"Overall a solid 4 star. The property is big and new. Casino is well run, odds are not the best (like dealer stand on all 17 on black jack). Staff are very helpful. My suggestion is for the Frozen Snow attraction. They start handing out ticket at 12pm, but there was like 200 people lining up at 11am already. Instead of just handing the ticket out and have people come back, they make everyone wait in line, just to pick ip the to ticket to come back at a later time. Really wasted an hour or so of 200 people's time. The waterpark was great. For tickets to attractions and dinner, you get discount as a hotel guest. However! If you charge the cost to your room, you dont get a discount. I hope this policy is changed as for foreigners, we dont have alipay/wechat pay, so we prefer to charge to room and settle it all at the end."

"This popular hotel is really crowded, with many tourists checking in just to experience it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Taipa Ferry Terminal. The shopping arcade on the third floor has a wide variety of brands, and some stores even had promotions during Christmas. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are spacious enough, and the staff are all very friendly. There's a shuttle bus back to Hengqin in the evening, but the last one departs at 8:20 PM, so don't be late!"

"From December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point. Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹"

Drawing the curtains in the morning, the dew-kissed lawn and Baroque gazebos were serenely picturesque in the morning light, making it feel like living in Alice's Wonderland. The dining experience was equally unforgettable. 'The Buffet at Grand Lisboa Palace' on the third floor offers a global culinary journey with open kitchens, from authentic Macanese African chicken to Japanese sashimi and French pastries, all boasting impeccable freshness. Meanwhile, 'Mesa' on the second floor, crafted by Michelin-starred chef José Avillez, presents creative Portuguese cuisine. Their signature 'seafood rice,' simmered with saffron and fresh seafood, offers a taste of the ocean's sweetness in every bite. For a ritualistic afternoon tea experience, head to 'The Grand Pavilion Bar,' which hosts Asia's first Versace-themed palatial afternoon tea. Macarons and sandwiches are served on gold-rimmed porcelain plates, paired with the specially concocted 'Oriental Charm' cocktail, with even the straws adorned with hand-embroidered ribbons – every detail speaks of luxury. The hotel's entertainment facilities are truly a 'one-stop vacation paradise.' The indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools on the third floor are a favorite for families, with 29°C water ensuring children can splash around without feeling cold. The gym is equipped with the latest Technogym machines, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic garden views, making workouts feel like exercising in a forest. For art lovers, the hotel's 'Virtual Palace of Versailles' exhibition is a must-see – it recreates the splendor of Louis XIV's palace through 3D projection and scent technology. As the light from the Hall of Mirrors dances on the walls and the scent of orange blossom wafts through the air, you might momentarily believe you've traveled back to the 17th-century French court. Regarding transportation, although the hotel is located in the eastern part of Taipa Island, it offers seamless connectivity to the Border Gate, ferry terminals, and major attractions via free shuttle buses. We took a bus to the Ruins of St. Paul's, a mere 20-minute ride, and on the return, we even found the hotel's 'night special line,' avoiding the inconvenience of late-night taxis. It's worth noting that while the hotel staff primarily speak Cantonese and English, the front desk specifically employs 'Guest Relations Ambassadors' fluent in Mandarin. From luggage storage to attraction recommendations, their service is meticulous, even preemptively providing a universal adapter we temporarily needed directly to our room. Of course, even a perfect journey can have minor imperfections. While the hotel's 'New Yaohan' shopping mall offers a comprehensive range of brands, some stores close relatively early. For late-night shopping, you might need to venture to the nearby Wynn Palace. Additionally, due to the hotel's grand scale, it's easy to get lost in the hallways during a first stay; we recommend picking up a floor guide to carry with you. On the day we left Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, the front desk presented us with a customized 'GLP Club' membership gift box, containing exclusive hotel aromatherapy products and postcards. Looking back at this golden-domed edifice, I suddenly understood why it has become a new landmark in Macau's hotel industry – it’s not just a place to stay, but an immersive experience of aesthetics, culture, and life. If your desired travel isn't just about 'checking off attractions' but also about finding a serene haven of luxury in a bustling city, Grand Lisboa Palace might just be your answer."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside. The airport shuttle bus conveniently stops directly in front of the hotel, which is a huge plus! While the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, they are complete, and the shower always has plenty of hot water. The staff are enthusiastic and always ready to help! I really enjoyed the food at the 18th-floor restaurant and the hotel's breakfast buffet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!"

"On the first day, there was a queue at the main entrance for check-in. When it was my turn, I was told that this wasn't for Ctrip users and I needed to go to the sixth floor. The main entrance didn't have any sign indicating that check-ins couldn't be done there. I waited for about fifteen minutes before I proactively asked a staff member at the door, who then told me to go to the sixth floor. A couple was also queuing at the ground floor entrance like us, but a staff member proactively informed them that check-in was on the sixth floor, while we weren't told by anyone. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor; closing a door sounds like an earthquake, which is quite startling. The room is also very small. I won't be staying here again. I called the front desk twice to order food. The front desk said they would transfer me to the catering department, but no one answered. The front desk then said they would have the catering department call me back later, but I never received a call… 😃"

"Stayed at Altira Macau on my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The room was well prepared, and check-in was smooth. Special thanks to the front desk and concierge team for helping receive my birthday cake and for storing a case of wine that arrived ahead of time, which made the celebration hassle-free. As always, the hotel’s service quality was excellent. The telephone operator was consistently polite and addressed me by name, and every staff member provided sincere and heartfelt service. I would gladly stay again. Overall, Altira Macau maintains a high standard of hospitality, and I highly recommend it for special occasions."

"The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to Grand Lisboa and Ruins of St. Paul's, with multiple bus routes right outside, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and you could store your luggage. Breakfast was abundant, with freshly ground coffee and made-to-order scrambled eggs. There are 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants all around, so you can grab a late-night snack just by going downstairs. It offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Macau!"

"This is an older hotel, but it's still very well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Luggage storage is convenient, and it's easy to get anywhere by foot or shuttle. It's my favorite hotel when I come to Macau."

"We loved everything about this hotel. Its quiet atmosphere, thoughtful details and beautiful decorations. We felt like in a movie. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind and helpful. Amazing views from a rooftop, our reservation included a complimentary cocktail or mocktail on the last floor. It was marvelous. Room was tasteful, including all the amenities and even a bottle of wine! Hotel's location is also prime, easy to find it and easy to roam around the old part of Macau. Loads of great restaurants around, we recommend Yan Tang Dessert for dinner and a sweet something afterwards! We travelled for 2 weeks and the best sleep and service we received in this hotel. Don't hesitate!"
