The hotel is rooted in the cultural port area, exuding a strong artistic vibe, and is right next to the Yong River. Opening the window, you're greeted with a gentle river view. The overall decor blends cultural and creative aesthetics; the simple and warm design feels incredibly sophisticated. There's no commercial noise, just peace and healing. The cleanliness was exceptional, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the staff provided warm and thoughtful service. You can walk to the Bund and stroll along the riverside promenade. For a short trip to Ningbo, staying here allows you to experience the city's lively atmosphere while also enjoying tranquil moments – it’s truly delightful."

"The room is large and spacious, with a reasonable layout, attentive and enthusiastic service, fruit snacks every day, free laundry service, and timely and clean cleaning. It would be better if we could put some hooks on the walls of the room and the toilet. In addition, if the large windowsill is an openable window, the room will be brighter and more breathable."

The overall design has a Chinese garden feel, and the large, green environment is quite nice. Overall, it's a very pleasant place. The receptionist, Xiao Liu, was very attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel is spacious with scenic views, and the Chinese restaurant's food was surprisingly good – highly recommended! The buffet restaurant was also quite nice. The hotel provides maps of the hotel and surrounding attractions, as well as various directions, which is very helpful. It's definitely a great place for a relaxing vacation!"

I love it so much😍 The food is also very delicious and rich in variety. The fish in sour soup and stir-fried beef made by the chef are highly recommended! "While there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. It is precisely their dedicated efforts that create such memorable Park Hyatt experiences for guests. Park Hyatt Ningbo, we must come again!"
