"This was my second stay here, and it's definitely my go-to hotel when I'm seeing a concert at the Big Lotus. It's right across from it, within walking distance, and the room offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Big Lotus! The front desk staff, both male and female, are incredibly kind and helpful. When the robots were busy, they even personally delivered takeout to the rooms. During Xue Zhiqian's (Joker Xue) concert these past two weeks, they even prepared gifts for his fans (Qianyou) in the lobby, and there were thoughtful notes for fans in the rooms – it was really heartwarming. My child forgot some toiletries in the room, and one of the staff members even took photos to confirm and then mailed them back to us, which we really appreciate! I'll definitely stay here again for my next concert."

Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. For guests traveling on business, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"This hotel looks luxurious and isn't expensive for the price. We paid an extra 40 yuan to upgrade from the basement floor to the 19th floor. However, the carpets and cleanliness aren't great if you look closely – pretty much on par with a typical chain hotel, not exceptionally clean. The bedding is average, and the mattress isn't very comfortable. The toiletries are also just okay, but for this price, it's acceptable. Finding parking around West Lake can be difficult, so it's convenient to park at the hotel and take a taxi or other transport. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to Nanshan Road. Parking at the hotel costs 1 yuan per hour, which is basically symbolic and very affordable."
