HHuifeidejinyuerThe B&B has adorable little bunnies you can feed, and in the evening, we sat in the courtyard chatting and even saw the Disneyland fireworks! 🎆 The Chinese breakfast spread was quite generous, and they even had freshly ground coffee ☕️. The surroundings are peaceful, and they offer shuttle service to Disneyland. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we'll definitely be back this summer.

GGuest UserDuring my recent trip to Shanghai, I stayed at the Bellagio, the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund, and the St. Regis Jingan, and the Bellagio was by far my favorite. 1. I was completely won over by the hotel slippers and the minibar. The slippers have a non-slip sole and are very comfortable. The minibar is exquisitely arranged with sophisticated and beautiful glassware—it's an absolute feast for the eyes. 2. The front desk informed me that the minibar drinks are complimentary upon signing up as a hotel member. This is a very generous policy, especially since the other two hotels charged for them. 3. I was traveling with my 6-year-old child and should have paid for a children's breakfast. We also had a 21-yuan snack in the room, and I truthfully reported all of this at checkout. To my surprise, my full deposit was refunded without any extra charges. Thank you so much! 4. The room was spacious and very comfortable, featuring high-end amenities and a great bathtub. 5. The location is excellent. Although many people mind that it doesn't offer a direct view of the river, the Garden Bridge of Shanghai (Waibaidu Bridge) is just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient for a stroll along the riverfront. Summary: The Bellagio truly makes you feel at home. It's clear that they genuinely care about their service, rather than just chasing good reviews. Furthermore, none of the staff ever pressured me to leave a positive review.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels that we have stayed. Beautiful rooms with the most beautiful views. Wonderful service by all the staff from the front office, to the bellman and even the cleaners are super nice. We were travelling with my disabled brother and they made sure we were comfortable. We were offered an upgrade to the horizon club room for a great price which was definitely worth it as the rooms had nicer views and comes with breakfast (with halal options), afternoon tea and also evening refreshments. They also arranged for our kids birthday in the room! Special thanks to Elaine at the front office for arranging late checkout for us since our flight is late at night, as well as Kenny at the horizon club for attending to us and ensuring we had a smooth check out. If we ever come to Shanghai again, we definitely will stay here. ❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has an excellent location, which made my trip around Shanghai very convenient. My room was comfortable and well kept, fully meeting my expectations. The best part was the amazing view from the window.l could see the Huangpu River, the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower clearly. Watching the beautiful city scenery was such a lovely experience every day. All the hotel staff provided great service with friendly attitudes.They were polite and ready to assist whenever I needed something. Everything went smoothly during my check-in and check-out. This hotel is a wonderful choice for visitors who want to admire Shanghai's iconic riverside landmarks. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai and highly recommend it to other travellers.

YYoYo_hetaobushibaoA month before the National Day holiday, I started planning our family trip with our 2.5-year-old. He's not really suited for crowded tourist spots, and as low-energy parents, we're not up for intense 'special forces' style parenting either. So, I opted for a 'staycation,' which is super popular on Xiaohongshu (xhs). I'd bookmarked several highly-rated family-friendly hotels, and Pudong Kerry stood out as the most satisfying from my research. It offered family rooms, a kids' playground, and direct access to a mall – incredibly convenient! I quickly booked a stay on Ctrip, full of anticipation. We checked in on the evening of the 3rd. The front desk lady was very polite and answered all my questions in detail. When I asked if an additional adult could accompany my child into the playground (the package included entry for one adult and one child, but I was worried I wouldn't have enough energy and we'd need to take turns looking after him 🤣), she agreed without hesitation. I'm really grateful for that, and it proved to be a lifesaver in the playground – we truly couldn't keep up with our child! He had an amazing time, and we parents were exhausted. Upon entering the room, we immediately saw the special tent, a highlight of the family suite. Forget kids, even I, a 30+ adult, wanted to crawl in and hang out for a bit! For the two days we stayed, this little tent became his 'secret base.' When we were relaxing in the hotel, he'd be in there watching Qiaohu (Chuckle) or playing with his toys. The hotel also gifted him a little kangaroo plushie. Wow, it completely won him over and became his 'best buddy.' Every night before bed, he'd ask, 'Where's my best buddy?' Hahaha, the innocence of a child really touches your heart every single moment. The kangaroo T-shirt was a bit big, but that's fine; he can wear it when he's older and we can come back to the Kerry Hotel again. During check-in, the bed rail and children's toiletries were all prepared, which was very thoughtful. The first round of the mini-bar was free, and they even provided cookies, which tasted pretty good. The only suggestion I have is that the bed rail felt a bit unstable. At the head of the bed, it was fine because of the cabinet propping it up, but the foot of the bed felt loose; if you nudged it slightly, it felt like it would fall. Later, I was worried he might roll off in the middle of the night if the rail gave way, so I stuffed pillows along the side of the rail, which solved the problem. Hotel breakfast is on the 1st floor. Booking a family room includes two breakfasts. The breakfast spread was extensive, with Chinese and Western options, noodles, wontons, bread, and pastries – everything you could want, and it all tasted good. Next to the kids' playground was a gym, which looked very good with plenty of equipment, but I didn't get to experience it as I was with my child. This trip was very satisfying, and I look forward to returning to the Kerry Hotel to unlock new experiences.

The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering superb views of both sides of the Huangpu River. All the staff I encountered were well-trained, friendly, and provided efficient and attentive service. The breakfast buffet, featuring both Western and Chinese options, was abundant and authentic in taste. The Long Bar on the ground floor of the old building is highly recommended; it has been meticulously restored to its original appearance from a century ago, exuding a vintage yet exquisite ambiance. On Friday nights, live jazz musicians enhance the already fantastic atmosphere.

GGuest UserThe B&B is very comfortable. The decoration style seems simple but is very clean and tidy. I like the minimalist style very much. It has a mahjong table, a singing room, and a projector. It's a pity that I came late and didn't get to play. I'll try it next time. Two 1.5-meter large beds are put together so that children can roll around as much as they want~ The kitchen downstairs has a pot and an oven. The boss cooked corn for the children in the morning. He ate breakfast and looked at the rice fields outside the window. He was in a great mood. It only took 9 minutes to take a taxi to Haichang. It was very convenient and a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe views from the W Shanghai - The Bund are simply incredible, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Huangpu River and Lujiazui. The night views are especially stunning and make for great photos. The only downsides were that the mattress was a bit too soft, which made my back ache after a while, and the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and next door, which disturbed my sleep at night. While the scenery is definitely the highlight and perfect for a visit to admire the view, those who prioritize a good night's sleep might want to consider other options.

GGuest UserWe checked in on the evening of October 3rd. It was a bit cold and rainy after getting off the subway. When we arrived at the hotel, front desk staff members #11 and #19 warmly introduced us to local attractions and even provided free breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The housekeeping staff was very polite. I'm also very grateful to the front desk staff today for allowing a late check-out, which let my daughter rest well before heading to the airport. We will definitely stay here again next time!

What really stood out was the staff's kindness; it truly touched me. When I was struggling to figure out how to order takeout, they patiently explained everything and even personally helped me with a drink purchase since I'm a foreigner and had difficulty with the payment. At checkout, they even gave me a hand cream as a gift, making my trip perfect right until the very end. Thanks to their warm hospitality and the immaculate room, I had a truly wonderful time. I will definitely be back!
