"The large sea view from the room was nice, but the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated. There was nowhere to hang towels, and the tissue box only had a few crumpled tissues left, clearly remnants from a previous guest. The most frustrating part was trying to find the kids' club. I asked the front desk several times, and they just kept saying 'turn left outside, it's in the building next door,' without mentioning it was in a different hotel. We walked back and forth multiple times under the scorching sun and couldn't find it. When we asked another staff member, they said this hotel doesn't even have a kids' club! I saw reviews online of other guests using the infinity pool, but the front desk also failed to mention it was at the Belmont Hotel, so we just assumed it wasn't open. The front desk was also vague about the breakfast restaurant's location, just saying 'in the building next door.' Every time we went to that 'next door building,' we had to walk a long way under the blazing sun. Whether it's a kids' club or a water park, why can't they clearly state it's in a different hotel? Even if it's 'next door,' it should still be part of *their* hotel. Who would guess it's a completely different property without clear information? Our butler added us on WeChat after we had been running around all day and went out in the evening, but we didn't see it until the next day at check-out when they reminded us to add them. What's the point then? How can I possibly leave a good review with an experience like that? Objectively, the facilities at the partner hotels are quite good, making the overall value for money reasonable. But shouldn't the subjective service keep up? It's just a matter of saying a few more words, yet they made everything so complicated every time."

"No hotel is perfect; it all depends on what you're looking for. Atlantis caters to families, especially those with slightly older children, and it's also suitable for couples. If you're seeking ambiance, Instagrammable spots, and fewer crowds, you might prefer The Rosewood Sanya or The Sanya EDITION. But if your goal is a family trip with pre-teens, Atlantis is the absolute best, bar none! Let's compare it to other options: * **Compared to Universal Studios Hotel:** It offers better value for money and water activities. * **Compared to Disney Hotels:** It's incredibly good value and suitable for both boys and girls. * **Compared to Guangzhou Chimelong Hotels:** It’s more refined, sophisticated, and has an international flair. Here are the pros: 1. **Room Layouts:** There are many rooms with two 1.5-meter double beds, which is incredibly convenient for parents – those who know, know! 2. **Prompt Service:** Once you call, items are usually delivered within 5 minutes. 3. **Exceptional Cleanliness:** This is a rare find for a family-friendly hotel. 4. **Daily Replenishments:** Fresh towels and linens are provided daily, which is great if you love showering. The mini-fridge is also restocked daily, keeping the kids happy. 5. **Dining Capacity:** Despite the crowds, there are plenty of breakfast seats across two underground restaurants, plus options on the 18th and 48th floors, and a club. 6. **Comprehensive Entertainment:** The Aquaventure Waterpark, C Show, and various activities mean you won't get bored even after a week. There are a few cons, too: 1. **Beach Hawkers:** Motorbike riders on the beach constantly approach you for photos and business, which is annoying. This is a common issue in Haitang Bay. 2. **Ocean Conditions:** The waves are too strong for swimming in the sea. Although there's a designated area, I still don't recommend it. Finally, a shout-out to our butler, Blue Whale. Their service was excellent and very helpful."

"This is my umpteenth time staying at the Four Seasons Haiting Hotel. Whenever I visit Sanya, I always try out a few different hotels, and besides the beachfront resorts, the Four Seasons Haiting Hotel is always my top choice because it offers incredible value for money. This time, Mr. Li at the front desk left a lasting impression on me – he was incredibly warm, attentive, and had excellent emotional intelligence. He communicated with guests genuinely, without any perfunctory responses, and even my elderly family members expressed their sincere gratitude to him. What I noticed this trip was how few Chinese guests there were and how many Russians; during meal times, I honestly felt like I was abroad! The hotel is just as good as ever, the service remains excellent, the rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast is great value."

"Good day. We stayed at this hotel in July 2026. It's a fantastic, wonderful hotel with excellent service. I particularly want to highlight the superb work of the guest relations manager, Maria. She was incredibly attentive to us from the very first moments of check-in, helped with an early check-in, and throughout our stay, she made sure everything was to our satisfaction. A few minutes after checking in, she sent her contact information with full details about the hotel, including where everything was located and opening times. The hotel offers very delicious breakfasts with a huge selection of dishes, lots of fruit, ice cream, and pastries. The restaurant has fast service and quick clean-up. There are many pools and a very beautiful green area. The underground access to the beach with an elevator is very convenient. They also host thematic parties and shows. Upon check-out, we were given a soft toy, which was a nice touch. I will definitely return to this hotel. I highly recommend it; I have something to compare it to. We've stayed in four different hotels in Sanya. Thank you, Pullman."

"STAFF APPRECIATION: Momo is my MVP! I am not certain what her work hours were, but she replied promptly to any question I had no matter when I messaged her. She also kindly upgraded me from a garden room to a sea view with gorgeous scenery. I wanted to extend another night. Not only Momo, but all the staff here are professional and kind and I was greeted with a smile wherever I went.😊 The 阿姨们 especially were very lovely. HOTEL REVIEW: Incredible. While there, I had the feeling not many tourists know it exists. Part of me was grateful because it leant to the extremely peaceful atmosphere, but part of me wants to share the news of this place with everyone I meet with plans to travel to Sanya. The room was immaculate. The meals were delicious with generous portions. The pink sand was new and fun. The beach was super close, a good size, and private, so no one was fighting for space to relax or play. FLO Spa was a welcome respite. I encourage a visit if time and your budget allow. They also offer shuttle service to nearby Tianya with reservation. If going on your own, a Didi is only about 10 or 11 yuan. It's definitely worth a visit. I traveled alone, but there were spaces and activities for pets, kids, and couples as well. I could go on and on, but I'll let my pictures talk for me. TLDR; Good location. Wonderful staff. Something for everyone. Family friendly (fun for both the human babies and fur babies). Right on the beach. Close to Tianya Haijiao. Very foreigner friendly. 10/10 recommend. 🏖"

"I originally booked an executive suite with a sea view on another platform, but forgot to make a reservation... By the afternoon, there were no sea view rooms left, so I temporarily chose a mountain view, which was also great. The room was spacious, and my family was very satisfied. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful, arranging two rooms for us even though the sea view rooms weren't available. I'm very grateful for their assistance. My child loved the kids' room key card. In the evening, they delivered fruit and even brought a stroller for my child. Staying at the Marriott with a child was a very thoughtful experience! The afternoon tea was delicious, but the wait was too long, about two hours. I hope they can improve that."

