"The room was large and comfortable, and the service was beyond expectation. If needed, the housekeeper would take care of and accompany you throughout the trip. After shopping with my mother, the housekeeper Xiao Huang was very kind to help her arrange a foot bath. Xiao Lin and Xiao Huang carefully arranged small gifts, which showed their listening and thoughtfulness, and the exhibitions introduced were very nice. The ingredients for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails were fresh enough to eat very well. It was a short vacation with good value for money."

"Both the hardware and software were exceptional, and the food at Huating was delicious. We had noted in advance that it was our honeymoon, and the hotel called to say they'd prepare a cake for us. When we got to the room, we found heart-shaped balloons, a pair of dog plushies, and a heart made of rose petals. During the evening cocktail hour at Huating, a staff member came over to thank us for choosing their hotel for our honeymoon. They gave us a complimentary fruit platter and even helped us find a good spot and took photos for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and made for a wonderful experience!"

"I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future."

"We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!"

"Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time."

"I had a very satisfying stay overall. My only minor regret was not getting upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, but I was given a high-floor room, specifically room 073, which offered a beautiful sunrise view 🌅, so that was also great. The mini-bar in the room was complimentary, and there were many dining options available on the hotel's ground floor. Right in front of the hotel, there's a bus stop with numerous routes, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is located right next to The Parisian, so you can easily walk to see the Eiffel Tower."

"From December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹"

The pool directly faces the Macau Tower. With the sunset, any photo you take captures a stunning 'orange sea' vista. Plus, it's a heated pool all year round, so you can enjoy a swim even in winter! Their special Christmas month coffee ☕️ paired with the giant outdoor apple 🍎 filled me with a sense of peace and healing ☁️. 2️⃣ Five Guys American Fast Food Customize your fries dipping sauces and enjoy their classic beef burgers – a heaven for fast-food lovers! Made fresh!! Seriously juicy~. 3️⃣ South Beauty A must-visit if you love Sichuan cuisine! You can also try their Macau-exclusive Cantonese dim sum! 4️⃣ POP MART Macau-exclusive IP check-in spot, with a 'Molly' experience area and hidden edition figures. I even got the Star Man I wanted! 5️⃣ Bona International Cineplex The 'Starry Sky' theater is super beautiful, with a large screen and stunning sound effects. The visuals are clear and lifelike, providing an immersive experience! 🎄 The hotel had a super festive Christmas atmosphere.
