It's also conveniently located about one kilometer from Kunming Railway Station, making transportation easy. Plus, the service attitude was excellent!"

GGuest UserHotel Manman Anman Huajian Hotel was a pleasant surprise! First, let me commend the decor – the design is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and sophisticated. The warm lights in the hallway cast a soft glow, and the wooden furniture exudes a gentle warmth. I really loved it! 💕 The best part, however, is the location. The front desk mentioned that a night market is opening nearby, which is perfect for those who don't want to venture far. The service also deserves special praise; the manager is truly exceptional, the best I've ever encountered. When we checked out, we even received a parting gift. The coffee and tea in the room were delicious, and the shampoo and shower gel had a luxurious scent. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends next time!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right in the city center, with a lively pedestrian street and plenty of great food options downstairs. The halal beef pancakes right outside are delicious and always have a long queue! If you turn right out of the hotel and pass Nanning Street, you'll reach Shuncheng Shopping Mall, which boasts numerous restaurants. The Wuyi Road metro station is also right next to it. You can easily walk to Cuihu Park and several other pedestrian streets from the hotel, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including local Yunnan specialties like Er'si and rice noodles.
The hotel maintains the high standards of Sheraton (Marriott), and the room facilities are excellent. The lovely front desk staff even upgraded my room and gave me a fruit platter. My room on the 28th floor offered expansive city views. For transportation to Kunming Station, if you're in a hurry, I'd recommend a taxi as there might not be a direct metro line due to the complex underground structure of the old city. One suggestion I have is to place ashtrays (or poles) outside the entrance. This would prevent guests who step out to smoke from a non-smoking hotel from littering cigarette butts.

SShehuilengThe environment was excellent – clean, new, and the room was very spacious. The facilities were great, with a smart assistant ('XiaoDu') and everything was comfortable to use. The service was also fantastic; they even offered a wake-up call to make sure we didn't miss our early morning flight, which was really helpful. They also provided airport drop-off, which was very convenient.

The hotel environment is fantastic, with a Southeast Asian decor style. The front desk staff were very responsive to all my requests. They even allowed a late check-out when my plans changed unexpectedly. I'm very grateful and had a very satisfying stay.

They even have robots that can deliver takeout, which is pretty smart. GGuest UserEvery time I visit Kunming, I stay at the Grand Park Hotel, but I always forget to leave a good review. This time, I made sure to set a reminder! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, anticipating our needs with many thoughtful details. The room arrangement was very comfortable, and all the facilities clearly looked newly renovated, making them easy to use, clean, and modern. Before we left, we even received handmade flower cakes from the hotel, which were sweet but not cloying – a truly heartwarming touch. What moved me even more was the airport transfer service they arranged for us; the driver was punctual and had a great attitude, making the whole journey stress-free. Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserVisited Kunming with the kids during the May Day holiday and chose the Shangri-La Jen Hotel, which has a great location. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate. The pool and gym facilities were quite good. Remy, Sally, and Grace at the front desk all provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the Chinese restaurant was also very good. Even though the weather in Kunming was a bit chilly this time, we definitely felt the hotel's warm service!

The location is perfect for anyone visiting Dianchi, making it super easy to go see the seagulls whenever we wanted, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was clean and refreshing, tastefully decorated, and the sunlight streaming in made it feel so bright and airy. Sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying the breeze and a cup of tea, just melted away all the fatigue from work. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby, and the bathroom experience was top-notch. The host was incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. This five-star review is truly well-deserved!
