"Room is clean, amenities is ok. We requested for non-smoking room but was given a room with very heavy cigarette smell and had to request for change of room. Window and curtain soundproofing are not good enough. Breakfast selection is ok"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kunming Station, less than a 10-minute walk away. The restaurant is bright and airy, like a sunroom, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. Right in front of the hotel, there's a chain flower cake shop, a mushroom hotpot restaurant, and a Yunnan specialty restaurant, all of which are quite good and convenient, so you don't have to run around to find places to eat. The only drawback might be that my room faced the street. Because of Kunming's strong sunlight, the room would be quite warm after being exposed to the sun all day, even making it too hot to sleep at night. I ran the air conditioner on fan mode all night, and it still didn't feel cold."

She remembered our casual remarks about our likes, diligently checked in with us daily about our experience, and responded incredibly fast. Whether we had extra requests or not, she was always there to help immediately. When we asked for tips on exploring Kunming, she not only provided detailed answers but also kindly reminded us about events at the nearby Delong Plaza. Her care felt as natural as a family member's.

The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh.
While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China.
I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly.
Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice.

The breakfast is rich and varied, from traditional Chinese breakfast to exquisite Western pastries, each one is mouth-watering. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is very delicious, which makes people satisfied and happy. The hotel's restaurant environment is elegant, and the waiter's service is also very thoughtful, making the dining process very pleasant.
The location of the hotel is also very advantageous, the transportation is very convenient, and there are many shopping malls, supermarkets and attractions around, which is very convenient for shopping and playing.
I am very satisfied with this stay experience. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to everyone!

Ambiance: The garden is exquisite, with charming bridges, flowing water, and hot springs. We even enjoyed a soak after our New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel, which was incredibly relaxing.
I was initially worried about the 'old and dated rooms' mentioned on Xiaohongshu, but our experience at the hotel was delightful. The Chinese New Year atmosphere was vibrant, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming. My parents were particularly pleased! 👍

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

The service is excellent, and the breakfast is great, especially the coffee. The hot spring pools are a real highlight, with over 20 outdoor pools, all clearly marked with their water temperature. Surrounded by tropical plants like coconut and palm trees, it's incredibly relaxing to soak in the sun. The hotel also offers dedicated butler service, which is very attentive.

If you're not a fan of overly bustling and crowded places, this is the perfect choice.
Maple Inn – I've stayed at their Sanxingdui branch in Guanghan before, and had a great experience as it's quite stylish.
This hotel is decorated predominantly in peacock blue, embodying a Yunnan regional style.
The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the service was excellent and proactive.
As a Diamond member and a influencer with millions of followers, I received an appropriate room upgrade.
The room, as always, was stylish, spacious, and comfortable to sleep in. The soundproofing was also quite good.
However, the one area that needs improvement is breakfast.
1. The noodle chef was rather curt, and there were very few toppings. The dried mushrooms and meat sauce were not refilled once they ran out.
2. There was a limited selection of hot dishes. When I went around 9 AM, most of them were already nearly empty.
This was the most disappointing part of my stay. I hope to see improvements next time. Still, I can give it five stars; it's great value for money.
They even delivered milk at night, which was a thoughtful touch.

Check-in was efficient and quick, and our rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views, with comfortable bedding. My whole family was very happy. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, as it's close to both the subway station and Kunming Old Street. QQQinnyThis is my umpteenth time here, and it's consistently excellent, as always. Both the service and the room environment are top-notch, no complaints at all. It wasn't too crowded on a weekday. Coming here right before Chinese New Year was a fantastic experience. The in-room dining was also great, with good portions and delicious food. The breakfast restaurant staff were all very friendly. Overall, the service staff were wonderful. They even upgraded my room!
Minibar drinks: Excellent and plentiful. Hope it stays this way.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.
