"I booked this hotel because I saw it had a hot spring near Disney, but whether the hotel's pool is actually a hot spring, I won't even mention at this price point. Can you believe they require you to bathe naked? From the moment you enter the hot spring area, you can't wear clothes. Even if we had swimsuits on, we were told to take them off. My kids were so embarrassed; we just tried to avoid eye contact with each other and other people. Then, at the water park, they require swim caps. It's the same kind of hot spring pool, but there you need a swim cap, and they charge between 20-40 yuan for one on-site. Luckily, we could order one for delivery. It's also baffling that you have to take off your shoes and go barefoot inside. The marble floors are hard and uncomfortable, and the hotel doesn't even provide slippers. The room itself felt like an old, run-down motel, and there were yellow stains on the sheets. When we checked out, the cleaning cart only had used towels; I didn't see any clean sheets or duvet covers being replaced. Many good reviews seem to be for the massage therapists. I guess it's a place for people catching late-night flights from Pudong Airport to have a soak and stay overnight, as there's plenty of empty space to crash. But for families looking for a hot spring experience after Disney, forget it. It's empty everywhere with hardly any facilities. They charge an extra 80 yuan for children under 13, and even for the small pool with a few plastic fish for kids to 'fish' in, it's an additional 28 yuan per person. We won't be coming back."
