Hangzhou Hotels with Jacuzzi

"I came to Hangzhou for a trip and blindly picked Wenlan Hotel in the north of the city on Ctrip, and to my surprise, it was quite a pleasant discovery. As soon as I entered the lobby, I saw a big screen playing something about the 2026 World Cup, which immediately set a nice atmosphere. They also had complimentary lemon black tea at the entrance; I grabbed a cup, and it was refreshingly cold and tasty. What really surprised me was that the lobby had a display of sachets and small ornaments, all beautifully arranged and looking very exquisite, full of that Jiangnan charm typical of Hangzhou. I originally thought it would be just an ordinary hotel, but these small details really showed thoughtfulness. The location is also great, close to the subway station and next to Joy City. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Hangzhou."

"I stayed here recently and honestly? I loved it. First of all, it’s super easy to find and just about a 10-minute ride from Hangzhou West Railway Station if you take DiDi. If you’re arriving by train like I was, it’s pretty convenient. As soon as I entered, the whole place smelled so clean and fresh. It gave off that “you can finally relax now” vibe. Very inviting. I was also pleasantly surprised that it’s foreigner-friendly—just had to register, no deposit needed. Smooth check-in, no hassle. Now let’s talk about the room. I picked the one with a bathtub and city view—slightly pricier than the standard ones but 100% worth it. The room was spotless, the view was chef’s kiss, and I honestly felt like royalty the entire time. Everything was so comfy. Even the toiletries, which I usually don’t even notice, were complete, fresh, and came in their own little wraps and bottles. It’s the little things. What I also appreciated? The room looked exactly like what was shown online. No catfishing here. What you see is what you get. Oh, and shoutout to their doorman machine—it made it super easy to get my food deliveries without having to come down every time I got hungry. That alone made my life so much easier. All in all, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay. I’d definitely book here again."

"The hotel service is good, and the newly built facilities are also excellent. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was different each day, with a great variety. We even got a room upgrade, which was more spacious. The hotel's relaxed pace starts the moment you open the window and see the lush greenery. Outside, there's verdant foliage; inside, a cozy, laid-back corner – this is exactly how a trip should feel."

"I initially booked this hotel on a whim, not really intending to splurge on the top-tier room. However, after speaking with the front desk and seeing the room firsthand, I immediately upgraded to the best available room by paying the difference. The room's overall design is incredibly striking, modern, and upscale. The spatial proportions and details are all very pleasing. The biggest highlight is the private hot spring bath right in the room, offering excellent privacy and undisturbed relaxation. The window overlooks the most bustling stretch of river in the city center, offering clear views during the day and beautiful lights at night. Yet, the room itself remains remarkably quiet, enhancing the sense of tranquility. The design, materials, and scale of the private hot spring area are all meticulously considered. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the river view truly allows you to slow down and unwind, making it perfect for anyone genuinely seeking relaxation. The hotel's central location is also incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, or just taking a stroll. The cleanliness, facilities, and service all significantly exceeded my expectations. The details were spotless and well-maintained, and everything was easy to use, showing a clear dedication to refining the guest experience. After staying for over two days, I've come to one conclusion: if your budget allows, I genuinely recommend booking the best room directly; the private hot spring room type is absolutely excellent."

"Walkable distance to Westlake (a v nice walk). Very clean rooms with a cute AI audio assistant (to speak to in Chinese to change songs etc.) and fantastic service from the staff - we spoke via WeChat and they responded immediately (whether we needed to clean our rooms, or them notifying us that our delivery food has arrived and they’ve placed it at our doors). They have been so hospitable and it made the stay so nice!  A very nice place to stay in if you want somewhere tranquil and nice to stay that’s not amidst the hustle / crowds at westlake. I saw the other hotels I contemplated booking previously and found them too near high tourist traffic. Very happy with our decision to book here :) will defo book here again if we come back to Hangzhou (even our DIDI driver mentioned that this place looks v nice hehe).  Also there’s a cafe downstairs :) with v nice view and just good vibes. "This is a very unique B&B. I found a temporary place to rest while hiking Jiuxi with my friends. I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations. I was very satisfied with the layout of the room. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let the sunset shine into the room, which was very cozy. The sanitation was also very clean, and there were no dead corners. It was really comfortable to fall asleep to the sound of cicadas at night. It's a good choice to come to Jiuxi this season. The Qiantang River is about 100 meters away, and it's very comfortable to take a walk in the evening. The star lights in the courtyard light up at night, which is very atmospheric. If I wasn't rushing back to work, I would have liked to stay a few more days. It's really good and highly recommended."

"My stay was perfect, nothing to complain. The hotel has its own character, great design and amazing service. The reception staff spotted me getting off Didi and came out to help with my luggage. Heard that the hotel belongs to some prestige university. There was construction opposite my room but doesn’t bother me at all cause I was out during the day and they didn’t work at night so it was quite. They even sent many travel guides through Wechat at check in (first hotel to do this throughout my China trip). Location is next to Hefang street, only 10 mins cycling to West Lake. I loved it huge thanks to the lovely lady who wears glasses that helped me with my luggage 🥰"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night! The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking! Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable. The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Hangzhou, this is it. "I come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor."
