HHuifeidejinyuerThe B&B has adorable little bunnies you can feed, and in the evening, we sat in the courtyard chatting and even saw the Disneyland fireworks! 🎆 The Chinese breakfast spread was quite generous, and they even had freshly ground coffee ☕️. The surroundings are peaceful, and they offer shuttle service to Disneyland. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we'll definitely be back this summer.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation in all directions, making it exceptionally easy for sightseeing, shopping, dining, or commuting for business. Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by an elegant ambiance; the overall decor is grand yet tasteful, and the public areas are consistently clean and tidy, making a great first impression.
The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick, with no unnecessary waiting. When asking for directions or seeking assistance, everyone was patient and meticulous in their replies, treating guests with humility and politeness, showcasing their high service standards in every detail. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing is very effective, providing a quiet retreat despite being in a busy area. Room hygiene was impeccable; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were all spotless, with no hidden dirty spots.
The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress has just the right firmness. After a day of travel, lying down quickly helps you relax, leading to excellent sleep quality. The room is fully equipped with various facilities; appliances and bathroom amenities are well-maintained and provide an excellent user experience. The hotel's overall atmosphere is warm and pleasant; from the hardware facilities to the soft services, you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, and every aspect was flawless. This excellent hotel has already been added to my top choices, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers.

A special shout-out to Jeremy from the Executive Lounge! From check-in to departure, he was attentive and thoughtful throughout. He proactively explained all the lounge benefits, from breakfast and afternoon tea to evening service, arranging everything with meticulous care and warmth. He was quick to respond to any request, demonstrating professionalism and genuine hospitality that made us feel like family.
Our experience was perfect, highly recommended!

The suite offered a stunning, expansive view directly overlooking the beautiful Bund, creating a fantastic ambiance. The hotel's service was meticulous and attentive, the facilities were top-notch, and the environment was serene and elegant. During the holiday season, I even received some delightful complimentary treats. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic – truly a benchmark in luxury.

Housed in the historic No. 2 Bund building, it boasts a century of history, directly overlooking the Huangpu River, and is right in the city center. What truly impressed me was the service – Aaron, Coco, and Emily from the concierge team were incredibly attentive throughout my stay. That's definitely a huge plus!

네네르하I stayed at W Shanghai with my family and had a wonderful experience.
The location is excellent, and the twin-bed room was spacious enough for my child and me to stay comfortably. Although the hotel is a little away from People’s Square and Nanjing Road, it is connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient.
Most importantly, my wife and child were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a great choice for families.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and spoke English very well. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
There are also Starbucks and Luckin Coffee nearby, ㅣwhich was very convenient for grabbing a coffee.
I would highly recommend this hotel for both family vacations and business trips, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

CChenyingnanHello! From August 13, 2018, to May 28, 2026, here I am again at the Grand Hotel Shanghai! All the furnishings and facilities are just as I remember them, and the service is as warm as ever. The only things that hint at the passage of time are the slightly worn leather on the desk and the somewhat aged bathroom fixtures; otherwise, everything is absolutely perfect!
It boasts a fantastic location, incredibly warm service, and delicious, tasty breakfasts – especially that authentic bowl of Lanzhou pulled noodles 🍜. And the view of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street right outside the window brings back so many memories; it truly feels like coming home.
It's such a wonderful feeling! I know for next time, whenever that may be, I'll definitely choose it again. 🥰
