"The rooms at Grand Hyatt Macau are very spacious. The oversized bathtub faces the window, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view outside while soaking. The service is excellent; if you need water or anything else, the staff will deliver it promptly after a phone call. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's well-maintained and generally clean. There are plenty of dining options in the food court downstairs. For transportation to the airport or ferry terminal, there's a bus to the left of the lobby. MGM and The Londoner are directly across the street, and Wynn Palace is also nearby, making getting around very convenient. I highly recommend staying here."

"Very satisfied! The breakfast has been changed to a buffet this time. Although the selection isn't huge, the quality is solid, featuring abalone and salmon. The service was very thoughtful and attentive—remember to book Jade Garden (Jin Yue Xuan) in advance. You can freely walk around and take photos at the banquet hall. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine at check-in, and we just had to ask the staff to bring wine glasses up to the room."

"The hotel is very well located, just behind the Galaxy Hotel, right in the heart of the tourist area. Its location is excellent, as we were able to walk to the main attractions and explore the area easily on foot. The rooms are modern and beautiful, and they include a private kitchen and a separate living area, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay."

"This is a serviced apartment hotel, and the in-room amenities, including a washing machine and microwave, are all well-equipped. However, having only one restroom in the suite is a bit inconvenient. The location is excellent, the room is spacious and very quiet. It's still a good option to come back to."

"I think it’s very good. There are tea snacks in the public area. At this price, I can live in a small and crowded single room in Hong Kong. When I came to Macau from Hong Kong, I thought Macau would be like this. I didn’t expect it to exceed my expectations. The boss and the front desk are very friendly and patient. I will come to Macau next time. I still live in this house. It is usually quite quiet. I also met Western foreign friends at that time."
