"Never expected this hotel to be so great with a location near the line 4 & 6 metro plus surrounded by many good eatery shops with commoner prices. The room is clean, spacious and neat. The reception staff is friendly and willing to assist when asked while the public amenities are aplenty."

"This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and a huge part of that pleasure came from the outstanding service provided by Xiao Qiao and the other staff members at the hotel. Xiao Qiao proactively upgraded our room. Later, a family member accidentally broke a glass in the room. We felt very apologetic and uneasy at the time. Xiao Qiao reported it to her superior, and not only did they not ask for any compensation, but they also offered us warm comfort and genuine care, which deeply touched us. Furthermore, during our stay, whenever we ordered takeout or needed anything related to our room, Xiao Qiao was always able to resolve our issues promptly and efficiently. As we were leaving, the staff even presented us with local specialties as a kind gesture. This series of thoughtful and meticulous arrangements filled our entire trip with warmth and wonderful memories. You truly put the customer first, making us feel completely at home, and that's what made this trip so unforgettable. My sincere thanks again to Xiao Qiao and every staff member who helped us."

"Hotel have a best location in Xi'an, only a few metres from exist 6 Bell tower Station of metro line 2 and 6. It is easier walk to a few scenery spot in centre Xi'an. All are in walking distance. Their receptionists are all professional and helpful. Hotel is clean and well lighted with clean, odourless and spacious room. Everything's needed are supplied. Beakfast is of Chinese and Western food. From room we have a good view at the Bell Tower. Due to such wonderful location and perfect viewing to the historic spot, we extended to extra day to their Scenic room."

"Our stay was fantastic! The room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast offered a great variety, with bread, fruit, and salads galore. I especially recommend their 'xiaomian' (small noodles) – they were authentic and delicious. The hotel's location is prime, within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The service was excellent too, with Xiao N being particularly helpful. I genuinely recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip."

"This hotel is perfectly located! Just a 10-minute walk downstairs to the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower, so it's super close to all the attractions. What really stood out was how spacious the room was and the excellent facilities. The gym and laundry room were also very convenient and useful. For the price, this place is incredible value for money. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Right near the metro station, you find yourself behind with the bell tower both beaming day and night time. Although the hostel is located inbetween Chinese phone stores, it's still a nice location. Going places were convenient, bus stops are close by, metros are near, food and drinks are close with underground walkways that were confusing, but you get the hang of it. Exit 9 leads you to the food street if interested. First time after being very interested in it appearing in many locations. Strict check in only appearing at 2pm and after. Many dorm rooms. 1 floor dedicated to female only, and can only be entered via key card. Upon arrival they give you a pair of slippers, but many don't wear them, but I do like the change of slippers in shoe cabinet. Chose the 12-bed dorm, room was extremely spacious, didn't felt clustered. Everyone had a small locker enough to fit your small backpack as there were a shelf in it. Bed was comfy and firm. Pillow - I rate it 2/5 for me, it's low and too soft, not my ideal. I love the bathroom a lot, there's 2 bathrooms according to the floor map. Each with many shower and toilets (all seated). Shower cubicle is big, hooks are at good height for 165cm, as in I've seen some that the hooks are like so tall up, curtains to separate the door to the water to keep your stuff dry. There is a set of washing machine and dryer in the female bathroom. Amenities of shower cap, cotton ear buds and toner pads are offered when you need them. Blowdryers are strong. Didn't go to the common level, where you have the bar, lounge, laundry, game, reading, movie rooms. For someone who was out everyday to night, I didn't get a chance to see. They have activities you can do. Definitely an extroverted dreamworld, a place where you can meet with people. People were friendly, both speaking Chinese and English. Conclusion: Definitely solo traveling in Xi'an again I would stay here, has everything you need, and super clean."

"My overall experience at Yuan Tuo Hotel was quite good. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. The room design is simple and comfortable, and it was kept very clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was better than I expected, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The hotel itself feels new and clean, and the common areas are well-maintained. If I had to mention a minor drawback, some facilities could use a bit of improvement, but overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for tourists or short stays. I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"I absolutely fell in love with Xi'an! My best friend and I traveled here together for the first time, and we arrived at the hotel quite late. The location is incredibly convenient—very near to the subway station (abt 2km) and literally right next to the ancient city wall. Standing on the hotel balcony, you can look directly onto the city wall, which is super chill and atmospheric. The staff were wonderful—warm, attentive, and gentle. Also, a helpful tip: if you order delivery, just ask the courier to leave your package at the front desk. If you're used to staying in luxury hotels, this might not be your style—but it gave me more of a warm, cozy, family-like feeling. It's perfect for young travelers or groups of friends. Just one small suggestion for the hotel: it would be great if you could restock laundry detergent more regularly. Anyway, i love this hotel and if I have a chance to get back to Xian, I will back to this hotel!"

"Inside the hotel, the room was quite small (not much space to move around besides the bed), and the facilities were outdated (the drain clogged easily). The lobby area was a good communal space for eating takeout, which somewhat compensated for the small room. The bed was comfortable, which is really important for a 'special forces' tourist in Xi'an (meaning someone who packs a lot of sightseeing into their day). The hotel was generally quiet at night. Service was good; the front desk staff and housekeeping on the floors were always responsive to requests. Breakfast offered a decent variety. Outside, the location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. There are many photo opportunities and good food options nearby. If you're a 'special forces' tourist in Xi'an (typically out by 9 AM and back by 10 PM) and don't mind a small room, this could be a suitable choice."
