"Since there were no twin rooms available when I booked, I had to take a king-size bed on the first day, then switched to a twin room for the remaining days. You can choose between a street-facing or back-facing room. The street-facing rooms even offer a view of the Bell Tower, and the double-paned windows do a good job of soundproofing. The only downside is that even in the early hours of the morning, the roundabout by the Bell Tower is still bustling with traffic. 😆 It's a nice touch that bottled water is available for self-service by the elevators."

"We were very pleased by the stay in this hotel, the location couldn’t be any more perfect than it is, you can see a central wall entrance right in front of your window, but yet it’s very quite inside the room. All services you need are included, free laundry also. Hotel also provides unique cultural experiences : Chinese costumes with photo and art classes. Breakfasts are amazing and very tasty, suit both the European and Asian style. We were very lucky and our room got an upgrade so we are happier than ever. Thank you Elegant Hotel for being our best friend this trip!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bell Tower Xi’an. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an."

"I stayed at the Orange Wing Orange Hao Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower Yongning Gate Subway Station Branch) during my trip to Xi'an, and my overall experience was fantastic – I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel's location is superb, just a two-minute walk to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a night market downstairs where locals frequent, so you don't have to go far for delicious food. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, checking me in quickly. They even thoughtfully hand-drew maps for local eateries and tourist attractions, and patiently explained public transport options. My room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view of Yongning Gate at night. Any requests I had during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and they made ordering takeout very easy. The value for money here is outstanding; everything from transportation and cleanliness to service is impeccable. When I checked out, they even gave my child a small 'Ping An Bag' (peace bag). I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an."

"I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic! It's super close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Xi'an City Wall, all within walking distance. You can even check out the Bell Tower view from the Kaiyuan Plaza observation deck. Plus, there's a sightseeing bus right downstairs that takes you on a city loop, making it really convenient to get to places like Datang Everbright City, Xi'an City Wall, and the Shaanxi History Museum. The rooms are also very quiet, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cleaning ladies are just as friendly too. All in all, a really great hotel, highly recommend!"

"On this trip to Xi'an, I didn't hesitate to choose the Jingxin Hotel, and after checking in, I truly felt I made the right choice. I absolutely have to write a good review to recommend it to friends visiting Xi'an! The hotel's location is a huge advantage; just a few steps out the door is the Bell Tower subway station, with both Lines 2 and 6. It's incredibly convenient to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, and the City Wall by subway. You can walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower in two or three minutes, and to the Muslim Quarter in five or six minutes. It's super easy to visit attractions during the day and head out for snacks at night without taking any detours. Downstairs, there are malls and convenience stores, making travel and finding food incredibly hassle-free. The check-in process was super fast, and the front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, patiently answering any questions and providing excellent, attentive service. The first impression upon entering the room was how clean and bright it was. The whole-house fresh air system constantly circulates air, so there's no stuffiness at all. Every corner, the bathroom, and under the bed were spotlessly clean – even germaphobes can rest assured. The smart home experience was the most delightful surprise for me. The room is equipped with a XiaoDu smart speaker, so you can control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector just by speaking from bed, without having to get up and operate things manually. After a day of walking with tired legs, having full voice control was incredibly comfortable."

"Step into history! Daming Palace Park is right on your doorstep! When I traveled to Xi'an, I specifically chose the Atour Hotel at Xi'an North Railway Station for convenience, and my stay far exceeded my expectations, especially the surrounding attractions. It truly made me exclaim, 'No wonder it's the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties!' Stepping out is like 'attending court'; you emerge directly at Danfeng Gate from the escalator of Metro Line 4's North Square exit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xi'an Railway Station and the city wall, perfectly integrated into Xi'an's historical fabric. What was most impressive is that Xi'an North Railway Station Square is actually 'Danfeng Gate Square,' and as soon as you exit the station, you're greeted by magnificent Tang Dynasty palace architecture, as if instantly transported back to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Daming Palace National Heritage Park is within walking distance, allowing you to experience the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty's political center. Walking south, the grey city wall adjoins the south station building of the railway station; exiting the station, you can touch the weighty historical evidence that confirms the lyrics, 'Under Xi'an people's city wall is Xi'an people's train,' hahaha. Getting to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, or seeing the night view of Datang Everbright City at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is also extremely convenient. Whether by taxi or Metro Line 4, you can get there quickly, achieving a seamless transition between sightseeing and relaxation. Service: Neighborly care that makes you feel at home. As soon as I entered, I felt Atour's signature warm service. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, checked me in efficiently and quickly, and thoughtfully offered hot tea. They not only patiently explained nearby attractions and food recommendations but also, seeing that I had a lot of stuff, specially gave me a sturdy cloth bag and a small gift when I checked out. This feeling of being noticed and cared for was truly wonderful! Room facilities: Clean, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful details. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and very well laid out, especially suitable for business trips. What I was most satisfied with was Atour's bedding – just the right firmness. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I had a very quiet and peaceful night's rest. The cleaning auntie was also very prompt, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet-dry separation. Additionally, the hotel's self-service laundry room was a lifesaver, so practical for anyone traveling for a few days. Breakfast experience: Rich, delicious, and late-night comfort. Breakfast offered a wide variety, balancing taste and nutrition. There was freshly ground soy milk, freshly made mini adorable roujiamo (meat burgers), and various porridges, noodles, desserts, and fruits. The best part is that on weekends, it's available until 11 am, so you can sleep in and still enjoy it. If you return late after visiting Datang Everbright City at night, there's a 'late-night congee' service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. A hot bowl of congee with some small pickled vegetables instantly cures the fatigue of travel. Whether it's the location, the rich historical and cultural atmosphere, or the hotel's soft and hard services, Atour does an excellent job. If you're also visiting Xi'an and want to immerse yourself in the charm of the ancient capital, choosing this place offers great value for money. It's also very close to the Daming Palace Feast, about 500 meters walk, which is good for watching shows and eating. Haha, that's all for now. Just sharing my real experience~"

"If you looking for a place to stay at East Gate, this is the place for you. It right smack in front of East Gate of Xi'an Wall and exactly in front of the metro station. The hotel itself is only 2 storey at 4th and 5th floor with the receptionist, dining room, washing machine and gym on the 4th floor. It's actually very big as I think it occupied almost whole 4th and 5th storey building. The bulding itself share with other commercial tenant. The room I got is on the 5th floor far away form the lift so it kind of bit hassle to walk down let say to wash your clothes. The breakfast is exceptional. Not big variety type but enough to fill your stomach in the morning. I got myself room with a verandah with Xi'an Wall. Just a bit put off that the parapet wall/railing is kinda high up to your chest fully opaque so in case you want to see the view you need to stand up rather than sitting down. I will be better a glass type of parapet wall/railing so you can bask in the view. My opinion if you want to get a room maybe 4th floor is good enough with facing the city wall. I don't think got anything different than 5fh wall only they have verandah."

"I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay."
