I booked the night ferry in advance. On the day of departure, I went down to the underground ticket office for exchange, entered my Trip.com voucher number into the self-service kiosk, selected my desired time slot, and the ticket was printed immediately. It was extremely crowded due to the Labor Day holiday, but the crowd management was excellent, so I didn't have any major issues. There was a bit of a wait to board the ferry, but the stunning night view made it well worth it, so it didn't feel like a hassle at all!! I am very satisfied~!!
