Excellent
__WeChat229852****Staying at the Bellagio Shanghai on the Bund, right in the heart of the city, far exceeded my expectations. It's definitely one of the most satisfying hotel experiences I've had recently. **Environment and Room:** The hotel is located by the Suzhou Creek, right next to the Waibaidu Bridge, making it incredibly convenient to get to both the Bund and Nanjing Road. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with a modern and luxurious design, impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. Most importantly, the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a perfectly quiet night's sleep even in the bustling city center. **Dining Experience:** Breakfast was semi-buffet style, offering both a rich variety of choices and exquisite presentation. The buffet items were fresh, and the à la carte dishes were truly a highlight. Whether it was the Chinese dim sum or the Western omelets, everything was prepared with great care, and the taste was impressive. **Service Quality:** From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent. Ellie and Moon were professional yet friendly, always responsive to our needs, making us feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, this is a hotel that perfectly combines location, facilities, dining, and service. It's highly recommended for guests who value quality in their travels.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Fengxian, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, service, and modern design. Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing environment after a long day. Service: The staff was consistently professional and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and any requests I made were handled promptly. While not everyone spoke fluent English, they were eager to assist and always did so with a positive attitude. Dining: Breakfast offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. I found the variety and quality to be above average for a business hotel. The restaurant staff was courteous and ensured the dining area remained clean and well-stocked throughout service. Facilities: The gym and public areas were clean and modern. I didn’t get a chance to use the meeting rooms, but they looked well-equipped. The hotel also had a calm, business-friendly atmosphere that made it ideal for both work and rest. Location: Situated in Fengxian, it’s a bit outside central Shanghai, but perfect if you have business in the area. It’s relatively easy to access via Didi or taxi. The nearby surroundings are quiet and safe, with a few local restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Overall: A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and consistency in Fengxian. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a dependable Marriott experience outside the city center.

AAnonymous UserThis resort is the absolute best! Angel escorted us to our room when we checked in and even gave the kids bath toys, which they loved. Cynthia was incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us with a speedy check-out and asking about our stay. The baby absolutely adored the pool! We'll definitely be back to try other room types next time. The Bund's 'Three-Piece Set' view is absolutely stunning, such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is very quiet. I've already recommended it to several friends, and even my local Shanghai friends are planning to go experience it – it's that amazing. Choosing this high-end hotel when traveling with kids was definitely the right decision. Mini bar: A pleasant surprise!

MMelody mengA very satisfying stay. The room was incredibly clean; even though it's an older hotel, it smelled fresh with no peculiar odors. The room facilities weren't outdated either, feeling quite high-quality. The service was excellent, with staff from the front desk to housekeeping being warm and attentive. The surrounding area has plenty of businesses, with a rich variety of Chinese and international restaurants and snacks. The hotel entrance is right at People's Square subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The only minor regret is that the classic red roses were replaced with pink ones. Personally, I think the red ones were more elegant and timeless.

AAnonymous UserChatGPT Log in You said: Write a review on the hotel. Say it was very near shopping mall and also faces a field. Very near to the metro station and easy pick up and drop off by taxi right in front of the hotel. Service at the hotel was good. Can speak English. The lifts were rather small. Can only fit in about 4 medium size people with luggages. But overall a pleasant satay. Beds were comfortable. ChatGPT said: Here’s a polished version of your hotel review: Hotel Review: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s very close to a shopping mall and faces a lovely open field, providing a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere. The metro station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient for getting around the city. It was also easy to get picked up or dropped off by taxi right in front of the hotel. The service at the hotel was good, and the staff could communicate well in English, which made everything smooth and easy. The room was comfortable, and the beds were cozy — perfect for a good night’s rest. One minor drawback is that the lifts were quite small, fitting only about four medium-sized people with luggage at a time. However, this didn’t affect the overall experience much. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again for the convenience and friendly service.

GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at Chateau Star River Hotel, I found the facilities to be excellent and the interior decor tastefully designed, creating a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, contributing to an overall pleasant physical environment. However, the service quality did not match the standard expected from such a well-appointed hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff mistakenly assigned me a children’s room, which required me to return to reception and resolve the issue—a rather inconvenient start to my stay. While the room I was eventually given was comfortable and spacious, cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathtub, in particular, had two dead flies and a hardened stain on its surface, which was quite disappointing. I did encounter staff members who demonstrated professionalism—for example, the gentleman managing the breakfast check-in was courteous and efficient. Nonetheless, such instances were the exception rather than the rule. On one occasion, I decided to book a massage at the hotel spa to relieve some back pain. The treatment, which cost approximately $50, was average and initially unproblematic. Unfortunately, at the end of the session, the masseuse offered me an additional service, the nature of which I will refrain from describing here, but I trust it is not difficult to imagine. I declined immediately. Regardless of the hotel's level of control over this matter, given that the spa operates within the premises, I found this situation deeply inappropriate and upsetting.

GGuest UserLocation of the hotel is quite central and about 15-20mins walk to the Bund or Yu Yuan. Their room is generally quite clean and well maintained with some old marks around but overall was a pretty comfortable stay. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful making the stay pleasant. There is also free self service laundry for guest but the only issue is it only opens from 9am to 10pm which pretty much is only useful if you are staying in the hotel and not doing anything as there's not much facility in the hotel.

AAobowadeyansongI rarely write reviews, but I genuinely think this hotel is quite good. I stayed here for two nights with a friend on this trip, and overall, I'd definitely recommend it! I think it's very suitable for female friends traveling together because the room is spacious enough, and there's a large table, which is super convenient whether you're doing your makeup or ordering takeout to eat in the room. My friend said the lights were beautiful and she liked the green. Secondly, the service was very thoughtful. We didn't bring swimsuits, but when we went to the 41st-floor pool to see the Oriental Pearl Tower, they still let us visit and check it out. The night view was stunning. When we mentioned that some items were missing from the mini-bar, the attendant was very sincere and immediately arranged for housekeeping to bring replacements, also explaining the reason. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The location is very convenient.

MM308233****The hotel service is good, and the location is excellent, making travel convenient. The parking discount is decent. The swimming pool water, however, is a bit cold. Overall, the hotel is compact and charming. Perhaps because it hosts many international guests, the rooms have a distinct Middle Eastern scent. The facilities are somewhat dated, and the breakfast quality is standard. It's quite suitable for business travelers.

The surrounding facilities are complete, making travel, shopping, and dining very convenient, making it ideal for both business trips and vacations. The check-in procedures are efficient and fast. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, patiently answering various questions and proactively providing thoughtful service, instantly bringing a sense of warmth. The room is clean and tidy, with a rational layout. The space is spacious and bright, and it is well-ventilated and well-lit, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bedding is soft and comfortable, with a mattress of moderate hardness, ensuring a good night's sleep until dawn. The toiletries are complete and of superior quality, and the bathroom features a scientifically designed separation of dry and wet areas, ensuring thorough cleaning without stains. The room is well-equipped and brand-new. The air conditioning provides excellent heating and cooling performance, has a full network signal, abundant TV programs, and a stable and sufficient hot water supply. Every detail demonstrates thoughtful attention. The hotel offers a quiet and elegant environment, with clean and orderly public areas. The decoration style is minimalist and elegant, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western elements. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, delicious, and can meet diverse taste preferences, thus starting a vibrant and energetic day. If you have any needs during this period, contact customer service will be able to respond quickly and properly resolve them. The service is professional and considerate, providing a comprehensive and immersive experience throughout the entire process. The overall cost-performance ratio is extremely high, with flawless hardware facilities and software services. It offers an excellent stay experience and is highly recommended to everyone!
