were super cute too – you could pet them, hold them, and give them kisses. If I come to Hangzhou again, I'll definitely choose this place! 👍🏻"

"The surrounding is serene, away from the bustling of the city, hence, the location is a tad far from West Lake and the city center. Thankfully, there was Didi (China's cab service platform), so rides were easily secured and affordable. The whole homestay was breathtaking, every corner was aesthetically pleasing, my friend and I took loads of lovely photos there. On top of that, their staff was super helpful and friendly. They willingly offered their services to help us lug our luggage from the road up to the estate, and then into our room as well. When we checked out of the room, they also helped us bring it back down to street level."

"Xixi Flower Pavilion in the rain is like a flowing ink wash painting of Jiangnan! Walking along the damp wooden boardwalk with an umbrella, the rain pattering on the leaves and the lake, everywhere you look is a soothing green. The corridors, small bridges, and streams are all softened by the rain, and even the air carries the fragrance of plants. The entire hotel feels like a secluded village hidden in the wetlands. With fewer people on rainy days, it's quiet. Listening to the rain while strolling or just relaxing, you just don't want to leave. The front desk staff are lovely and attentive to detail. This is an amazing hotel that you absolutely must stay at when visiting Hangzhou!"

"I only stayed for two short days at the Hangzhou Xixi Lujing Hotel, but the experience truly exceeded my expectations. First, let's talk about the service. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was perfectly enthusiastic—never intrusive, but always appearing promptly and proactively offering help whenever needed. I especially want to mention 'Chili' (a name that really stuck with me), one of the service staff. How thorough was her service? We casually mentioned that our clothes needed washing, and she immediately arranged for them to be sent for laundry, taking care of everything without us having to worry at all. This kind of 'anticipating guest needs before they even ask' service is something you don't always find even in many five-star hotels. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but every dish was delicious. This 'small but exquisite' characteristic was actually quite pleasant, saving us from decision fatigue over dozens of options. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were homey yet not perfunctory. What touched us even more was the nightly drink. My grandfather has diabetes and needs to be careful with his diet. After the hotel learned about this, they specially prepared a sugar-free version of the nightly drink for him—this isn't something a standardized service can achieve; it shows they genuinely care about every guest. This is a persimmon-themed hotel, and persimmon elements are everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms, from decorations to small items. Orange-red persimmon ornaments, persimmon-patterned cushions, persimmon-shaped utensils... The entire hotel exudes a warm, bountiful, and festive atmosphere. Visually, it's very cohesive, and it's also great for photos. Although I only stayed for two days, I could clearly feel that this hotel offers excellent value for money: * Snacks were delivered to the room daily. * Nightly drinks were provided daily (and adjusted according to guest needs). * Additional services like laundry were proactively offered and free of charge (at least for our stay, there were no extra fees). * The quality and attitude of the service staff far exceeded that of hotels in a similar price range."

"I brought my parents to Hangzhou for fun. This time I chose Yashi B&B on Ctrip. The main reason was that I could experience tea picking. We checked in on May 10. Although the tea picking was almost over and the quality of the tea was not the best, the whole experience was great! The boss personally took us to pick tea, stir-fry tea, and pack tea, full of ritual and human touch. Next to the B&B is the Yunqi Bamboo Path, which only takes three to five minutes to walk there. You must go to this scenic spot for a walk. It is very quiet and the bamboo forest is dense. It is a natural ”oxygen absorption place”. It is very comfortable to walk in it and suitable for relaxing. The location of the B&B is also very convenient. It is not far from West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, and Lingyin Temple. There are many buses at the door that go directly to major attractions. The bus is not only cheap but also can go directly to the entrance of the scenic spot, which is more convenient than taking a taxi. You can have a cup of Longjing in the afternoon and look at the tea mountain. Life is so pleasant. Although the room is a little small, the bed is very comfortable and I slept very well at night. The most worth mentioning is that the attitude of the boss and the waiter is very enthusiastic, making people feel at home. The overall experience of this stay was very good. I recommend it to friends who want to experience tea culture, get close to nature, and want convenient travel!"