"The sea view didn't disappoint, absolutely perfect! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service, which is very convenient for getting around. Our butler, Anna, provided incredibly thoughtful and meticulous service. She kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room with a fantastic angle upon check-in. The moment I pushed open the curved floor-to-ceiling windows, I was absolutely stunned by the ocean view – a breathtaking, unobstructed 180-degree panorama of Sanya Bay. Thumbs up! "Even an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. The hotel has indeed been open for quite some time, but its legacy speaks for itself. The one-bedroom villa is highly recommended. 1. The air conditioning in the room is excellent, excellent, excellent – no need to worry! 2. The TV supports screen mirroring, screen mirroring, screen mirroring. 3. The concierge here can assist with delivering takeout to your room; just wait patiently. 4. It's quite close to the lounge, which is convenient for a quick bite or drink. 5. The villa's private yard offers direct access to the club's swimming pool – very convenient. 6. The villa comes with a dedicated butler who responds promptly to all kinds of questions online. My butler this time was Annie, and she was incredibly thoughtful. On our last day, we didn't want to go to the main restaurant for breakfast but still craved their waffles. Annie coordinated with the club restaurant in advance, and the club chef specially prepared freshly baked waffles for us that day. 7. The hotel's public areas exude a full vacation vibe. Although they're all open-air, it can get a bit hot in the afternoon, but it's a vacation, after all – just relax and avoid the hottest part of the day. The beach bar and Taolange are both worth checking out. Additionally, the hotel's SPA has excellent techniques, and the prices are reasonable, definitely worth trying. 8. Room service doesn't seem to charge a service fee; you can just order through the mini-program. 9. During our 7-day, 6-night stay, all the staff were very hospitable, and the room cleaning aunties were also very diligent."

"Overall, my experience was excellent, especially the top-notch service. It was the most astonishing trip I've had in the past five years. We stayed for two nights. We had booked a 180-degree sea view room, which was upgraded to an unbeatable sea view room. Besides the floor, there wasn't much difference between the rooms, though the balcony of the unbeatable sea view room was a bit larger. On our first day, we encountered a typhoon. It was my first time experiencing one, and it scared me. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors kept shaking, and the wind was howling. I was afraid they would collapse or be blown away, so I kept contacting the front desk and housekeeping for help. What shocked me the most was the service attitude of the hotel staff. If hotel management sees this, please make sure to commend all the staff who worked on the evening of July 3rd. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly proactive and dedicated to solving our problems. I don't know the specific names of the staff, and I can only vaguely remember their characteristics. All the following timestamps refer to the 3rd: 1. Around 19:20, housekeeping staff on the 17th floor were busy running around, helping every room with towels to block water. Also, the male manager in black on the 17th floor actively coordinated and resolved issues for everyone without complaint. 2. Around 19:40, the lady standing to the right of the front desk (a bit plumper than the other front desk staff) helped us switch rooms several times. She also proactively contacted someone to check for leaks. She was friendly and kept reassuring us, which made us feel at ease. 3. The red-haired housekeeping auntie on the 17th floor (who was a bit short) ran up and down for us to get a dehumidifier and contacted the AC repair staff. 4. The young man from the engineering department who repaired the AC stood outside in the typhoon to fix our door. He even called another person to help us with the repair – I really admire that. 5. Apparently, two gentlemen from the front desk delivered our room cards. One of them was particularly tall. He said there were too many guests waiting for the elevator, and he was afraid we'd be anxious, so he ran from the first floor to the 17th floor. I'm so grateful. I don't remember the other staff very clearly, but in short, thank you all for providing such excellent service. Because of you, whenever my friends and I visit Dadonghai in the future, we will choose The Harman. Whether it's during a natural disaster or normal times, I believe any hotel can encounter problems. We encountered many problems at the hotel, and they all happened on the same night. But the fact that all problems were resolved so well is, in my opinion, truly remarkable. There are at least 60 rooms on each floor, with guest rooms from the 6th to the 18th floor – you can imagine how many staff members are needed. I can confidently say that at any hotel or company, when so many customers encounter problems simultaneously, many staff members would also become an 'act of God.' No other business could be like The Harman that night, where all staff were proactive, enthusiastic, without complaint, endured fatigue, smiled, and were even more anxious than me to solve my problems. This is extremely rare. They even ran to find us. We faced many problems that night, and we sought help from over 10 staff members within three hours. But every single one of them possessed the highest quality expected of service personnel, even far exceeding other four-star and five-star hotels on regular days. If even one staff member had been angry or impatient with me, I wouldn't be as shocked as I am now. Having such a group of excellent, kind, and charming staff is truly the most valuable asset of this hotel. Thank you all for your service, and I hope the hotel is as kind to its staff!"

The hotel's location is excellent, making travel incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The food was exquisite and delicious, with a wide variety to satisfy all tastes. The facilities were comprehensive, and the overall environment was elegant and impeccably clean. The hotel is well-managed, with professionalism and care evident in every detail. It's an ideal choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure.
