"We booked total of 5 rooms and when we arrived at 11am 3 rooms were ready and we are able to leave our luggages inside the room n proceed for lunch, staffs are extremely helpful, feee flow of bottled water at lobby, rooms are big and clean n toilets are very new, location is superb just above the metro station and lots of shopping n food options within walking distance, definately come back to stay if in xian again"

"I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat."

"This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and a huge part of that pleasure came from the outstanding service provided by Xiao Qiao and the other staff members at the hotel. Xiao Qiao proactively upgraded our room. Later, a family member accidentally broke a glass in the room. We felt very apologetic and uneasy at the time. Xiao Qiao reported it to her superior, and not only did they not ask for any compensation, but they also offered us warm comfort and genuine care, which deeply touched us. Furthermore, during our stay, whenever we ordered takeout or needed anything related to our room, Xiao Qiao was always able to resolve our issues promptly and efficiently. As we were leaving, the staff even presented us with local specialties as a kind gesture. This series of thoughtful and meticulous arrangements filled our entire trip with warmth and wonderful memories. You truly put the customer first, making us feel completely at home, and that's what made this trip so unforgettable. My sincere thanks again to Xiao Qiao and every staff member who helped us."

"The hygiene was good. I originally booked a windowless room (my oversight), but the front desk upgraded me to a room with a window for the second night free of charge. I didn't even have to move my luggage myself! The service was excellent and very friendly. The best part is its proximity to the Yongning Gate of the city wall; you can see it from the hotel entrance and it's just a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient for getting around!"

"The location alone makes this place worth booking -- walkable to nearly everything, which is rare and genuinely valuable The room had a few surprises compared to the listing photos, including carpet rather than the hard floors shown, and a smaller window than expected. For guests with sensitivities, worth noting ahead of time. The room ran a little dark, but the quiet of a high floor at the end of the hall more than made up for it. Bathroom is functional with standard toiletries. Would love to see better ventilation and a bidet added in a future update -- we are in Asia after all. Wi-Fi was inconsistent during my stay, which was the one real frustration. The wins were real though: guest-controlled AC (a genuine rarity in China), a comfortable bed, impressively soft towels, linen slippers, a proper tea set, and an air purifier. As an English-speaking guest I appreciated the card with key hotel information in English and the one English news channel -- small gestures that meant a lot after weeks without hearing the language. The Blue Mountain instant coffee was a welcome touch. Housekeeping leaves a daily note with who cleaned and the next day's weather -- small detail, big impression. My housekeeper was especially warm during a stretch when I wasn't feeling well. The front desk and reception staff were consistently kind throughout my stay. Solid stay with a location that's hard to beat."

"Facilities: The facilities are very complete and of high quality. The sofa, TV, and other amenities were all very comfortable to use. The lighting and curtains are fully automated and smart, and the switches are well-placed for practical use, showing a great sense of design. Cleanliness: The service staff cleaned daily. The bed, floor, and desk were all very clean, and even the bathroom floor was wiped dry by the staff, removing any water stains. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay, I had an issue with my internet connection. After calling the front desk, they immediately arranged for an IT department staff member to assist me, and my internet problem was quickly resolved. Additionally, I'm very grateful to Jennifer for helping me with my room extension and upgrade. Overall, my stay was excellent. Many thanks!"

"Service was above and beyond. They walked us through the hotel explaining the areas, served us welcome (non-alcoholic) drinks, were very helpful when we needed them. The included hanfu-style photoshoot was even better than we expected, with the photographer being very professional, and knowing how to position us and everything. Overall I would definitely pick this hotel again next time we visit China and we go to Xi'an."

"This hotel is conveniently located next to the Shaanxi Provincial Government, making it easy to get around. The large parking lot ensures you'll always find a spot, no matter when you return. It's super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The rooms are comfortable and have a luxurious feel. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, the facilities still feel high quality. The swimming pool is heated and there's also a hot tub with an irregular shape and stone pillars for relaxing in the water. The kids absolutely loved it, though it's not ideal for serious lap swimming due to its shape. Breakfast was also delicious. This was definitely the best hotel I stayed at in Xi'an this trip. I'll certainly be back next time I visit Xi'an, and maybe I'll try the 'Legend' rooms to see if they're even better."
