"I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was drawn in by the clean and elegant environment, and the scent was lovely too. We paid extra to upgrade to the Starlight Open-Air Onsen Twin Suite, which was incredibly spacious with amazing natural light. All the facilities were brand new, and the automatic curtains were super convenient to use. The attention to detail in the room was excellent; I could charge my phone directly without needing an adapter. The bedding, duvet, and pillows were clearly high-quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and hygienic, making our stay incredibly comfortable. I'd recommend it to all my friends traveling! The room came with its own open-air onsen, a perfect choice for those who love hot springs, and there was also a large bathtub in the bathroom for a nice relaxing soak. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including main dishes, drinks, and fruits, all of which tasted great. The location is tranquil yet central; even though it's in the city, the room was very quiet. The service was absolutely outstanding, from the guidance upon arrival to the prompt responses to our needs after check-in. The staff were friendly and professional. I'll definitely consider staying here again when I visit Macau!!"

Treasure Hotel is a hotel opposite to Macau International Airport and close to Cotai Strip. There are 23 floors and 654 guest rooms, including standard rooms, business suites, deluxe rooms, featured quad rooms and accessible rooms, to meet different needs of our guests. The decoration and design of Treasure hotel is based on the theme of European medieval armored knights, with a retro color tone of brown, gold and burgundy. The hotel also exhibits various 1:1 handmade armor models with reference to replicas of medieval ancient relics, as well as precious artworks from abroad. We hope our guests enjoy the atmosphere and feel like they are in a medieval art exhibition hall.

"I specifically came to write this review – this hotel is incredibly close to the airport! I landed in Macau at 8 PM and had a flight to Palau the next day at noon. To avoid being too tired the day before, I deliberately chose Grand Hyatt, and it exceeded my expectations! After immigration, you don't even need to exit the main hall; just take the elevator up to the departure level, cross the street, and you're there. Check-in was very quick. I honestly didn't expect much from the restaurant, given the proximity and price – what more could I ask for? But it turned out to be excellent. I ordered a steak and a pork chop with rice, and both were very satisfying. And the service is absolutely fantastic! They offer free luggage storage for up to 7 days, which is amazing! The airport storage across the street costs 80 MOP per day. Since I was flying from Beijing to Palau with a layover in Macau, I didn't want to carry my down jacket with me. Luggage storage solved that problem completely. Plus, I'm staying at this hotel again on my return trip, so I can pick up my luggage then without any hassle."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links, including a bus stop right outside, and many popular attractions within walking distance. During our stay, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, quickly resolving any minor issues. The staff in departments such as the pool and housekeeping were also very friendly. However, the restaurant staff's attitude felt a bit stiff, a stark contrast to the warmth of other departments, and we hope this can be improved in the future. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel offering both a great location and excellent service!"

"Had a fantastic stay! We were so lucky to have such a wonderful cleaning lady. She was responsible for our room (06928) for all four nights and was incredibly warm and friendly. Knowing we had two kids, she proactively gave us extra water bottles and tissues, just in case we ran out. Her dedication to her job was truly impressive; she would meticulously check each towel for stains before giving it to us. Even when I told her the bathroom didn't need cleaning, she'd spot dirty areas and kindly ask if we'd like her to clean them. I've never encountered such an exceptional cleaning staff member – so diligent and genuinely caring towards guests. I don't know her name, but she made our stay so much better. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which made the kids very happy. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, and on the second floor, there's a Yaohan department store and a food court, making it incredibly convenient. Even if we didn't go out, we could easily spend an entire day enjoying the hotel amenities with the kids."

"This was my first time staying at the Rocks Hotel in Macau, and I had a great experience! It's luxurious and comfortable with a beautiful environment, and the service is excellent! It's quite close to the Science Center but far from the Ruins of St. Paul's. Delivery services in Macau aren't very convenient; ordering takeout can take 60-80 minutes, and ride-sharing isn't easy when traveling with elderly or young family members. Everything else was satisfactory. It would be even more convenient if the Fisherman's Wharf, located downstairs from the hotel, were open. I'll definitely choose the Rocks Hotel again next time I visit Macau! 👍👍"

"Even though it's an older hotel, the room was spacious and clean. Check-in and check-out at the front desk went smoothly. I had requested a non-smoking, quiet room when booking, and the hotel had it reserved for me. The family ahead of me, however, ran into trouble because they hadn't noted their preference beforehand and were assigned a smoking room. So, if you have specific requests, make sure to mention them in advance. Honestly though, family rooms really shouldn't be smoking rooms. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and it's not worth paying 100 RMB for it if it's not included in your stay. You're better off grabbing something from Cafe de Coral, a bakery, or a convenience store downstairs."

