The area around the hotel was livelier than expected, and there's a free coffee machine in the lobby, plus an elevator. Both the hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated, very new, and comfortable to stay in. When we checked out, they even provided a simple but thoughtful breakfast for everyone: two cakes and warm milk. It was perfect for catching our flight without going hungry.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Cuihu Lake and also a ten-minute walk from Kunming Old Street, though in a different direction. There are many local eateries nearby, and shared electric bikes are very convenient. The room was very clean, no mosquitoes, and the hotel service was excellent. It was also quiet at night, so I slept well.

It's so well-hidden that even ride-share drivers find it hard to believe there's a hotel inside the terminal. This was incredibly convenient for us catching an early morning flight. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was quite good; we didn't hear any planes taking off or landing all night, though the air conditioning was a bit loud. The breakfast was very generous, with 4-5 airport partner restaurants to choose from. Overall, a very satisfying stay. If I need to again, I'd definitely choose the Ji Hotel Terminal Branch without hesitation.

The hotel staff are very attentive and proactive, and the breakfast is abundant with a wide variety of choices. Although the room isn't huge, it's actually quite comfortable to stay in. The soundproofing isn't great, but it's no worse than other hotels in the same category. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I would definitely book this hotel again if I'm ever in Wuhua District.

The room was very clean, offered good privacy, and even had a large locker for my suitcase. The bedding was spotless, and there's a huge washroom area, so it never felt crowded. It was quite cold in Kunming when I visited, but there was no need to worry about hot water; it's available 24/7! I highly recommend Hump Hostel.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

TTianjibukexielouadcI just stayed at JEN Kunming, and I have to rave about its gym – it's absolutely one of the most beautiful I've ever seen! It's over 2,000 square meters with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an amazing view of Kunming city while you work out. It really lifts your spirits. All the equipment is top-tier brands like Life Fitness, and they have everything from TRX to yoga mats. The attention to detail is excellent. While the room was a bit compact, amenities like the direct drinking water dispenser and wireless charging were very thoughtful. The location is also fantastic, right next to a subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Honestly, I'd come back just for the gym!

Location top tier !!!... near to halal foods and malls and walkable to all tourist attraction .the minus for services are for the broken escalator and there are no bell boy to take our beg up and down from the room .Other then that just so so .... the receptionist is kind enough to let us check out a few minutes late with no extra charge ... would recommend this hotel 8/10 to others but you can try other hotel also 🥰🤗👌🏻
