First time checking in at the second Michelin 3-Key hotel in the Greater China region for the 2025 Michelin Guide, aside from Rosewood Hong Kong. This is the sixth Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Marriott's ultra-luxury flagship worldwide, designed by the late Mr. Jaya Ibrahim, who also designed Amanfayun Hangzhou, Aman Summer Palace Beijing, and Amandayan Lijiang. The design deeply integrates ******* culture, presenting an elegant and unique style. Located in Jiuzhaigou's Rissai Valley, the rooms are fully equipped, featuring a Nespresso machine with milk frother and a dedicated kitchen. The bathrooms boast Villeroy & Boch fixtures. Special thanks to our attentive and meticulous butlers, Jasmine and Caroline, for their warm and thoughtful service throughout our stay, always available online. The hotel staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the restaurant service was refined and thoughtful. The hotel's scenery is absolutely stunning and pleasant. During our stay, the rain cleared to reveal endless lush green mountains in the distance – truly a secluded paradise, a top choice for luxury hotel enthusiasts.

This guesthouse is an absolute gem! I spent ages looking for a place to stay with my parents in Jiuzhaigou, and I'm so glad I chose this one. It completely exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, and the value for money was incredible. The rooms were even better than pictured, and the environment was fantastic. Plus, it's super convenient, right across from 'The Romance of the Song Dynasty,' with tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. It's also pet-friendly!! If you have a pet, don't even think twice, just book it! (The husky, Hanhan, was so well-behaved, mooching food, drinks, and AC in my room – so adorable I almost wanted to take him home!) I'm definitely coming back in the autumn!!! I've already recommended it to all my friends; seriously, just go for it! (My mom specifically told me to leave a review because it was so, so good!!!)

I wanted to be the first to review this, but I was too slow. ⭐Swimsuits are provided. The service needs some more training, but everything else was great. The soundproofing, environment, facilities, and connections were all excellent, to be honest. 1. The complimentary apples were delicious; I don't know what variety they were, but they were really good. 2. I filmed a nine-minute video but can't upload it. It was very detailed; you can search for it on **. 3. The room was clean, the mattress and blankets were comfortable, and it was super quiet. 4. The ******* clothing was of good quality, and the accessories were complete. 5. Currently, swimming and the private hot spring are free to experience; it's quite comfortable.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable bedding and a large sofa. The whole room featured voice-controlled smart features and a smart TV for watching movies. The bathroom was very clean, with a smart toilet and a separate wet and dry area. The shower water pressure was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They provided toiletries and breakfast for my child and even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Upon check-in, we received complimentary bottled water. Every evening, there was a free supper of delicious mini wontons. Breakfast was very generous, including local specialties like butter tea and sweet, plum-sized local prunes. The hotel is about 4 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou. There's a free shuttle service that takes you to Jiuzhaigou in the morning and picks you up in the evening. This hotel offers excellent value for money. From Jiuzhaigou-Huanglong High-Speed Rail Station, you can take a tourist bus for about 2 hours and get off at the Jiuzhai stop. The hotel is about a 500-meter walk straight ahead. For the return journey, you can catch the bus at the same stop, just across the road.

I went to Jiuzhaigou with my classmates, and the hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou ticket office. You can order things like CHAGEE and Dicos at the hotel. The overall environment is great, the bathroom is spacious, and the facilities are quite modern with smart home features. The best part is that there wasn't any strange smell in the room, which is perfect for someone like me who's sensitive to odors. The hygiene was also excellent, and there's a big floor-to-ceiling window that lets sunlight into the room, which is really nice. Definitely a good review!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou! The hotel is newly built and looks exactly like the photos shown. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The boss and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcomed. My family and I spent two lovely nights here and truly enjoyed the experience. The room was comfortable and equipped with a heater, which was especially appreciated in the cold weather. They also provided a healthy and satisfying breakfast each morning. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou!

I was very satisfied with my stay in the mountain-view two-bedroom suite. It had two bathrooms, with the single-bedroom suite featuring both a shower and a bathtub. A pleasant surprise was the spacious walk-in closet and a small kitchenette. The bedding was very comfortable, the room was big enough, and the decor had a stately mansion feel, which was very pleasant. Crucially, it's only a ten-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus. Breakfast was decent; not many varieties, but the taste was good, especially the noodle station where you could choose from 4 flavors. There are many affordable restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. However, if you're looking for a quiet resort nestled in a valley, I'd recommend staying at one of the luxurious hotels at Blossom Hill. This hotel primarily focuses on convenience.

First off, the location is halfway between the high-speed train station and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Public transportation isn't the best option, so I'd recommend driving yourself or going with a tour group. Secondly, I booked a mountain view room, but the window glass facing the mountains really detracted from the view. For over 700 a night, which isn't cheap, you'd expect cleaner windows. I won't post photos, but other reviews mention the same issue. Then, the welcome fruit I was supposed to get for my points wasn't delivered, and the shuttle bus taking guests to the scenic area in the morning didn't even help with luggage. Finally, a big shout-out to the customer service小姐姐 (I forgot her name, but she looks a lot like Tong Yao). She was worried we'd miss our stop and came to pick us up early. She was also very prompt in addressing any issues we had. Thanks to her, I'm not leaving a negative review. Enough said.

The lobby's ******* patterns, natural wood textures, and lighting layout are all incredibly beautiful. The corridors and window nooks are meticulously decorated, and the complimentary ******* clothing is perfect for photoshoots. The room interiors are exquisite and tasteful, with a sophisticated color palette. ******* totems and soft furnishings are used just right – not overly showy, but highly distinctive. The window views are expansive, and every corner of the guesthouse showcases a keen sense of aesthetics, preserving regional characteristics while meeting modern living habits. With its strong sense of style, this place is definitely the top choice for those who love taking photos and appreciate a good ambiance. Plus, the guesthouse even provides free shuttle service to the scenic area entrance!

Location: Right next to the park entrance, about 5-600 meters away, a 10-minute walk. Very convenient, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Service: The front desk staff was lovely, upgraded my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, and even brought my takeout up to my room! Room: Pretty good, but some of the facilities are a bit old, likely because the hotel has been open for a while. Overall: Decent.