"Honestly, this stay, probably due to the Chinese New Year approaching and increased crowds, wasn't quite as good as my last visit in terms of service. However, the Thai restaurant and the fitness center still maintained their excellent service standards and quality. On that note, I highly recommend the Thai restaurant's lunch special: 388 for two people, which is incredibly good value for money. You get to try all their signature dishes. I remember paying over 800 for dinner with a friend last time, so this deal is fantastic! My recurring issue, though, is the bathroom. The shower hose was moldy, the soap dish was moldy, and there was hair on the towel (a long hair, and I have short hair, by the way). Also, the hotel recently changed their toiletries. The body lotion is now the same tiny one found at the Grand Coloane Resort (part of the Artyzen Group). While the shower gel and other items are an upgrade, could the body lotion please be improved? Finally, a small personal wish: last time, after mentioning it was a repeat stay, I received complimentary welcome fruit, but not this time, haha. It would be nice to have little surprises upon check-in! To sum up: It was a decent stay, with attentive service. The hardware is a bit outdated, but the aesthetics are top-notch. It's rare to find a hotel with such unique style and design amidst the glitzy Macau, haha."

LLvselaiyinheThe hotel's design is truly unique and stands out in Macau. Both the exterior and interior decor are absolutely stunning. Plus, most drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary.

DDeerailvxingExcellent, excellent! The fragrance is quite strong, and the hotel has been newly renovated with a beautiful, luxurious Bond-style design. The London vibe is very appealing. The only minor issue is that with a high occupancy, service can sometimes be a bit slow, which is something that could be improved. Other than that, everything else is great. Compared to similar-priced rooms in Hong Kong, this offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious and bright. The mall directly beneath the hotel is super convenient. They even prepared a small dessert for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, many of the front desk staff are handsome and beautiful and all very enthusiastic. I'd definitely come back to Macau for another stay if I get the chance!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located, with a variety of dining and entertainment options right downstairs, offering a one-stop solution for food, drinks, and fun, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, with excellent service, making us feel very comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared a small tent, a footstool, and children's toiletries for the little ones, showing great attention to detail. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, and the minibar had a wide selection of snacks that were promptly refilled daily, always meeting the children's little needs. During our stay, one day my child caught a cold and had to rest in the room. Ordering room service by scanning a QR code was incredibly convenient; the food was delivered quickly and tasted great, solving a big problem for us. Buying breakfast vouchers for the hotel's buffet directly through Ctrip was also very convenient. There was a wide variety of dishes, and they tasted good, even saving us from needing lunch. What the kids loved most was the hotel's play area: there's a fantastic Fun Park on the third floor, with discounted entry after 4 PM, where the children had an absolute blast. On the first floor, they could spend a long time playing with the soft gold bricks inside the vintage car, so happy they didn't want to leave. Overall, during our stay, both the elderly and the children were quite satisfied with the service, hygiene, parent-child facilities, dining, and convenience of travel.

GGuest UserI'd heard so much about this place, and I finally got to see and experience it for myself this time. Even though it's been built for a while, the interior is luxurious and very well-maintained, which doesn't detract from the experience at all. The service attitude and facilities are particularly excellent, with great management and well-assigned staff roles. It's incredibly convenient to travel between major hotels like The Londoner and The Venetian, as well as various famous shops. Guests staying here also get unlimited access to the 7th-floor observation deck of the Eiffel Tower. Transportation is also well-organized and very convenient. You can catch a car service from the basement, taxis from outside the lobby on the first floor, and various public buses are available right outside. The hotel's own restaurant serves delicious food. All in all, staying here is extremely convenient.

GGuest UserHuge thanks to Peter for his incredibly detailed and patient assistance with check-in. He answered all our questions and provided effective solutions, demonstrating excellent service and problem-solving skills. Before coming, I looked at many hotels in Taipa and meticulously chose the W, and it turned out to be absolutely the right decision. My previous stay at the W Shanghai was also great. The location is fantastic. Coming from Hengqin, it's just one light rail stop, and you're right at Studio City when you exit – so convenient! The room type we picked was also perfect; you can even see the Eiffel Tower from the bed.

GGuest UserHere's a very objective review: **Cons:** 1. **Inconvenient Location:** Getting around isn't easy. The hotel only offers shuttles to Wynn Palace and the Hengqin Port. For anything else, you have to walk about ten minutes to Grand Lisboa Palace, which is not ideal if you have luggage. 2. **Mediocre Environment:** The building itself looks quite basic and is a far cry from the Grand Lisboa Palace (with a 400 price difference). 3. **Cold Pool:** The swimming pool isn't heated; it's cold water. 4. **No Casino:** There's no casino on-site, so if you want to gamble, you'll need to go to Grand Lisboa Palace. 5. **Bad Breakfast:** The breakfast at the cafe was terrible. The rice rolls were cold and hard, and the buffet had fewer than ten dishes – it's not even as good as an Atour Hotel breakfast. 6. **Super Remote:** The location is extremely out of the way and inconvenient. **Pros:** 1. **Complimentary Wynn Cable Car Tickets:** They provide free tickets for the Wynn cable car. 2. **Convenient Public Transport/Taxis:** There's a bus stop nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. 3. **Good Service & Clean Rooms:** The service is decent, and the rooms are quite clean.

PPhebe_9We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

YYee11Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel. It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room. This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for à la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a log. The natural light and ventilation were excellent. All the facilities worked perfectly, with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze, and they promptly responded to all requests. The hygiene was top-notch, and the toiletries were high-quality.
