"Never expected this hotel to be so great with a location near the line 4 & 6 metro plus surrounded by many good eatery shops with commoner prices. The room is clean, spacious and neat. The reception staff is friendly and willing to assist when asked while the public amenities are aplenty."

"The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to the Bell Tower, and the subway station is right nearby, making transportation convenient for getting anywhere. It's a prime choice for tourists. The hotel maintains the basic standards of the old Novotel, and Huazhu's management has made it more aligned with Chinese habits. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that the breakfast selection is a bit limited (though sufficient for a simple meal, and I'm sure hotel food isn't the main reason people come to Xi'an). Oh, and front desk staffer Xiao He was very enthusiastic and accommodating; she deserves praise."

"My friend and I stayed at the Center Hotel for only one night, but even in that short time we were really impressed. The room was clean, and the service was impeccable, even before our arrival. The hotel was very communicative via WeChat and organized our pickup from the train station seamlessly. We had unlimited water, a very spacious room, and even a water fountain available for hot tea. On top of that, the hotel included a lovely tea time with various teas, coffee, sweets, fruits, and vegetables. Breakfast was delicious, and the buffet offered a great selection. The location is perfect — right in the center near the Bell Tower — giving you easy access to all the hustle and bustle of the city within walking distance, while still allowing for a restful and peaceful sleep. The staff was super helpful and professional throughout our stay, they helped us organise the terracotta army ticket. Truly a 5-star experience — we will definitely be back!"

"Had a great stay! The hotel was easy to find, and check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, with very friendly and polite service. The room was clean, and all the toiletries were provided. It's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby, offering excellent value for money. The public areas are also quite spacious, including a laundry room, a kids' play area, a massage zone, and even a beautiful 'starry sky' garden with fantastic views. Highly recommend it!"

"This hotel is perfectly located! Just a 10-minute walk downstairs to the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower, so it's super close to all the attractions. What really stood out was how spacious the room was and the excellent facilities. The gym and laundry room were also very convenient and useful. For the price, this place is incredible value for money. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Right near the metro station, you find yourself behind with the bell tower both beaming day and night time. Although the hostel is located inbetween Chinese phone stores, it's still a nice location. Going places were convenient, bus stops are close by, metros are near, food and drinks are close with underground walkways that were confusing, but you get the hang of it. Exit 9 leads you to the food street if interested. First time after being very interested in it appearing in many locations. Strict check in only appearing at 2pm and after. Many dorm rooms. 1 floor dedicated to female only, and can only be entered via key card. Upon arrival they give you a pair of slippers, but many don't wear them, but I do like the change of slippers in shoe cabinet. Chose the 12-bed dorm, room was extremely spacious, didn't felt clustered. Everyone had a small locker enough to fit your small backpack as there were a shelf in it. Bed was comfy and firm. Pillow - I rate it 2/5 for me, it's low and too soft, not my ideal. I love the bathroom a lot, there's 2 bathrooms according to the floor map. Each with many shower and toilets (all seated). Shower cubicle is big, hooks are at good height for 165cm, as in I've seen some that the hooks are like so tall up, curtains to separate the door to the water to keep your stuff dry. There is a set of washing machine and dryer in the female bathroom. Amenities of shower cap, cotton ear buds and toner pads are offered when you need them. Blowdryers are strong. Didn't go to the common level, where you have the bar, lounge, laundry, game, reading, movie rooms. For someone who was out everyday to night, I didn't get a chance to see. They have activities you can do. Definitely an extroverted dreamworld, a place where you can meet with people. People were friendly, both speaking Chinese and English. Conclusion: Definitely solo traveling in Xi'an again I would stay here, has everything you need, and super clean."

"Overall, the location is decent, room was big though a little impractical. Yes, the hotel is incredibly near Bell Tower, but because the roundabout is huge, getting from one quarter to another is rather far. So while the hotel is indeed near the Bell Tower, you still need to walk a little to get to KaiYuan mall and Hui Street. We booked this room type simply because of the tub. The tub was good, room huge. But weirdly enough, it feels like there isn't enough storage. E.g., there's no place to put your luggage. The shower knob looks good but is very difficult to adjust. The toilet isn't the smart kind you find in other modern hotels in China. That's about the bad points, I think overall there's no perfect hotel, so just wanted to give you a true review of this hotel."

"Set a four-person room and upgrade the suite for free. The newly renovated is very new and clean. There is a little wood taste. One kilometer walk from the scenic spot. The service is also very good, breakfast is over at 10 o'clock, it is best to go early."

"I absolutely fell in love with Xi'an! My best friend and I traveled here together for the first time, and we arrived at the hotel quite late. The location is incredibly convenient—very near to the subway station (abt 2km) and literally right next to the ancient city wall. Standing on the hotel balcony, you can look directly onto the city wall, which is super chill and atmospheric. The staff were wonderful—warm, attentive, and gentle. Also, a helpful tip: if you order delivery, just ask the courier to leave your package at the front desk. If you're used to staying in luxury hotels, this might not be your style—but it gave me more of a warm, cozy, family-like feeling. It's perfect for young travelers or groups of friends. Just one small suggestion for the hotel: it would be great if you could restock laundry detergent more regularly. Anyway, i love this hotel and if I have a chance to get back to Xian, I will back to this hotel!"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic, the service was excellent 🥰. We also received complimentary bottled water upon check-in. The room thoughtfully provided earplugs. Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of choices, and the taste was great too 👍. The location is also perfect, very close to the Bell Tower, and there are many fun and delicious places nearby. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come again next time!"
