"Grand Hyatt Macau enjoys a prime location, surrounded by many renowned hotels and casinos, making everything easily accessible. We were warmly welcomed by Kent Peng, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were assigned a smaller room than expected, but Kent thoughtfully upgraded us to a fountain view room. The music fountain view was absolutely stunning — we truly couldn’t get enough of it. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent service, and a wonderful overall experience. A stay worth returning to."

"The room was quite spacious. The front desk staff were decent. The hotel requires a deposit. It's located to the left of the Galaxy Diamond Lobby. If you take the Galaxy shuttle and get off at the Diamond Lobby, it's to your right when you face the lobby, or to your left if your back is to the lobby. If you're unsure, just ask any Galaxy staff member. It's just across the sky bridge, which has an elevator."

"It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable."
