LLi dmThis is a really great hotel. Although it's not very big, the service, facilities, and attention to detail are all excellent. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and always greet you when they see you. They offer laundry service, and the breakfast is pretty good – it has everything you'd expect. The amenities are also high-quality, and they even gave us a small souvenir upon checkout. The room was quiet too. The quality control of the facilities is top-notch! We also had a dedicated butler for our check-in! If I ever come back to Kunming, I would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend it to friends! Just a small suggestion: if they could add more welcome fruits and evening milk service, it would be absolutely perfect! This is just a sincere suggestion based on my previous hotel experiences. Finally, I wish the staff all the best in their work and good health! And I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth!

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: It's relatively close to the airport, so there's a good amount of noise. Light sleepers should probably avoid this hotel.
Service: The service is excellent.

I always love the vibe at Ji Hotels; the cleanliness and service were impeccable. Upon check-in, they gave us milk, fruit, and flower cakes, and even prepared toiletries and slippers for children.

The hotel's butler service is warm and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. There are countless great eateries nearby; you can explore all sorts of authentic local snacks on foot. The metro station is also close by, ensuring hassle-free travel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming!

MM10627****The room was spacious, and the solid wood desk felt really high-quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very convenient for two people. They even have robots that can deliver takeout, which is pretty smart. Plus, there are charging stations right next to the hotel, which is great for electric car owners – no need to worry about finding a place to charge.

YYongganxixiMy parents and I have been traveling for a month now, and this Wanda hotel is their absolute favorite – they even said I have great taste in choosing hotels! The front desk staff were so patient and attentive. The room layout was well-designed and spacious. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing, and the environment was absolutely top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, a feast for the eyes! You can stay, eat, splash around in the shallow pools, and enjoy a comfortable hot spring soak. It was just so enjoyable!

Staff need some training when handling requests.
Incident happen on 7 March 26. On 8th March evening, my daughter wanted to buy food on line. But because we are foreigners, we do not have local phone number.
My daughters approached the concierge for assistances.
However, the response was unacceptable. The male concierge questions my daughters why they don't have local number in a very rude way. My daughters were surpirse by his questions.
It was good that another concierge intervene and asssit my daughters on their requests. Although in the end, we did not mamage to order food on line, we are thankful for the second concierge asssitance.
That being said, the hotel need look into training front line staff in handling inquires even if they are unable to accede to their guest request.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

WWanxiaoqingHad a really pleasant stay here. I was in Kunming for two days this trip, and the hotel felt quite new. The room, while not huge, was very cleverly designed with lots of smart touches to maximize space. I’d definitely recommend the hotel's bar and spa too – they were both great! The staff were excellent, proactively helping with my luggage. And breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety!

Our room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the view from the window was expansive. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming!
