The tulips at Taizi Bay were in full bloom, so stepping outside offered a breathtaking sea of ​​flowers – incredibly romantic. The rooms were clean and tidy, each equipped with an Amway Atmosphere air purifier, ensuring fresh air and excellent sleep quality. My partner and I enjoyed the infinity pool – so relaxing! "I only stayed for two short days at the Hangzhou Xixi Lujing Hotel, but the experience truly exceeded my expectations. First, let's talk about the service. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was perfectly enthusiastic—never intrusive, but always appearing promptly and proactively offering help whenever needed. I especially want to mention 'Chili' (a name that really stuck with me), one of the service staff. How thorough was her service? We casually mentioned that our clothes needed washing, and she immediately arranged for them to be sent for laundry, taking care of everything without us having to worry at all. This kind of 'anticipating guest needs before they even ask' service is something you don't always find even in many five-star hotels. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but every dish was delicious. This 'small but exquisite' characteristic was actually quite pleasant, saving us from decision fatigue over dozens of options. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were homey yet not perfunctory. What touched us even more was the nightly drink. My grandfather has diabetes and needs to be careful with his diet. After the hotel learned about this, they specially prepared a sugar-free version of the nightly drink for him—this isn't something a standardized service can achieve; it shows they genuinely care about every guest. This is a persimmon-themed hotel, and persimmon elements are everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms, from decorations to small items. Orange-red persimmon ornaments, persimmon-patterned cushions, persimmon-shaped utensils... The entire hotel exudes a warm, bountiful, and festive atmosphere. Visually, it's very cohesive, and it's also great for photos. Although I only stayed for two days, I could clearly feel that this hotel offers excellent value for money: * Snacks were delivered to the room daily. * Nightly drinks were provided daily (and adjusted according to guest needs). * Additional services like laundry were proactively offered and free of charge (at least for our stay, there were no extra fees). * The quality and attitude of the service staff far exceeded that of hotels in a similar price range."

"I brought my parents to Hangzhou for fun. This time I chose Yashi B&B on Ctrip. The main reason was that I could experience tea picking. We checked in on May 10. Although the tea picking was almost over and the quality of the tea was not the best, the whole experience was great! The boss personally took us to pick tea, stir-fry tea, and pack tea, full of ritual and human touch. Next to the B&B is the Yunqi Bamboo Path, which only takes three to five minutes to walk there. You must go to this scenic spot for a walk. It is very quiet and the bamboo forest is dense. It is a natural ”oxygen absorption place”. It is very comfortable to walk in it and suitable for relaxing. The location of the B&B is also very convenient. It is not far from West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, and Lingyin Temple. There are many buses at the door that go directly to major attractions. The bus is not only cheap but also can go directly to the entrance of the scenic spot, which is more convenient than taking a taxi. You can have a cup of Longjing in the afternoon and look at the tea mountain. Life is so pleasant. Although the room is a little small, the bed is very comfortable and I slept very well at night. The most worth mentioning is that the attitude of the boss and the waiter is very enthusiastic, making people feel at home. The overall experience of this stay was very good. I recommend it to friends who want to experience tea culture, get close to nature, and want convenient travel!"

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It happened to be our 23rd wedding anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room. The hotel's fresh and elegant scent, along with its beautiful decor, instantly melted away our travel fatigue. Our room was exquisitely and thoughtfully arranged, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is great, close to Pingyao Old Street. They even provided tickets to Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park, and the Cliff Carvings are right behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and attentive, handling every detail perfectly. The infinity pool by the lotus pond is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely be back!"

"Hygiene: I always bring my own disposable bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels when I travel, and never use the hotel's. But this hotel is truly clean! Not a single stain! The room is very spacious! I booked the parent-child room, which is the only one in the entire hotel. My kids loved it! Service: We checked in around 4 PM on the 23rd. The front desk lady was professional, efficient, and quick! She patiently answered all our questions! We had three kids with us 👶🏻 and she even gave them horse 🐴 gifts. It was our first time in Hangzhou, and she also told us about the best places to visit, which we really appreciate 🙏🏻. Facilities: The bathroom is huge, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub 🛁. They provided disposable bath liners, and the key thing is, it's really clean! Absolutely no odor! Service: Every staff member we encountered here was kind and polite! They were very responsible and dedicated in answering our questions. The robot delivering food is adorable, though its voice is a bit low, the kids really enjoyed it. The location is excellent! A hotel right by the Qiantang River, you can enjoy the night view and the light show from your room! Hangzhou's light show is magnificent and breathtaking! It only takes about twenty minutes to get to both the airport and West Lake. Very convenient! Environment: The breakfast on the 40th floor is very rich. I recommend the mini wontons, mixed noodles, and small steamed buns. You can enjoy the beautiful Hangzhou scenery while having breakfast on the 40th floor! In the evening, you can also go to the sky bar on the 41st floor for drinks and enjoy the night view! The ambiance is fantastic! My favorite is the infinity pool! It's so beautiful! I will definitely stay here again next time! We didn't get enough fun this time, so we'll come back again in August."

"After staying at Xixi Hotel the night before, which wasn't exactly cheap, and encountering various little issues, I moved to Mushou with higher expectations, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Even though it was raining, staff were there from the moment I got out of the car to help with an umbrella and my luggage. After checking me in, the receptionist even accompanied me to my room in the buggy, explaining the hotel layout, facility opening hours, and where everything in the room was, helping guests quickly get acquainted with the hotel. The hotel itself is 'small but beautiful,' though its overall size isn't small; it just isn't spread out like many resort hotels, making most areas easily accessible on foot without needing a shuttle. The tatami tea room in the room was also a big plus. The complimentary happy hour at the lounge was a nice experience too. The package included a punt boat experience, which was also great; someone called me a day in advance to help with the reservation. The afternoon tea that was supposed to be during the boat ride was delivered to my room due to a schedule conflict. Overall, the experience was excellent, and this is definitely a hotel I'd stay at again when visiting Xixi Wetland."
